    In September, 2022, I have fraudulent activity on my check card. I had a $199.99 come out of my checking account from a company called Purefit, with a phone number of **************. I called immediately to cancel the subscription and order and they said that my product would arrive soon. Amazingly, the product was shipped to my home address. They said that once the product arrived, I could call to get a return. I have called several times in the past month to get a refund. They keep telling me that I must use the product for at least 60 days. I told them that I never ordered this product, but it didn't matter.I want a refund and I shouldn't have to wait 60 days. I need my money for necessities.HELP!Thank you,*********************

    The purchase encouraged a discount that resulted in an extra 6 bottles being charged to my credit card without being completely clear in the finalised purchase summary. The purchase also wasnt clear regarding an ongoing subscription. Im trying to cancel the subscription as I dont want this product or an ongoing subscription however Im unable to cancel. Emailed customer service who said they cant do that and directed me to call. Tried a number of phone numbers and all are disconnected. Emailed again asking for someone to call me regarding the subscription, on two separate occasions, with no response. Product also arrived just in the postage pack, no details or instructions, packing poor. I dont want this product, I want to cancel the apparent subscription, feel Ive been misled and I cant seem to contact anyone to opt out.

    This company advertised 5 bottles of Keto gummies for *****. After the transaction I rec'd a confirmation email stating they debited ****** from my account. I instantly tried to cancel the order they would not work with me and kept repeating they are having problems with their system. I spk to several other customer service reps that were unwilling to help refund my money or cancel my order. Stating I had to use the product for the 90 day money back guarantee. This company is false advertising and you do not know what your paying until after they have stole your credit card information. Yes I said stole because at no point was the cost ****** made know until after they trick you into putting your financial payment info in.

    I was tricked into buying three bottles of a product keto1 which .was listed as $39.95. what t thought was for all three then was charged $199.88 .this was back on. May 15 th2022 . Sent email stating I was unaware that it was $39.95 ea. Heard nothing from them. I called the keto number and spoke with ***** I'd # *** .Told her I couldn't take them hat I wanted refund. She advised me I had to wait sixty days and call back. Then within a week or so I was sent another order of six bottles of keto 1 product.for another $199.88 . I then called back and she said they must have misunderstand me. So I said to be sure and take me off their repeat order. Finally did . I said I needed a refund from keto1 I was then told I had to wait until Sept. 15 and send product back to them. Which I did. She told me to call keto and give them the postal tracking number which I did.then I was told I had to wait until they received the product to get my refund of $399.76. so after no answer I called the place where I returned product from. She told me the package had been received by keto people on sept.19 th. So today sept.26 the I called keto back and got a message to stay on line or get call back. I took call back. Was told it would be a couple hours has now been four hours and no word. Was also told not to call back. That I could look into situation up on support line. Which of course was unable to get to. I was assured by woman on phone both times I actually got a person on the phone that there would be no problem getting my refund. But so far that has not happened. I am on a fixed income and really need my money back. I'm old enough that I should have known better. Could use some help here. Thank you.

    I ordered 2 bottles of Keto+Apple Cider Vinegar F1. I was told that is was cheaper to buy 2, so I did. After going through the 2 bottles, I emailed and asked how I received a refund since nothing was working. It was only making my stomach hurt. I was told "We stand by our products with a 90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Results are guaranteed but in order to guarantee your results, you need to take the product. It can take up to 2 bottles to fully experience the benefits. If after using 2 bottles, you haven't found the results you're seeking, you're welcome to reach out and we can arrange a return." When I finished 2 bottles and emailed I was told "In order to provide the best results for our customers, we are not able to issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before 60 days from the date of purchase. However, this gives you the opportunity to take advantage of our 90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee." Last week I received 2 more bottles that I did not approve. The charge is the same amount on my card. I've emailed many times and tried to call a number I was given. I was on hold forever two times with no answer. One of those times it just hung up on me after 30 minutes. I opted, on a third and fourth call, for a call back and no one ever did. So now I have been scammed for over $239.76 of my money. I was lied to the entire time. I have every email. They also gave the below to chat and it isn't even a web site, http://www.customersupportlink.com/. Someone called me back today and said that I can only get a refund for unopened bottles and it is only 60 days. I told him that I was to continue to take it in order to get a refund. This is clearly a scam. The guys was talking to me like I was an idiot. I was clearly upset and he was almost laughing.

