Purchased their window tint on October 2nd, 2024 December 8th, I emailed to track status- they stated working on shipping December 11th, emailed and asked for refund- they emailed back and said order received, they are working to get it shipped.December 16th, emailed again and asked for refund..... they replied "Thank you for your message.I am very sorry to hear that you would like to cancel/refund your order.I have just checked and unfortunately I will not be able to cancel or edit it at this time as I see it has already been process. I ordered 3 tints for 3 different vehicles. I received the tint for my ****** Murano, but not for my 2019 ****** Rogue and my 2024 ******* Palisade. Nor, did I receive the quarter window tint. I paid $329 and only received goods for a third of that They have acknowledged my missing or incomplete order on two separate occasions and promised that the order was coming within 5 business days, but I have not received a tracking # let alone the product I purchased. The original order date was Nov, 21 2024, I have kept all of the emails promising me my purchase was on the way. Order placed 12/13/2024 Order #***** emailed 12/29 for update- told getting ready to ship emailed 1/15 given tracking number ********************** for **** label created but not in system emailed 1/29 given same label tracking number STILL not scanned into **** Email responded to on 2/11, given same tracking number from 1/15 showing label was created but not scanned or shipped into **** system. Company is falsely advertising product and offering warranties which they refuse to answer to emails. Company has turned off comments on all social media platforms to prevent people from sharing their thoughts. Purchased tint for car on 22-Dec from a ******** post. They said 2 weeks for delivery. After 2 weeks I asked for a status. They sent an email saying they were working on the Oder. After 4 weeks I asked again. They sent an email on 23-Jan with a **** tracking number, but it only says a label was created. I have been going back and forth with them on when the item will be delivered and the keep saying it takes 2-5 days for the carrier to update. Well it has been over 2 weeks and the tracking only says a label was created. I requested a refund and they said they cant refund me because the item shipped already but it hasnt. There are other people complaining about not receiving there order. They have turned off comments on most of their posts so people cant see the bad complaints.Initial Complaint

Ordered full package tint on Oct 7th 2024 for $143.98. Sent an email Nov 2nd 2024 asking when it would be shipped out, received a response November 14th 2024 with some BS and them lying and saying my package was already shipped when it wasn't. The tracking information stayed the same until this morning Feb 8th 2025 where it magically said out for delivery with *****. ***** updated with a delivered notice and I checked the delivery proof which showed a completely different house from mine. After posting to a community page I located the property owner where it was supposedly delivered. The lady was helpful and sent pictures of the packages still in her yard showing and confirming nothing there was addressed to me. They tied my shipping information to another address in my city to try to show proof of shipping/delivery. Well I have picture proof they are 100% a scam.Initial Complaint

11/19/2024 order ***** was confirmed by this company for a set of tints for my 2020 Acura TLX sedan. The total cost was $188.47. The companys policy stated a lifetime guarantee for the product. It took multiple weeks to arrive and when I went to install the product they were clearly faulty and did not remotely come close to fitting. I promptly sent a message indicating this and was met with a generic email response to provide documentation which I eventually did. I was offered a replacement set at no additional cost at which point I asked for a refund instead and was never responded to again. I subsequently reached out to multiple times and each time was responded to again with the same generic email response, indicating there is minimal human response to customer service issues.Initial Complaint

Placed an order for window tints on 12/27/2024. Was advertised that order would be shipped in 7 days. I emailed 4 times and each time someone would reply that my order has been manufactured and that they'll mail would be shipping the order within the week. We're now going on almost 2 months with the same excuse and still haven't been sent my order. I requested they refund my purchase and they ignored my request and replied again that they'll mail were going to be sending my order. This is an ongoing scam they have going on because once I googled some reviews they do this often
