    I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay at Tuscany Suites and Casino. On August 18, 2024. Despite having requested an early check-in months in advance, we arrived to find our room was not ready. There was no communication regarding a late check-out from the previous guest, leaving us waiting for hours. Furthermore, the cabana we had booked was advertised as discounted for weekday stays. However, this was not the case. We were then informed that an additional deposit was required, a detail that was not made clear during the booking process. To add to our frustration, the staff's attitude was unhelpful and dismissive. Multiple attempts to resolve these issues with different managers proved fruitless. This was supposed to be a celebratory birthday weekend, but it turned into a stressful and disappointing experience. I hope that the corporate office will take this feedback seriously and take steps to ensure that such a disappointing stay does not happen again. I would be happy to discuss this matter further.

    On February 10th, 2024 my friend and I were mugged in your parking lot by an armed man upon returning from the Adele show. The hotel staff was very insensitive, never even bothered to check on us after a long night of dealing with police. We felt very unsafe throughout the night which was the reason we departed Vegas early the next day. During check out nothing was said or asked by hotel staff that made us feel better, (I asked if the manager knew of what happened to us, she did). The police, detectives, have called to see how we were doing, never one email or call from the hotel. So as far as Hospitality goes with this hotels, it doesn’t exist on their property, only crime and disappointing service for a room that cost $700+, and possibly our lives. We worry for those who can’t fight like we did, we were lucky, this place needs better security and staff in your city filled with crime.

    Company does not honor price paid for the actual room. We booked rooms that included the Lanai, when we arrived they told us only one was available the other would need to be a “pool view room” the pool view rooms are significantly less expensive online. We asked the front desk and they told us they could only credit us $10 a night for our 5 night stay. The room difference just for the first night is over a $30 difference not including the difference for the other 4 nights. When I tried to show them the price difference they keep saying it’s because of when I ordered. I have screenshots on my phone the prices from when I ordered that show the significant price difference. They told me I can come back tomorrow and talk to a different manager. Hopefully they can help resolve some of the issues and inconsistencies with what the two women at the front desk told us.

    Horrible service. Marilyn's has poor selection and high cost now. They made a $1.95 mistake on my bill and refused to correct. Lost a long time loyal customer over less than $2. Food manager should be fired for incompetence. I was very civil about my concerns yet they sent 6 security guards to threaten me. Old disabled guy with cane. Absolutely disgraceful. Avoid at all costs. Never again.

    THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED FRKM THE SECURITY FIR THIS HOTEL WAS HORRIBLE. I LEFT 3 BRAND NEW ITEMS (2 SHIRTS 1 PAIR OF SHORTS) IN MY ROOM. AFTER I REALIZED I FORGOT THEM I CALLED AND THEY TOLD ME THEY FOUND THEM AND WOULD FEDEX THEM TO ME. AFTER HEARING NOTHING FOR OVER A WEEK I CALLED AGAIN AND WAS TOLD IT WAS A MISTAKE AND THEY DID NOT FIND MY ITEMS. HE THEN JUST HUNG UP ON ME. THEY WERE RUDE SND COULD CARE LESS ABOUT MY ISSUE. HE SAID TO ME WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO. I GO TO THIS HOLTEL EVERY JANUARY FOR AN EVENT AND I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THIS HOTEL AGAIN. BEYOND UNEXCEPTABLE....
