Very professional, efficient, and courteous. I ended up referring recovery of my assets to my lawyer rather than hiring Dunbar because it turned out there were also many additional smaller items on hold from two different estates and associated trust funds, and when I offered to pay Dunbar a finder's fee for having found the largest item they said "No fee, just give us a good review at BBB". For a couple years I got correspondence in the mail saying I had money owed to me. Thinking it was a scam or a trick by a government agency (slightly paranoid) I pushed it aside UNTIL I got more info through a FedEx package! The FedEx package immediately intrigued me so I contacted a knowledgeable and kind woman named Maria at the Dunbar whose contact was included in the pamphlet! She petitioned the State of Nevada on my behalf to learn what the money owed was. What's normally a three month process was just about that with Dunbar keeping me updated along the way! Maria kept me informed and after some clarifying paperwork = I learned it was a life insurance plan that my father took out to my surprise! I moved my father in with me and my wife in Vegas (he loved to gamble) till the day he died! This was the 1st I heard about his life insurance and it felt like he knew the right time in my life for the help! Today I received the news that the check's on the way and it couldn't help me anymore if I tried!
