    I stayed with my family to celebrate my mom’s birthday. We reserved three rooms at Aria, specifically requesting two adjoining rooms and the third room next to by so that we could spend quality time together for this special occasion. To ensure our request would be accommodated, I called multiple times two weeks prior to our arrival to confirm the arrangement. However, upon check-in, we were shocked to find that the three rooms were not located close to one another, as promised. Even more concerning, one of the rooms was in an unacceptable condition—completely uncleaned. The state of the room was appalling: • The bathtub was filled with water from a previous guest. • Trash was scattered on the floor and on the cabinets. • Used tissues were left at the entrance. • The lotion container was messy, and the iron was left out. • The bed covers looked questionable, and the telephone in the room was not functioning at all. After a long drive, this was the last thing we expected. Instead of being able to relax, we had to deal with this frustrating situation. When we spoke with the front desk manager, the response we received was unprofessional and dismissive. Rather than apologizing or attempting to resolve the issue promptly, the manager simply stated, “What do you expect me to do? There are no rooms available.” This lack of empathy or accountability was deeply disappointing. After several complaints and a long wait, the room was finally cleaned, but it took three hours during which we could not unpack or settle in. This ruined the start of what was meant to be a joyous celebration. I have stayed at many hotels during my travels, but this experience at Aria Hotel stands out as one of the worst. I expected much better from a property of your reputation and caliber. I hope your management team takes this as an opportunity to provide additional training for your staff to ensure that future guests do not experience the same level of dissatisfaction.

It is clear that we fell significantly short of delivering the high standards of service and hospitality that you rightly expect from us. We deeply regret that your request for adjoining and nearby rooms was not honored despite your proactive efforts to confirm the arrangement. Celebrating with loved ones is close proximity should never have been compromised. Additionally, the condition of the uncleaned room you were provided is unacceptable. The descriptions you shared-trash, used tissues, a water-filled bathtub, and non-functioning amenities-are far below the level of cleanliness and care we strive to maintain. Equally troubling is the unprofessional and dismissive responses you received from the front desk manager. Please know that this is not indicative of the service culture we aim to provide, and we will address this behavior with the team to ensure a more empathetic and solutions-oriented approach in the future. While we understand that the room was eventually cleaned, the three-hour delay and impact it had on your ability to settle in and enjoy the start of your celebration are entirely unacceptable. We are truly sorry that you experience did not reflect the quality and comfort Aria is known for.     I was at the aria casino on September 20, 2024 at around 4 pm. I entered the patisserie to see what they had to offer. I left and when I did my foot slid out from underneath me. I grabbed the railing next to me to prevent falling on the floor. I wrenched my left shoulder, injured a finger, and bruised my abdomen when it hit the sharp corner of the railing. Even though this is the next day my side is very sore and bruised. I just wanted you to know and to be ever vigilant about looking for any spills. After this experience, I don’t think I will return.     Horrible service hidden cost. I stayed here 25-27 July 2024, I was charged an extra $281.00 for the Aria refreshment I did not drink any liquor I had a soda and that was all. They said an investigation would be done and they charged me anyway. I want my money back you don’t do this to people. Furthermore, I’m a disabled veteran, show integrity with your business.

    Inferior room service. We did not get room service for the two days we spent there. My wife and I called multiple times and asked about room services, but no one showed up.

    I stayed at Aria a few days ago for 3 nights. I chose this hotel since it has good reviews and people i asked says it is one of the best hotels in vegas. Well to my dismay, on my second night there, i found red bite marks on my legs. I didn’t pay much attention to it. But now when I got home, those little bites have gotten so red and itchy. Turns out they are bed bug bites. I did not expect this from a luxury hotel. Very disappointing

    I am staying at the Aria with my mother. Special occasion trip. My deceased brother’s birthday as well as my own. My mother and I have mobility issues and the first room we had was 20 043 really really far from the elevators. We moved rooms the second day. Upon moving rooms all of our keys were updated which saved us a trip from going to the front desk to get new ones. However, the door closed too fast and I left my perfume in the bathroom. It’s just a travel size, but all I brought on this trip. I spoke to housekeeping and maintenance; in person. After the run around for over an hour, I was told that I have to go to the front desk and show ID to get a one time use room key and go all the way to my old room to get it. Which was fine. Well when I finally get to the front desk, the line was way too long. I was wasting my day trying to retrieve my perfume. My mobility issues prevented me from waiting in the long long line at the time. I had a lunch reservation at Vanderpump to get to that I was already going to be late for. I thought maybe I’d try again on my way back. Came back, even longer line up. All I wanted to do was take the stairs to my old floor, find the housekeeper and be let back in my room with her universal key to grab my perfume from the bathroom vanity. That was not allowed. So, I am out a $120 travel tube size bottle of perfume. Hope that whoever finds it, enjoys it.

