    This company sucks. No customer service phone number, the customer service representative on chat kept asking the same questions that I already answered, sent emails and no one responds. They keep declining my mastercard that works everywhere else I use it. Contacted the card company and they see no issues on their side and no attempts at a purchase from the Better Body Company.

    Thank you for your non-product review and we're sorry to hear that your card was declined. We do apologize that you are having trouble after a successful one-time order in April. We only provide support via email and live chat at this time which is why no phone number is provided. Our agents, via email, did reply to your gmail email address requesting a screenshot of the decline message so that we could review it.

    No reply was received from you.

    If you are attempting to use a prepaid Mastercard to purchase a subscription, some prepaid card companies limit use to one-time purchases only. You would need to make sure the card supports subscription purchases. Sadly, this is not something we control from our end and it would not show as a "declined transaction" with them.

    Please reach out to the card company and verify that recurring subscriptions are supported on the card.

    I'm a 60 year old woman. I've been having so many hot flashes since starting parimenopause at 40. I was unable to sleep throughout the night bc of hot flashes and night sweats. I've also suffered with terrible gastric reflux for the last 5 years. Since starting Provitalize 3 months ago, my hot flashes have significantly decreased. I'm able to sleep through the night. Also, my reflux has disappeared. I can eat anything without worrying about the burning, sour taste in my throat. I will continue to use this fabulous product.
