    I returned the purchased item as I was unable to take the product due to health reasons. I am only looking for my refund. I have been trying to get it back since November 2020.     I purchased this item online, and was instantly billed for more then I wanted to buy. Then I was repeatedly charged due to being unaware this was a recurring purchase. I then returned the second shipment (that I did not want to begin with) and was told they could not refund my credit card. I was told I would receive a check with my refund in 6 weeks. After 3-4 weeks the company stopped answering my emails and I have never received the refund I should have received months ago.

    Thank you for sending me the info on submitting a complaint however, I am afraid I am not a very versed computer person and have some problems with filling out the form I will try! In the meantime, I hope you do not mind that I forward to you the e-mails with this company, and hope you could send them to the proper people! -- In a nutshell, just in case the e-mails dont show up at your end. I ordered, was actually more coerced, 2 bottles of 1F Keto on 8/10/22 which was shipped on 8/11. I then returned 1 unopened bottle on 10/19/22. First they claimed they did not receive the bottle, but confirmed it, yes, when I sent them the tracking number from my post office. Then they said they refunded me the amount onto my credit card which never showed up. They then said they had transfer problems and would now issue me a check, which never arrived. I inquired, last on 1/10/23, but then all of a sudden all their e-mail addresses were no longer valid, so I addressed my last message to the e-mail where one orders items. I told them that I was advised to contact you and the ************************ if I would not receive this check within 2 weeks, by 1/24 I waited but only silence since then!!.... So thank you very much for all you can do at your end and I am sorry to burden you with this.     I was over charged when purchasing weight loss gummies. They never gave me refund for what I did not order. They offered a 90 day money back guarantee which I am within my 90 days and am trying to get a refund number to return product. I have email chain with customer service.     7-22-2022 I order five bottles of ketof1 which is a diet supplement for over $250.00 . Then sent me some the next month which I didn't ask for and charged my card another $199.88 Order number ******. I called and asked for a refund and how to return the product. Which took me over three months for then to even agree to let me return the bottles. I shipped the product back within the refund policy. Shipment date was 10/25/2022 with tracking provided. 10/26/2022 Tcc sucess replyed thank you for tracking how many bottles were returned. 11/01/2022 I responded 5 bottles and how long until i would be refunded. 11/04/2022 tcc sucess told me i was issued a refund of ****** and it would be ***** business days. Still i have not received anything. 11/28/2022 tcc sucess responded again stating "due to extended technical difficulties with no resolution there would mail me a check. 12/06/2022 received another email from tcc success saying " unfortunately due to the error on our end the only way for us to issue the refund now via check. Still haven't received a check.

    This company has fraudulently placed charges on my account and when I contacted the company about their error their link to another company that sends you products you don't even want and they charge your credit card. When I returned the F1 Keto mess that was sent to my home, They apologies and sent notification that they would place the money back to my card. I have yet to see it.. And every phone call is the same they apologize for the mistake and verify that the product was reviewed back unopened/return to sender, but never refund the credit card amount dishonestly taken..     Date of transaction - On Aug 1, 2022 I ordered F1 Keto pills from Total Client Connect's website. The items were advertised for $59.99. But, my account was debited $****** and $*****! Once I found out I had been over charged I closed my account for fear that this company would wrongly charge my account again. I thought it was a SCAM because of the false advertisement! So, I ask Total Client Connect to cancel my order and send me a refund immediately! After weeks of waiting for Total Client Connect to return my money, they sent ****** and ***** to my account that had been closed. The bank informed me that they could not post the ****** and ***** refunds to my account because the account was closed. Thereafter, I asked Total Client Connect to please mail me a refund check totaling ****** plus ***** since I returned their products (the box containing the products was never opened because I didn't want anything to do with a company that practiced false advertisement). As of today (November 8), I still have not received my refund check in the mail. This after a Total Client Connect phone customer service representive told me I would be receiving a refund.At his point, I simply want my money back. I have been waiting 3 months for my refund. I want Total Client Connect to mail me a refund check. I want the full refund for ******, not ****** because my account was initially and wrongly debited ******, not ******.     On 7-22-22 I order what I thought was a promo of the F1 Keto product, buy 3 get 2 free. I happened to be paying bills that same day so I noticed the charge was much more than what I thought it was suppose to be. Immediately I sent them an e-mail. Their response made me think that I mis-understood what the promo was. So I figured my error I'd live with it. The original product was delivered. Since then I have received several additional orders, one a month which I did not order again and are being charged for them. I do not want these products and I'd be really happy to return them but after reading other reviews I don't know if it would even do any good. I have tried calling the company. A phone number was listed on the e-mail that they responded with. I talked with an individual who said that she would need to talk with someone and get back to me the next day. It's been several days and I have heard nothing. I want the order stopped! I don't want to pay for the extra orders sent to me. I will be more than happy to return them. I've attached the first e-mail confirmation along with their response and the last charge which shows it was an online order. FALSE!! I only order the item once. Big MISTAKE!
