I contacted Las Vegas mobile mechanics to come diagnostic my car and possibly to the repair work. My car wouldnt start and when I got it towed to my house the tow truck guy told me it could be the starter and I made the mechanic **** from Las Vegas mobile mechanics aware of that. But still made it cleared that the diagnostic should still be ran. After maybe 5-6 minutes he comes back and says yea its the starter I asked him are you sure ? He replied yes. The mechanic took ***** minutes to change the starter. He turned my car on , didnt start he said he to Jump start the car since the start was new the car started. He immediately left.. when I got into the car to drive it. It immediately turned off as soon I I put it on drive. I called the manager ***** he basically told me if he sets someone to come check out the new problem he was going to charge me again. I explained to him that I was charged $130 for a diagnostic to find what was wrong with my car, he said that his mechanic didnt have the rite machine to do the full diagnostic.how is that my fault. The manager ***** came a day after with his machine and told us it was a censor. We asked if the starter really needed to be replaced, he said yes. He said this new issue is new I asked him to review the work his mechanic did he stated he did a good job.. the next day another one of his mechanics came to replace the censor and after he told us the starter was placed wrong and it made it overheat. His own mechanic told us this which we have video of him saying it.
This is a follow up to a previous complaint. After several miss diagnostics the manager ***** called me saying he finally knows what the issue was which was that my engine was shocked meaning my engine gave out. Now before Las Vegas mobile mechanics ever touched my car I never ever had issues with my car. I need this issue resolved.

On Wednesday, November 16 2022, I inquired on service to be done by this mobile mechanic. The service was for a broken bolt extraction. I specifically asked if this is a service that could be done and the authoritative figure **** assured me it could be done. Their price for service is $150/hr. When the mobile mechanic arrived, they let me know that they would notify me if the job could be done or not after observing the vehicle. They proceeded to service the vehicle and extracted the broken bolt, or actually only a piece of it. Furthermore, where the bolt extraction occurred, the mechanic stripped the hole the bolt was extracted from, rendering it useless because you can no longer torque the bolt down. This occurred on a vital part of the engine and as of currently, they rendered the vehicle to be completely useless. I called ********** believe it was and explained the situation to him. He told me all they can do is come back out and look at it, and I would be charged if more time was needed. Never owning or accepting the fact that their mechanic made a mistake that I repeatedly explained and emphasized. He even insisted he would leave me with the problem and not send the mechanics back out. After the conversation concluded, he scheduled the mechanics to come back the following day. When they arrived the following day, all the mechanic told me is what I could do, basically take a shortcut to fix the problem which would definitely not fix the problem, and further explained that they would have to charge me for more time. Neither the dispatcher/authoritative figure or the mechanics acknowledged that they made the mistake and offered any kind of rectification, and only insisted on charging me more to fix the problem that they caused. I was charged $150 due to them finishing in less than an hour. Maybe they were in a rush, I dont know, but the vehicle is useless now when that was not the case prior to calling them. They made an attempt at something they could not do.Initial Complaint

Called on September 26, 2022, for service as my car would not start up. They sent out a mechanic, he diagnosed my car with a failing starter. He got my car to start told me to drive it straight home, as it may not start up again. Also told me that if I wanted them to perform the change of the starter. I needed to go buy the starter and call the office to set an appointment for it to be changed. I paid $153.00 by credit card on his phone app. Was told that would also cover him changing the starter once the office schedule me for service as it should only take him 45mins to an hour to perform the work. I went and bought the starter and set the appointment. The same mechanic came to my home on September 27, 2022 at 10am. I gave him access to my car, and went inside to handle some other things. I checked back and forward on the mechanic as it was taking him longer then he said it would. I was told I would have to pay $150.00 for another hour. I paid again via his phone app with credit card. As I'm checking my vehicle before he leaves. My engine is making an knocking sound, my check engine light is on, he broke the wiring to my O2 sensor, he dumped fluids all over my driveway, I question him and he says all he can do is remove the starter as thats what he changed. And I called the office before he left to get them to have him fix the new issues he caused. They just beat around the ****, promised me that a lead mechanic will contact me in 1 to 3 days. I still to this day have not been about to speak to a lead mechanic, supervisor, manager, owner, no one everytime I call I get the same thing someone will call me and I have made multiple calls to get this taking care of. And the have no physical office, no corporate email or contact information. That someone will call me back. I have not been able to drive my car because of the new issues, that their unvetted mechanic has caused by his poor skills.Customer Answer

