3 starsPros: Both crews on my long distance move were good...polite, detailed, timely. Working with the brokers was initially efficient. Cons: The loading crew could have taken more precaution to not ding up the flooring and baseboards. You being the estimator might not be so efficient since most of us don't think in cubic feet. I found there to be discrepancies between the brokers and Streamline Moving, mostly to do with timing and methods of payment. If the move were simply based on the crews I interacted with then I would give Streamline another shot, but most moves are more complex than that.Review fromSandra C

Streamline managed a long-distance move from Texas to Washington for me flawlessly. I had a very short window to relocate for work and this company was sourced. Both departure and destination movers were professional, courteous and maintained status updates on their arrivals. I observed the departure crew (Oz and Carlos) meticulously wrap and secure my items and carefully placed them on the truck. The destination movers were equally impressive in their delivery. They unwrapped and set up the large items carefully. This move occurred in the backdrop of my sister's passing and this company demonstrated empathy and relieved me from fretting about my possessions, allowing me to focus on this sensitive time. The frequent communications through the transports allayed concerns I had initially, as this was my first time moving interstate. There was an increase from my initial quote, that I considered reasonable based on some last-minute changes I needed and due to the extra stairs on the destination delivery. There were a few small items missed, but the owner was gracious to extend a credit for the inconvenience. I highly recommend this company and will use them again for managing my moves.

I used this company in Oct. as we were moving long distance. I called a couple of companies and landed on this one due to the people being nice and the price being reasonable. I had a set day for the movers to come out but they came out a day earlier which is fine. The people that showed up were great. Due to my husband being out of town and them showing up early they did help me get the TVS off the wall and they wrapped them. The only problem I had is after telling them everything that was going to be on the truck my price went up and then when they loaded the truck my price doubled even though it didn't look like it took up that much room. Forward to the day my stuff was delivered. The people who showed up were different and my stuff had been packed in a different truck. These movers that showed up at my house pulled out an item and my TV fell from the top of the truck to the floor of the truck. That tv never worked again. However because I can't prove internal damage they don't want to pay me for the TV because they are not responsible even though i have videos of them also throwing boxes and dropping my safe. I did finally settle with them in Nov. They called me in Dec to verify the address since it was wrong. Here it is the beginning of Feb and there is still no check. So i called and they said that i need to wait two more weeks for the check. I am so frustrated because not only did my price triple, they broke my TV and other things they won't acknowledge. They blamed me for the packing job on why things broke instead of their people throwing my boxes around. I guess we will see if I actually get the settlement checkStreamline Moving and Storage, LLC

Streamline Moving met all my expectations! Movers were efficient and friendly. Unfortunately my Peloton screen did crack but Streamline Movers continued to communicate with me until I was sent a replacement right to my front door. Extremely satisfying service since I was not sure if it would work. The staff was caring and helpful from office staff to moving staff. I was assured that this cross country move would go smoothly and I was pleasantly surprised. With a few bumps this company smoothed them out and my items arrived and was reassembled without a problem. Will refer them to other people.Streamline Moving and Storage, LLC

We hired these movers confident to get our items safely to our new home. They showed up after 5pm on Friday June 7th and we agreed our move in would be the 12th. Harry stated that the 12th would be the 1st date he'd be able to drop off. They're asking price was more than double than previous. Well over a lot of other movers out there. No insurance was offered. So 24 hours later Harry calls me asking if we were ready to get our stuff. I said wait a minute we agreed on a date which is weds the 12th not sunday the 9th. From then on I got texts from them asking if we were ready. They then informed me that they only take 2 types of payments so I had to scramble to get money transferred. Then he wanted to unload at 8a.m. when we didn't have the key in hand yet. So we agreed on 11 a.m. that time came and went and he calls me we are broken down. Will call later round noon. I had to call him back and we wouldn't see them until 4p.m. upon unpacking we found my ottoman is broken can't even sit on it. Several carefully wrapped glasses broken. An antique kerosene lamp broken. A big scratch on a table. An antique butter churn broken. Smashed boxes marked fragile and we had missing items that magically appeared on our front porch a week later. I want compensation for all this. We don't have this name on our schedule, so I cannot respond with details. We will not deliver unless the customer tells us that they are ready for delivery. The movers also don't suggest a delivery date or will come up with any delivery schedule. The Dispatch office is the one makes that schedule and calls the customers to arrange a delivery. The type of payment at delivery is predetermined prior to pick up, by the broker who scheduled your move. We just repeat that to the customers prior to delivery.Review fromEugenio G

The gentlemen who participated in this move were extremely careful with all of our furniture and housewares. The location of our house made the distance from truck to door extremely long compared to the average move. I am former military and have moved several times. This was the best move ever. After having a bad experience with another cross country mover, I was a bit worried about the move but Uriel and Hector made my move day. It was very professional. Sales team and movers work efficiently. They did care a lot about our furniture and it ended up with no damage to anything.
