They double charged me for a purchase. I disputed the second charge and since my bank refunded me. The game charged me 16,000 gems and demanding I buy gems to keep my account. They gave me 3 exceptions to try and get the gems to a + balance but it would 6 months to get that many gems without paying to play.PlayStudios, Inc.

This game doesn't even deserve 1 star!! It's a Total Rip off!! I have Always received the 4 star rewards bonus Until they was going to give a special envelope for finishing the 4 star rewards!! I am close to losing the MyVip Hosted Group Cruise, I redeemed for 5,000,000 gold coins. I submitted the required information to **** ******, on Monday 09/25/23. I called Club Royale on 09/26/23 at 4:30 for 27 minutes. They confirmed the received the cruise booking request and read back to me, key areas of my email. They said the booking would be complete in 72 hours and they would call be when it was competed. I never received call back from them, so I called **** ****** Friday, to get the booking completed. This had to go through several departments, including VIP Events, but was told it would be completed. Saturday they called me, to say they reviewed the taped conversation for Tuesday; yes it showed they did get the booking request. However, the offer code Expired on Thursday 09/30/23. There was nothing they could do on the weekend, only senior management could reissue a code and issue a waiver, for an issue they themselves caused. I received an email from MyVip that my sport on the group cruise, will be cancelled today, because I/you have not been supplied with my booking number! We truly apologize for any breakdown in communication while Mr. ********* was attempting to confirm the cruise booking associated with the myVIP at Sea – Mexico reward with travel dates of November 4th through the 9th. We also apologize for any delay in fulfillment and frustration caused by this experience. We will make sure to review any learnings and take them into consideration when improving the redemption process moving forward. We do see that this reward has been successfully redeemed and have confirmed Mr. *********** cruise booking with our partners at Royal Caribbean. This game is a complete rip off in more ways than one....and don't give me your b.s speal about how its randomly generated to be like a real world casino. If people wanted to go get screwd by a one sided system they would go to an actual casino. A very perfect example is when you start with 50 billion chips spend 25b of that to not even win a fraction of that back in line pay but you gain 10m bonus chips then to get completely railed in your bonus with a measly 30x or 100x just admit the fact you are crooks and should be shut down forever.PlayStudios, Inc.

Our apps are all specifically designed through the use of a complex mathematical model to deliver random results which best reflect a real-world scenario and this is tested regularly to ensure this is the case. Well the games are interactive and enjoyable they are not random what you win might be random but the fact that you are going to win or lose is not random they wouldn't make any money if they keep letting you win all of the people that win big high amounts are all fake this has been shown to me over and over again as I have played for almost a year every single day and every single time I win a little bit I lose it all and I lose it for a long time and have to pay for more and then I win a little bit for a short time and I lose it all again they keep you at the bottom especially when you play the big fast games that tell you it pays big they don't pay nothing you lose because they get you rushing and then you feel like if you don't buy more coins you're going to lose everything believe me they are Crooks.PlayStudios, Inc.

It has proven numerous times it is not random chance because it shows me what it is giving me before I even complete the spin on the prize path bar and any other competition they have going on. You can read the other reponses to complaints on here and see they are also auto generated. I've sent numerous pics showing it taking away my bonus chips, what I earned on any bonus games and my balance before and after. I get the same message each time, which is "we have reviewed your game play and find no errors" and "it is a visual acuity error". So I'm being told I'm blind and can't add. They refuse to make it right and just ignore the issues or give you a few chips to get you to leave them alone. They are also very punitive when you do contact them, so expect to lose every spin for at least 2 weeks after you do contact them.PlayStudios, Inc.

I was not compensated for the 17 billion chips I earned but did not receive. I contacted my "host" numerous times because she never addressed the issue, instead she gave me 1.5 billion, 500 million, then 2 billion for contacting her, so I'm still short 14 billion, which i earned during those bonus games. I sent pictures showing how many chips I received versus what I should have received. This isn't just horrible customer service, it is blatant deceit and why you get so many bad reviews.Aj

Tell me again how it isn't punitive when I can't even access the game now that my complaints have posted and I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times and meet all system requirements. Everything other app on my device works just fine. So now I can't even collect the bonuses. Not to mention I was able to play once yesterday at this time and I received 69 tokens in the bonus game, even though I won 88.9 million. Contacted support about my prizes disappearing from my inbox after viewing them and then, go back to claiming them less than, 30 mins later. They sent me an email stating that they will be correcting the issue and that I will receive those prizes within the day. Then, they sent me an email asking how their service was when, the issue was never corrected. We greatly appreciate this player’s outreach and are truly sorry to hear of his experience with the Summer Santa challenge prizes on Thursday, July 27th. To provide insight, some players were sent the correct prizes for this challenge, along with additional prizes not meant to be displayed. This player was one of those affected. Players were eligible for the top 2 prizes from this challenge but ended up receiving more than these prizes via their inbox. The extra prizes sent in error were removed as he observed. We have confirmed that he is still due one Gold Sticker Pack and additional chips. Since the sticker book event has since ended, we are confirming with our developers when the next sticker event is scheduled and are planning to add these credits at that time to fulfill his compensation. I have 214 pictures of how and when they ripped me off . I show it to customer service , they WILL NOT RESPOND . I complained about something without picture , they immediately tell me , I was DISCONNECTED and lie to me . This site is pathetic.
I have complained on here multiple times ,after numerous attempts , they finally just contacted me and told me they rip me off every other day , sometimes twice a day , because I play on a cell phone ?????????????? They dint give me 1 chip I proved to them I don't receive. Just that , I play on a cell phone and their stuff is all set up to be super fast . So , they ripped me off . What a pathetic answer . I have seen most of their repetitive responses . But this one takes the cake . Sorry we ROBBED you of 5 billion chips, but , you play on a cell phone .... If their is ever a class action lawsuit against them . I HAVE MORE THAN ENOUGH EVIDENCE

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have spent well over $1500 on this app. My stupid mistake. I Believe that this game is rigged for those who actually spend money. I get no return on my investment on this game. I have never been able to complete a story. I have never won a amount that would allow me to play longer than a day on this game. I kept thinking if i get up there in levels, my luck would change. The host has given me coins once a week, sometimes more sometimes less. This week I was told no free coins, because I didn't spend enough money on the game that literally will it $20 in 5 minutes. When this week I spent $60 on the game. I know this app bot that responds to this will come back with all their excuses on everything anyone says on this platform. And they can. But they should really be ashamed of taking advantage of people addictions. Gambling is a addiction and this app feeds that, because you can never seem to win. and we are all always trying to chase a win of some sort. whether in a game or real casino. I will not be playing any more. so, if you have any form of addiction, please stay clear of this game. it is no good, and they will just steal your money not even allowing you to have any bit of fun.
