  Bought a Pokémon game for my son’s bday. Never received it. Emails are ignored. I finally had to just accept they’re a scam and buy it elsewhere.

  Bought a gameboy color, and the bundle came with 3 games. I got 3 pokemon games, 1 did not arrive and the other two are glitched out and do not work. Worst purchase of the century in my book so far. awful.

  I have bought multiple times from this company. All games are remakes, so be aware of that prior to buying. Make sure to create a profile and always update your address in profile prior to placing an order. Everything I have bought works fine, but it is a discount remake dropship company. Be aware of that prior to buying and there are no returns, which is perfectly legal, just not very ethical as we are a consumer beware country. Make sure all information is perfect and you covered your end thoroughly before ordering and you should be fine.

  I purchased the NES classic edition with 2 controllers. It came with 2 games and I bought an extra game to go with it. After complaining the first time that my order was delivered to Texas I received the three games and a controller. I was promised that the console would be shipped out immediately. I just received another email that my order again went to Texas. NEVER buy from this place!!!

  I ordered a Nintendo 3DS for my daughter for Christmas. 3 emails sent saying it had shipped with no shipping info. When I look up the order ID on their website it says it’s being processed. Email to customer service, call to customer service and message on their online chat all went unanswered. Don’t order from these crooks!!

  Purchased Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap from them without reading this page (my fault). It did ship promptly and arrived to my home in a protective case. Only problem is that the cartridge is completely fake. no number indentation on the plastic, removed it and found a clearly fraudulent board inside (referencing official pictures). I sent them an email describing my issue and was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt if they are resellers that maybe they had sent me one in error. Well their email server is down and the phone number states that they do not do phone calls. So I am left with the only option which is to claim this as fraud on my credit card. Don't trust these people whatever you do.

  I just ordered a Pandora Tech H-Arcade 4K 4700 games console joystick before i read reviews (which is my fault) and also saw they're not BBB accredited. Their address and phone number are from 2 different locations (Las Vegas/California). I have not received the item yet to verify if it's legitimate but I literally have not read ONE good review on them. How are you guys not intervening and having this "business" shutdown? Should I cancel it on my credit card? I'm worried that they'll send me to collections, which it states on their website if unpaid. I don't know how that's legal since from what I read they don't send the item that was purchased.

  I want to rate no stars but I can't. Avoid this website as much as possible these people are complete scammers. I purchased a Super Nintendo system with 3 games Donkey Kong 1 2 and 3 the games came with a bundle. Together I paid $.190 dollars I was so excited to be able to buy the old game system and games and play them again when I was a kid. So when I received the package I opened it and set it up. I come to realize I got a clone system and fake donkey kong games. How I could tell the donkey kong games were fake was because inside the game cartridge, there should be numbers and there weren't. When you buy Super Nintendo games there should be a number inside where the cartridge is. Also, you can't save the game the original game you can save. I was very disappointed because I thought I was getting the real deal and turn out I just got scammed out of my money. I sent them an email explaining my issue and they said we can't give refunds. And you cant call them. Theses people are scammers and they take advantage of people. Please avoid this site its not legit totally unacceptable.

  I bought a copy of Pokemon White 2 from them. Only, when I got it, it was instead a bargain bin game with the Pokemon label on top. Never buy from them.
