    tried using the app to lose weight, and when I did, the system charged $15.49 for one month and automatically charged $49.99 for coaching services, which I did not request. I canceled immediately without any success. I did it through PayPal, but it was also unsuccessful. This is a scam! Even a plane ticket can be canceled within the first 24 hours — I don't understand how this app is still active and offering services when it's clearly a scam. They make an extra charge with the initial authorization, don't return the money, and keep operating. Someone needs to stop this. It's unfair.

    Horrible service. Bait and switches you into a long term plan and charges your account without you knowing and refuses to refund even if you have never used their app/services. I would like a full refund as I never agreed to being charged over $100.

    I agreed to try the $15.19 trial and when I did except it, it asked if I wanted to try the $49.99 one and worded it in such a way that I misunderstood and clicked it after paying for the first one and at once PayPal snatched the $49.99. I realized what had happened and at once typed, No, please refund this monies back to my account because it was a mistake in reading what was said. It was an immediate response taken. I have much correspondence to show everything I said. I got the run around from your company and also PayPal saying they were checking into it and how long it would take. I continuously wrote and you continued to say PayPal would handle the issue. Finally, PayPal wrote denying my refund and complaint and I continued to text your company and called PayPal and put in another formal complaint and asking for my monies to be returned to my bank account, they continued saying they would reopen my complain.t I also told them to cancel even the $15.19 one as well. Finally, after a month later, they wrote saying I had the service too long, and it wouldn't be refunded back to me, and they would not receive any more correspondence. I never opened anything of what you sent and never called any coach or anything and have documents to prove the continuous correspondence above. I want a full refund back. Very disappointment on how this whole process took place and also using PayPal as well. Thank you. This was processed on December 30, 2024. Been trying this long to receive both refunds. Want refunds sent directly to me and not through PayPal. This is very disappointing. Thank you

    I just read comments about Unimeal. And they are so right This company is a scam! I signed up for one month. Not only did they take the one month charge. They've taken Another $49.99 for a coach! When I reached out to them they wrote. You asked for the coach. I didn't! I will keep messaging them until I get all my money back. I hope they don't take anymore money. This is sickening.

    I am re-doing my review of this company. To date, I heard directly from them that they will refund my money. Despite taking a long delay in processing my refund, they seemed sincere in offering a good meal plan. Unfortunately, this company has developed a bad reputation based on miscommunications or a glitch in its payment system. If they had a more transparent payment processing system better communication, I would give this AP a five star.

    I feel so tricked by this company. They said if I withdraw my dispute for the charges they charged through PayPal, then they would refund the $49.99 for the coach I did not order or want. I have been struggling with these excessive charges since December 29, 2024. They did refund two of the charges but I am still out of the larger charges made via ***** , $39.99+ tax and $49.99 paid to them via PayPal even after I withdrew the dispute. It is disturbing to me how this company does business and hope you can look into it.
