I won a gift from pop slots. When it arrived it came with a $63 UPS bill. I have been trying for weeks to contact Play studio about this through the Instagram DM, through the game app, and by email and have received zero response and zero support. Now I am receiving collection letters and calls from UPS about this. Beware accepting any "gift" from Play Studio.PlayStudios, Inc.

MyKONAMI released new games called Sugar and Spice. These games have regular free plays and super free plays. During super free plays, coins with value amounts pop up at EVERY spin. If 3 columns have coins, it triggers re-spins for possibly high bonus payouts. Not always but possibilities are there. Many offers were available during T-giving weekend, and I ignored most of them. One specific offer was geared towards this new games with 5 super free spins. I purchased it because having played the games for a couple of days, the super free spins were always exciting. However, upon getting the spins, they were regular free plays and not super free plays! Not a single coin showed up that would’ve triggered re-spins. I have screenshot of the package purchased, and read it again. It specifically said UnWooly Riches Spice Super Free Play. To me, that meant getting the super free play specifically occurring in this particular game. I sent a message to support on Friday asking for the super free play or a comparable coin points. Received a message from Matt on Monday explaining that super free play just meant higher bet. I have to disagree. Super free play package was offered to a game that specifically has super free plays. If this is a new marketing practice, company needs to make sure that their games do not have actual super free play within its game contents. I asked for reconsideration. Matt replied again on Tuesday simply saying I got my super free play and closed the conversation. I sent another reply because I didn’t feel that my concerns were even considered. A company should not offer super free plays in a game that actually have super free plays and get regular free plays even with higher bets. I got a reply saying this issue was answered and any further message regarding this will be closed. I don’t feel I was being unreasonable. Maybe marketing dept was not aware that they have a game that actually have super free plays and should not have used that term.PlayStudios, Inc.

I’ve probably spent over a $1000 in a year and as of recently there support manager decided to block me due to “spamming” since I asked if I had chip comp a day early as of recently I have missing chips and the game has been crashing which there’s nothing I can do since everytime you message support it says conversation closed it’s highly disappointingPlayStudios, Inc.

VOTING PREFERENCES SHOULD NOT BE A REQUIREMENT TO PLAY YOUR GAMES ONLINE. Your audience, the players, are currently being put on the spot to choose the red or blue political party to proceed to play myKonami app online. Ever since today, 11/4/24, this is a pop-up screen promising an unspecified red or blue presidential reward. I do not care to share this information with anyone. This is awkward and PRIVATE & may violate civil rights. (I am not an attorney.) One thing that is needed is the company give players an option to exit the screen if we players do not wish to select (a party) the offer. Also note, there are other political parties besides those two. But even considering this, give a clear way to opt out. This is purely private and personal and should not be required in order to play the games. Tomorrow is Election Day. Your company has deprived me/us who refuse to choose from playing the games today (11/4/24); maybe tomorrow too, and maybe forever if there continues to be no option to bypass that screen and the company does not allow future playing without players making a choice (red or blue). That is nobody’s business but each player’s. l can only hope that this is not the case. I otherwise enjoy playing the games on a daily basis. This seems unfair, discrimination and maybe even bias for some. Voting preferences should not be required to play. Please take appropriate steps to provide an exit from the selection of red or blue political parties. Free will counts!PlayStudios, Inc.

Confirmed: the myKONAMI slots online were unavailable to its players for at least two days due to not providing an exit from the screen asking for players to vote (red or blue party) for Presidential election, if they opted out. I refused to choose; that’s private and personal. So there was no moving pass the ‘voting screen’ at the time to get to customer service that I know of (re the Company’s response). Had it (customer service) been available to me on November 4th and 5th 2024, I surely would have done so and possibly been able to play the games those days depending on how soon the option to leave the page without voting would have been provided. I felt so very disappointed for 48 hours without the games. Normally I play every day. Please note: it is a moot point to go to customer service now. I offered to send screen shots showing my current progress they said to start over after 4 years. All I wanna do is keep playing and redeem the rewards I earned and paid cash for. The customer service for this company is terrible. I messaged and emailed 6 times about my issue and it had not been solved. I redeemed a reward but then the app didn’t work correctly and kept the reward as “pending.” I sent proof of when I redeemed it but they will not fix it in the system so that I can redeem another reward after 30 days. I would not waste your time on these apps since they have incompetent customer service reps.PlayStudios, Inc.

There was some confusion which occurred due to an update with the Terms and Conditions of the reward in question. We do see that they were able to purchase another reward on March 5th, which was their intention based on their interaction with our Customer Support team. We are glad to see that they were able to ultimately secure this reward based on their original expectation but do apologize for any miscommunication which compromised the service experience. I have 1.25 million myVIP reward points. When I tried to actually redeem some of them, they disappeared. I can still see them in the Tetris UI—I have 1.25 million and as I play I've added to that total—but the myVIP UI shows I have 100. When I contacted support about this, I was told there's no current solution for this. False advertising; which is ironic because the Tetris app already has FAR too many ads. PlayStudios is a scam of a company, and it's unfortunate that they've been sub-licensed the rights to Tetris.PlayStudios, Inc.

I'm a month and half waiting on customer service to respond to several technical issues. I provided screen recordings and screen shots. When customer service does respond they usually toss 3 million coins at you and close out the request. I had a straight line of elephants in thd elephant splendor that should've paid huge at a 150 million chip bet but it didn't. Then the current mini pops is only giving 1 spin per balloon. I can't even get the finished last mini collection done because of the 1 spin balloons. Also I do spend real money on chips. That's not happening anymore. And finally, the bots. I've gotten multiple screenshots of them. They are extremely high levels and when they sit down nobody wins except them. They never say hi either. I've been playing this game since like 2015. It's ridiculous that it's just no fun anymore.PlayStudios, Inc.
