    I have been with 411 scam artist for 8 years now, I can not believe this company is still in business, Very unprofessional scare tactics that are illegal, They hire people that you can not understand when speaking, They will not take no for an answer. I tried to cancel my service with them for months now and they say, They will not give me my earned reviews from my customers for doing great work, with google my business account. They said it was nontransferable which is a lie!!!!! I am going to the FCC to file a complaint about this company. I will try my hardest to have them shut down. I thought this was a free country. Why is the BBB allowing them to be an accredited business. I will write a bad review for the next 365 day about 411 Locals.

    These guys are Frauds & Scam! You can never get Compitent people Period! And if you have issues they will NEVER Transfer you to any type of upper Management to fix your problems for What their doing for you & they have caused me to Lose Thousands of Dollars in Lost Customers cause they G NEVER Create what you ask them to put in your Listing! And always telling you they'll fix & Still Screw it up! I had sent multiple E-MAILS of what I want my Ad Words or Pay per Click & then your Money will Disapear before you even get What you Want & this has happened Multiple Times! I gave them chances so many times always Struggling to pay their Fees & Barely any Return Redults! DO!! NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They WILL! RIP YOU OFF! YOUR MONEY WILL DISAPERA & DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT ASKING. FOR YOUR MONEY BACK CAUSE ONCE THEY HAVE THEY WILL BULLSHIT YOU & MAKE EXCUSES OF HAW ITS GONE & NEVER even get close to what you ask for! And I've been screwed over & over!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    BE WARNED!!! I contracted with the company to market my business in January 2024. Upon poor service & no leads, I chose to cancel my subscription via email & telephone contact in September 2024. They disregarded the email notification to cancel & continued to bill me for unwanted services. Once I was finally able to get a hold of someone, I specifically instructed them that I no longer wanted the services or contact in September 2024. Guess, that wasn't enough because they continue to harass me via telephone by calling my business phone from different numbers. The calls have been ongoing since October 2024. Stay away from this business & their false promises!

    SCAMMERS!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH 412 LOCALS !!! Worst company to hire to campaign your business! Gave me all these promises to grow my business and it was all false promises ! Took down my website link from my front page of google page and still haven’t been able to restore it!!! Wasted all my money on this company just like another other company trying to make ends meet!! My company went down drastically due to this company went from making a good income to only receiving 5 calls a month !!! Do not do business with them if I could give them 0 stars I would !!

    Out of the blue got a call from them telling me about how i cam grow my bussines, listened for about 20 mins everything was good until i told them im hesitant to share personal info(my adress) because i dont know them, and people get scammed easly nowadays, i usually research a company before i share anything, he told me "OK STAY LIKE THAT" in a angry/serious kind of way....that right there raised red flags, sure enough research the company and i been hearing complaints, i havent spent a dollar on them but i would advice you to do your research first, I do not recommend this company just by that call

    Beware of 411 Locals – A Total Scam! If I could give zero stars, I would. 411 Locals is a complete scam that preys on small businesses. They spam call repeatedly, wasting our time and money, and once they rope you in, good luck trying to cancel—because they’ll ignore your requests and keep charging you. They promise marketing results but deliver nothing but headaches. Instead of driving real leads, they burn through ad budgets with useless clicks and fake traffic. Their customer service? Nonexistent. They won’t reply to emails or calls unless they’re trying to bill you again. Save yourself the frustration and stay FAR AWAY from 411 Locals. Do not trust them with your business!

    Canceling my credit card today. Just like all the other reviews about these losers. Unreliable liars ! This company is full of nefarious actors. I try to call to get a hold of my " Account Manager" and he is always in a meeting and wont take my call. They have had two months to push my business forward and my business is no better today than it was two months ago. They spent all of December 2024 promoting things that do not get me any business. That was my first waste of money with them. When I straightened them out on what keywords help to promote my business they acted like they are starting all over again to promote my business. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED DO NOT USE THESE LIARS AND NEFARIOUS ACTORS!

    I give this business 0 stars. I would not recommend anyone to use them. Nothing but Scammers. Cancel service and they refused to handle over our google my business profile without a fee. I refuse to pay a fee that we don’t owe. Worst customer service ever and I could write a book out experience with them. Worst decision ever. Don’t make the same mistake we did