Mechanics came to fix may auto air conditioner in April 2022. I paid 1,400. for them to install a new compressor kit. This did not fix the problem. They then installed a new condenser at no charge. This still did not fix the problem. They have been out here numerous times to add freon but this has not fixed the problem. They came out again on Tuesday, July 26th. On this occasion they said it was a faulty compressor and a leak in the hose. They were ordering the hose on a rush. They have ceased all communication with us since that date. Since April they have made numerous excuses about why this problem wasn't fixed. They would say they would call with an update on when they would be returning and then wouldn't call. When we called, they treated us poorly and at one point said my husband was a nuisance. Their mechanic also failed to re-attach the trim correctly resulting in a broken piece of plastic under the car. I have attached several photos. One is of the trim around the front driver side wheel, Another is the undercarriage which he failed to secure correctly and another is of a broken piece he left in my car without identifying,Initial Complaint

My warranty company paid almost $400 and I paid $140 out of pocket for a repair they didn't complete correctly and caused more damage. i had to take it to an auto shop to be fixed correctly for another $484 out of pocket. Then it had to take it to the dealership to fix the damage they caused overfilling my oil by 2 quarts per the dealership which was another $1800. I've asked for a refund since they didn't fix it and only caused more damage. The manager promised a refund if I sent over the invoice showing the work being re done. I did that. It's been months and still no refund. Tried calling the last couple days and I get the run around or they just don't answer my calls. I call from different numbers they answer or they call back. Makes no sense. Now they're denying me a refund after they promised. This company is shady and a scam. I want my refund.Initial Complaint

I contacted Las Vegas Mobile Mechanics on June 18, 2022 to schedule a diagnostic. Prior to the scheduled diagnostic, I informed your company that my check engine light was on, and I had code P0017. I also informed the guy "Mike" who answered your XXX-XXX-XXXX number that I wanted to have my "Crankshaft Position Sensors" replaced. I asked for a quote and was quoted $450.00 for parts and labor. I was told it would take 2 ½ hours' time plus parts. After the technician performed the diagnostic, I asked was the P0017 code still showing and was told yes. I was told that if I allow Las Vegas Mechanics to do the work on my truck that the $150.00 diagnostic fee would go towards the fee. The technician then went on to say that the parts for my vehicle were not in yet but should be in tomorrow on Sunday June 19, 2022 (Father's Day). On June 19, 2022, the technician allegedly named "Jose ******** returned to my home after doing the diagnostic test on June 18th. The technician handed me a phone with a cracked case that only appeared to have a signature line and requested that I sign it before he did the work. I asked the technician if he had the parts to replace my Crankshaft Position Sensors and I was told yes. I asked the technician to please give the old parts to me once he replaced them with the new ones which he did. After the work was done, I asked for a receipt for the $300.00 cash payment and for the work that was done. I received text after the work was done that instructed me to click a link at the bottom of the text for my receipt. Once I clicked the link from the text message, I received from Las Vegas Mechanic on June 19th it showed that the technician had replaced the "VVT Solenoid" and not the "Crankshaft Position Sensors" which is what I asked to be replaced and confirmed that with the technician before he started the work. I am requesting a refund of in the amount of $300.00 or replacement of my Crankcshaft Position Sensors at no charge to me.Initial Complaint

I paid this company over 2300 dollars to fix my rack and pinion and cv axle. When the job was "Completed," i started my drive back home. The wheel flew off going 60mph with my pregnant fiancee in the car with me. I called them and simply asked them to get my car fixed. They sent another mechanic. After this "fix" i started my drive. About 40 miles later my car violently swerved right. I looked to see my axle nut was completely off. I called asked for a partial refund, they said sue us. LAS VEGAS MOBILE MECHANIC is going to get someone killed.