    In early July I ordered a product online that was supposedly a metabolism booster for $35. from a company called k1ketolife. They sent me five bottles and charged my card $199.95. After calling to complain, they issued me a return number and I sent the product back on July 13th. They said it would take **** business days and that I would receive a refund of $119.97 (restocking, shipping, etc.). I called to verify their receipt of the returned product and they confirmed that they had indeed received it. On August 5th, I called to inquire about my refund and they assured me it was coming. I called on the 19th, the 21st and several times after that. They said it was coming or that it was my bank's fault, etc. Obviously a scam. Yesterday I called to give them one more chance and got another run around. Again, obviously a scam. The company's name is k1ketolife. The product is KETO. Their address is *************************************************************************************. Phone number is ************. Email ************************ and web site k1ketolife.com. I want to make sure that no one else gets scammed and that this company is put out of business. Thank you for your help with this matter.Sincerely,*************************** ************

    In August I saw a add for keto pills it said ***** for two bottles with one free. They called and said we're shipping your items for ****** dollars I said I don't want it if it that much and they shipped 4 bottles anyway. They refunded my money and kept ***** dollars. They refuse to give back and claim there are no managers to talk to and hang up on me.

    I ordered a Keto F1 dietary product on August 30, 2022. I buy 5 bottle of Keto F1 for $199.99, when checking out I was charged for 2 bottle of Keto Detox pills $59.99. I could not get anyone on the phone or chat as it was outside hours so I sent email cancelling order. However, the next day I spoke to two different people from the company and they said I could not cancel until 60 days after the trial.

    - Date of (fraudulent) transaction: 9/4/22 - $199.88 and $59.99 ($259.87 total)- I never received an order number or order confirmation.- False advertised price and terms. Clicking on the "terms" link created a purchase. Only then were the actual terms of "extortion" for this scam revealed.The company said "the only thing they can do is cancel future orders, but I must wait 60 days to begin the process." I call B.S. on that. This is a HUGE scam. It is VERY difficult to get through via phone, email bounces back, no web address available (if it even exists). NO RESOLVE. Coincidently, the day after I finally got through to someone, there was an attempt to fraudulently access my Amazon account. (Is this REALLY a coincidence? Based on this whole experience, I think not). I was told my refund would be processed and that I should call back if I do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. No email. I called. The person I spoke to this time said "my account" has no record of a refund approval and mentioned the name of the person I spoke to (which was NOT the same name I wrote down--WTF?!) so apparently, there was a record of my call from the previous day. ADDITIONALLY--My WORK email address was the one they had on file--THERE IS NO WAY IN ******* I WOULD USE THAT ADDRESS TO MAKE ANY PURCHASE. How did they get that?! I just want a FULL refund. No charges for restocking, processing, or any other BS charges! Thank you for listening.K

    I ordered their F1 Detox and F1 Keto products on May 20, 2022. The products did not work for me and gave zero results. I reached out for a refund 6/5/22,and was told I HAD to use the products for 60 days for them to work. If they still did not work to return the bottles for a refund. In the meantime, they shipped 4 more bottles of the K1 Keto. I asked to return those and was denied for the same reason. I contacted them July 26 to return all 8 bottles. I was given RMA numbers for the products. I shipped the products to them 8/1/22 and emailed them the tracking number. I was notified the package was picked up 8/3/22 at 11:52 am. I again emailed on 8/12/22 stating I had still not received my refund. They stated they did not receive the package and again asked for the tracking number, which I gave to them and stated when the package was delivered. I have yet to hear anything back from them. This is not a small claim, they owe me $419.63. These products were guaranteed, I did my due diligence in contacting them, and I would like my refund! I have attached a photo of my USPS receipt, and my email thread.
