I just read comments about Unimeal. And they are so right This company is a scam! I signed up for one month. Not only did they take the one month charge. They've taken Another $49.99 for a coach! When I reached out to them they wrote. You asked for the coach. I didn't! I will keep messaging them until I get all my money back. I hope they don't take anymore money. I am re-doing my review of this company. To date, I heard directly from them that they will refund my money. Despite taking a long delay in processing my refund, they seemed sincere in offering a good meal plan. Unfortunately, this company has developed a bad reputation based on miscommunications or a glitch in its payment system. If they had a more transparent payment processing system better communication, I would give this AP a five star.Unimeal Response

I feel so tricked by this company. They said if I withdraw my dispute for the charges they charged through PayPal, then they would refund the $49.99 for the coach I did not order or want. I have been struggling with these excessive charges since December 29, 2024. They did refund two of the charges but I am still out of the larger charges made via ***** , $39.99+ tax and $49.99 paid to them via PayPal even after I withdrew the dispute. It is disturbing to me how this company does business and hope you can look into it.Unimeal Response

Worst App, took one quiz after completing quiz they asked about plan i want to purchase,i purchaded 30 days plan, but to my surprise there was 49.99 fee for the personal coach and recurrring subscription added to my account, i have not chosen any add on and now after going back and forth they still dont want to refund 49..99 which they scam me , checked their app seems like they are scamming people from quiet long,this App has to be banUnimeal Response

I signed up for a membership and started using the app. I woke to charges on my card I was not made aware of. I reached out to them for a refund and they said no. They are basically charging you to use the their features in the APP without asking you first would like to pay go use it. I will be disputing the charges with my bank. Please be aware?? I just got $15 subscription and they charged me extra $19 and then $59 monthly subscription. I cancelled it asap and they didn’t give me refund of the $19 . I don’t trust them . Unimeal's advertising is highly misleading. After subscribing, I requested a refund within five minutes, but my request was denied. Despite not utilizing their service, they refused to accommodate my refund request. I strongly recommend thoroughly researching and reading reviews before committing to their service, as canceling the subscription plan is exceedingly difficult. Considering their customer service policies, I anticipate their business will not be sustainable. Opting for other companies with more favorable terms is advisable.Unimeal Response
