We were at MGM 9/14-9/19 during the cyber hack. You would think they would go out of their way to make guests comfortable……total opposite. No access to rewards, no meals to charge to the room, had to pay cash for any show tickets, and literally was felt like the guests were an inconvenience. No concessions whatsoever. Other MGM properties were handing out meal credits if you waited longer than 20 minutes for a payout. Literally, the worst customer service ever experienced. Also, faculty was full of smoke, a pair of soiled shorts were in a bathroom stall, and not a good experience.

Finally got a room at 9:30 PM! Why do they advertise a 4 PM check in time. No apologies, no concessions. Never staying at an MGM property again. Hotels should compensate guests when check-ins are delayed.

I arrived at 9.30 and realized that the bed was sinking every position I tried. I felt like I was sinking. I called the front desk and was told that someone would come one hour later. No one came I when down to the front desk and was told I needed to join the line all-over again waited for 30 min and finally got someone to change my room. I when to the room and the key didn't work. I had to go back and join the line again for other 30 minutes. I then ask for a manager the take some time .I asked if someone could come with the security came and we could not get in the room. He had to call someone else and then the door finally opened only to see that the room was not clean. I had to go back to the front desk me and the security. I checked in on the 17 at around 9am and July the 18 at 3.30 I finally got a room all this time I had to have my suitcase with.the manager keep apologizing and told me that she will remove the charges because after checking how I paid she said it was done by a third party. I gave me $175 toward food and drinks. Also said she will see what else she could do and that a manager would call me in the morning. I didn't receive a call and I checked out this morning all the fees that she said would come off did .I am back in Maryland and I tried calling her and got a manager that was very nasty. This was my first time in Las Vegas celebrating my birthday and this was a disappointment. All night people were being treated like they are not paying their hard earned money. This was one of the worst costumer service I have seen

Paid $70 for valet. Took more than an hour and a half to get my car. My friend self parked and was home in 30mins. Very disappointed and upset and how valet attendants dismissed us after being paid $400 for an event and $70 to park. I still do not have much car as I write this review. Of I could give 0 stars I would.

This 5 stars is for Anthony Ruiz only!! The hotel itself overall is 3 stars. Checking in was extremely difficult since it was under my friends account but my credit card. My friend called twice before our stay to confirm that my name was on the reservation since i was arriving to the hotel before her and both times the person helping her assured her that my name was on the reservation. It was not. I had the app downloaded on my phone and my name was clearly on there, but the person at the front desk couldn’t find my name in their system. This was a whole hassle for like 40 minutes and then finally we got our 2 double queen bed rooms that we were reassured were connected to each other. We went upstairs to finally put all of our luggage down and the rooms were not connecting, apparently double queens never connect at this hotel. So we came back down and thankfully we talked with Anthony after all of this chaos and he was so nice and so helpful. He kept a good attitude the whole time even tho some people in my group were giving him a hard time. He gave us rooms across from each other and made sure we were taken care of after all the mess. Thank you so much Anthony for your help, you made our stay that much better!!! 5 stars for Anthony!!!

MGM's LGBTQ Discrimination On August 28th my girlfriend and I (both females) went to the MGM to attend the Steve Aoki show at the the Wet Republic pool. When we arrived and was asked if we were on the guest list we said yes and then we were asked if we were staying at the hotel, when we told them no we were ushered onto a mile walk around the outside of the hotel and casino in 104 degree heat. Previously when we attended a few years prior we were able to walk inside through the casino so that we were not dealing with the extreme heat. Once we arrived to the entrance they quickly checked our ID's and stamped our hands and directed us to the next line to get our guest list information. After they confirmed we were on the guest list they provided us with the paper that stated that 2 of us were attending the show. As we headed down the stairs for the final bag check a gentleman told us we needed to go back to the prior checkpoint as they needed to see us, I asked if he was kidding since we were sweating and ready to get into the pool and cool down. The man said no I'm not kidding and another gentleman came down the stairs from the front and said that we didn't meet the dress code of being in swim attire. We are lesbians and I was wearing khaki lightweight mens shorts and a tank top with a sports bra that I swim in at every water location I enter, my girlfriend was wearing jean shorts and a tube top, the man only addressed me in my mens shorts and said that it wasn't swimwear but my girlfriend in jean shorts was not even asked if she had swimwear under them. My girlfriend was upset and pulled my mens shorts down to reveal a black swim bottoms that I could utilize for us to get in, he quickly said that this wasn't swim attire and opened the gate to show us out of the pool. Not only were we a mile walk from the front but we had taken an Uber from a different hotel at the other end of the strip to get to this pool. I absolutely felt discriminated against.

Good evening, I am writing in regard to a stay I recently had with my husband at the Las Vegas location, Thursday 7/29 - Friday 7/29. We were greeted by two beautiful ladies who showed us a QR code to check in & that is where the pleasantries end! We found the doors to the West, & walked down the very dimly lit hallway to our room. I had to use the restroom immediately & found myself on the toilet with an empty toilet paper roll. How in the world is this not seen by housekeeping? The carpet in front of the tv was disgusting & black, as if something black had been spilled & left. The TV would not allow us to watch movies. The vent in the bathroom above the shower was caked with at least 1/4" of dust, wallpaper hanging off the walls, and holes. The light on one side of the bed flickered off & on all night, which was distracting. We woke up Wednesday morning & headed to the pool. The two of us walked in the lazy river & the amount of empty cups and trash along the side/edges was unsightly. How does that amount of junk sit under the many lifeguards on duty and it not be picked up, or addressed by someone. The pool was filled with families & children, & the amount of alcohol trash was appalling. Finally on our last evening, I noticed a large bag (50+ gallon minimum) about 2 rooms away full of dirty white towels & linens. It was as if housekeeping had finished & just left the bag there. I went to bed & found the very same bag in the hallway. It is no wonder the hallway is lit so dimly, to disguise the LARGE amount of trash left & the condition of the rooms. I wanted to write this to notify the resort that the resort is presented in a horrible way to its paying public. For your paying customers???? DISGUSTING!!!! You should be ashamed of yourselves for the conditions you allow PAYING CUSTOMERS to stay in is a disgrace. Disappointed, Revolted, and Horrified customer,

The bed was very uncomfortable, only adjust air 2 degrees, no coffee pot and just to put something in the fridge was $50, water didn't drain well at all, very expensive food even in the food court.
