    Order date: 1/17/23 Total amount paid: $109.91 Order #: ********* What I ordered was below my expectations and it was obvious my order was tampered with in terms of products being switched.None of the items I ordered had labels and thus was untraceable to their original source.It was very poor quality products. I called Shango to complain on 2/5/23 and they returned my phone call about the situation and I spoke with a ****** whom called me from a phone # listed to a ***************************** and she informed me she was the manager. She wasnt empathetic to my issue and was speaking over me constantly. Furthermore, she said all of their drivers wear body cams and that I need to watch what I was saying.

    Upon conclusion of this investigation, the complaint cannot be confirmed. Through video review we confirmed the items that were in the delivery order in question were in fact state approved items and labeled to meet regulatory standards per the requirements of the *** and state regulators. 
    Without photos of the supposed items received, we cannot confirm this guests report was for a Shango delivery. Our drivers are not allowed to have any personal medicated items in the car besides the regulated items set for each delivery and recorded and tracked in the state regulatory systems, thus not able to switch products for an untraceable product. Our drivers are on camera at all times and this investigation concluded that at no time were the items in this order changed for illicit or illegal items as stated. 
    The safety of the community and especially our customers is our #1 priority, we operate under very strict regulations and ensure ALL items sold from our facility meet state requirements, are safe for adult consumption and have the labels as required. This allows us to trace back to the seed the item came from.
    In the case of an issue where an incorrect item per request is sent out, we would assess right away. This report was made 3 weeks after the delivery was executed. If you ever experience such an issue, please bring it to our attention immediately. We're glad youve continued to remain our guest, having visited recently. We trust that experience was good and were happy to continue serving you. 
    Were concerned there may have been a copy cat illicit seller, as the description appears more akin to what we know of them. Unfortunately, this is not an uncommon occurrence.  If you feel you have received a delivery from a fraudulent source, please report and turn over the evidence to us. Wed greatly appreciate it.

    Ok I had a incident with another customer weeks ago she was the aggressor until I reacted, now it's a new week, I go in, the employee asked the other employee is she logged in can she ring me up she had a attitude I noticed I kinda ignored it until she went to another employee talking bout me and I can hear and pointing at me , I did not say anything I just looked hard with a very cold stare , YOUR employee said something first aggressively said HI AND WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING AT !!!! 5/14/2022, 1:20 am and I reacted again poorly I admit but I'm not a employee and I did not start anything so I reacted ok , unprofessional she was very , so I asked to talked to manager at this point I'm pissed and the old lady tried to fight I did not once threatened her I told her call the police and she said she on the clock and really ran up on me no lie pls request cameras , yes I was not respectful but no that was unprofessional please wat h the cameras I never seen no business behave this way .

By the customers own admission, found in the filed complaint, they acted inappropriately. Shango personnel treat customers with the utmost respect, serving nearly 800 customers a day, with no such customer complaints to which compare. While we understand a customer may have a bad day, we do not tolerate abuse towards our staff by any entity. It is the opinion of the company that the review/complaint should be rejected predicated on these facts Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/05/18) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I was approached first and substance was not a problem until I reacted the worker said hello what are you looking at !!! Because I heard the worker talking bout me and pointing a finger I did not treat the worker poorly until I was treated first can u pls ask them for the footage I promise I did not approach the worker first I was approached first and I reacted !!!! No worker should say to the customer I quote 'hello!!! , what are you looking at !!! ? So now I'm on substance when I'm really trying to buy some yes I have a temper and substance was not the reason it was how I was approached I was not even gonna say a word !!! THEY ARE LYING , and the old lady tried to fight me I never tried to fight her the staff are sticking together and lying we need the cameras cause I'm not that type of person !