    I emailed the Aria a week ago letting them know that i’d take my complaint to the public. I am making good on my word. This is the message that I sent to their guest services team, My name is James ******* and I was a guest on the Aria property around 4pm on Saturday, 5/20. My wife and I were celebrating our 13 year wedding anniversary at Jean-Georges steakhouse for a 5pm dinner reservation. My wife and I decided to walk around the slots and play. we started playing megabucks and moved on to video poker losing 300. We were sitting together at 2 side by side 1 dollar per credit video poker machines and were approached by an asian gentleman in a suit and a name tag. he was very polite but very pushy. He kept asking if i had or setup a players account. I handed him my local drivers license and got a bad feeling. I immediately asked for identification from this guy as he was scanning my drivers license into his little machine. He got very hesitant and nervous but showed a card but covered part of his ID with his finger. This made me scared and he immediately said let’s not do this and proceeded to accuse me of doing this because he was Asian. I am deeply offended as i’m not a racist. I work in financial services and have see the long term negative impact of identify fraud. To make matters worse, a short time later he brought a female partner, hopefully an employee, to take another racial jab saying because they were asian, I questioned him scanning my ID. I’d expect that you’d work with your surveillance team to see if this was a fraudster visiting your property scamming your patrons or a couple of employees that made my wife and I almost leave your property and cancel our anniversary dinner. This is no way to treat anybody! The MGM group should be ashamed to have employees that are treating patrons like this! To MGM, if you read this message, you know how to reach me as i’ve already messaged you and gave you a week to call me. Shame on you!

    PLEASE STAY AWAY! 4/29/2023 My Mom, Dad, brother and I walked into the Aria Las Vegas for some lunch and roulette. While waiting for my Mom at the restroom, we were approached by Casino security demanding to see my brother's ID. These 2 guys "claimed" that my brother had been trespassed off the property using facial recognition. We were in shock. I asked the guys if they had a name or a photo of the man they "claimed" my brother is supposed to be. Neither guy said they had a photo to show us or a name of this guy they asked to never return. Again, they didn't have a name or image to show any of us before demanding to see some ID. I explained that we had just walked into the bldg (not even 10 minutes), going to eat at Proper Eats Food Hall and play some roulette after. Security then told us they have the right to ask ANYONE for a room key or ID while in the Aria. I say that's not an excuse to racial profile anybody cause this was clearly happening in this case. NOBODY should be treated this way unless you have proof of the person's identity. This wasn't about some supposed facial recognition, this was clearly (in my opinion) racial profiling an African American family. We all refused to show any ID (cause we didn't do anything wrong) and both guys demanded we all leave the property at once. We left very upset but peacefully and we will NEVER visit Aria Las Vegas again! This is 1 black family that will not stand for any racial profiling or disrespect. I know I'm just one man but I would suggest ALL black men & women stay away from Aria Las Vegas. There's plenty of non-MGM properties to visit and be treated with dignity and respect. 0/5 Aria. You guys stink to high Heaven??

    My name is Jacqueline ****** I'm a rideshare driver. At the top of the 9:00 hour on 4/1/2023 I dropped off at the Aria. I needed to use the restroom so I went down underground where the taxi drivers and also limo drivers go and use the restroom. The security guard asked me once I parked on the side out of incoming traffic's way where was I going I said I'm a driver and I'm going to use the driver's restroom he said I could not. I said isn't this a driver's restroom. He said depending on who it is. Once he said that I turned around walked away and continued walking towards the restroom someone was in the restroom as I was waiting he told me if I use this restroom that he was going to trespass me. I had to use the restroom really bad so I continued to wait for the person to come out they came out I use the restroom as I was going back to my car he was standing there and continue to verbally assault me and belittle me and disrespect me to where I felt offended to defend myself verbally and we started going back and forth he called his friend by that time I was already in my car his friend pulled up on the security golf cart and yelled where she at!? By then I was driving off I was on my way to another ride I dropped off and came back to make a complaint with security. Now I am emailing the same complaint because I felt threatened to only use the restroom and belittled and disrespected by the security guard who is 6 ft tall white male and bald cuz I don't know his name and I needed to have this person talk to because he was abusing his authority not only verbally but body language also I don't know if this concerns anyone and the establishment but it concerns me as a rideshare driver and as a woman who only wanted to use the restroom. Thank you for your time. I also would like to know what the security guard meant we he said. After I asked him is this the restroom for drivers. His response was. "It depends on who it is"?     On 3/5/2023 i was trying to leave the parking garage when I got to the gate i could't immediately find my rewards card and so when i asked the attendant to open the gate and that I was a gold tier status I was met with resistance. I then got taunted and eventually another parking attendant got even more aggressive and basically kept escalating the situation even after I found my card where he then proceeded to state " I bet its not even your card" I then proceeded to take out my drivers license to prove that its my rewards card and begged to be let out. I still was being taunted and basically held hostage at the parking gate and told I "have to pay" in order to be released!During which at this time the attendants are now clearly having traffic backed up people yelling at me because of the absolute complete inability on how to handle people who have proven there eligibility of what gold tier status member receive by spending a min of 75k per year!So beware if you are a rewards member who spends money as i do on a weekly basis what could happen and hopefully not be detained or held hostage for as long as I was if you misplace your card and even finding it shortly later that you "have to pay" to leave the premises. Shame on you Aria for having employees do that to your patrons with certain tier status!
