Pushy, Rude, and aggressive sales team. The ink does not work, they send over the top amount of cartridges then will charge you for it. Do not waste your time. They called today after a year or so of closing my account stating the second half of my order needs to be shipped out. Be careful they will twist your words. Read all the reviews not one good one.The Kelly Group, Inc.

This review has many unfounded accusations in it. First, we have never worked with this person or know his position in the company. Second, the ink does not work. They were using HP ink cartridges and when they updated their printer, HP coded it so it could only use HP cartridges. This is something about HP which is well known. When our contact let us know of the problem, we issued an RA number and sent her cartridges which had been changed to fit the new code. Lastly, it has been two years since we have sold to this company so how could our salespeople be rude and aggressive if this is the case? We also have our shipping department call all customers before we send anything out to make sure the order is correct. We do not ship anything out without two “OK’s” that the customer needed the product.Review fromLiana M

The WORST ink cartridges ever. They sent 2 of each color and 2 black cartridges for a total of $240.95. I opened the first black, thank GOD I did it over my garbage can, and it spewed black ink. I called them and they said it was because of shipping damage. Said that it wouldn't have happened to any of the other cartridges. It did. The second black one was leaking also, but not quite as badly. Then they said alcohol would take the ink off my hands. Bought some and it doesn't. Called them back and "Kim" said that she never said any of that and that ink isn't supposed to be on your hands. NO KIDDING!The Kelly Group, Inc.

As this BBB customer reviewer knows, we warranty our products against any defects and we did honor this pledge by sending her two cartridges to replace the defective ones. We feel her comment on our cartridges being the worst is unjustified. We have been in business for over 33 years with thousands of satisfied customers which definitely would not be the case if all the cartridges we sold were that bad. As any business person knows, there can sometimes be unforeseen problems which may be outside your control such as the package being mishandled during shipment, temperature variations which would affect the liquid ink during shipment, or customers not properly inserting cartridge. That is why we send our guarantee that we will promptly respond to any problem and rectify the situation. We quickly did this for this reviewer! I received a call from them to try the hp toner for our business. I was under the impression that it was just one, but I received 4 toners. I was mad but decided to give it a try. When they called for payment, I paid them and let them know that I did not want any more toner, but the lady informed me that I signed up for an 8-pack deal. I would NEVER agree to an 8-pack deal that's insane I didn't even know if we would like the toner to begin with. She tells me that we will be receiving 4 more toners in the mail & a few days later I get a package with SIX MORE TONERS!!! Are you kidding me right now?! This lady knew how ****** I was but instead of telling me I could return them (with a restocking fee of 20% which is a scam in itself) she tells me basically there isn't anything I can do about it. Today I get a call asking to pay the 2nd invoice for the 6 toners and I told her we do not want any of them I would like to return them all I don't care about the restocking fee I just want nothing to do with this company at all and now she says since you ordered them on December 22nd and today is January 24th you are over your 30 days for a refund and can't do it. I have never felt so betrayed by a company in my life, what kind of business are you running where you have to trick people into buying your product? Don't you want to make people happy and have lifelong customers? I would have purchased from them forever had I not felt like I was scammed into buying 10 toners. Our company has tons of printers, and we go through a lot of ink but instead of getting our business I will go elsewhere and pay more if I have to just to prove a point that you DO NOT run a business like that! Then I'm reading these comments from real customers & the replies from Kelly Group are disgusting, you should be ashamed of yourself. When karma comes for your company & it gets shut down, I will rejoice :)The Kelly Group, Inc.

We sold Fab Tech Waste Water Solutions inkjet cartridges for their printer. This printer takes a black and a tri-color cartridge. The initial pack contained 2 of each. Before anything was shipped our shipping department confirmed with our contact, Ms. Brittany ********, exactly what was shipping out, the price each and that the invoice was terms net 30 days. Ms. ******** agreed to all of this. Ms. ******** was emailed a copy of her invoice with the terms and policies on it. When the invoice became due, our accounts receivables department called to remind her that payment was now due. Ms. ******** paid for the invoice online.
On December 18, 2023 her customer support agent called Ms. ******** to let her know the next and final set of ink jets were scheduled to ship out and that our shipping department would be calling to verify exactly what was shipping out. Again, our shipping department did call and verify exactly what was scheduled to ship out, and that it was on a terms net 30 day invoice just like before. Ms. ******** agreed to this or we would not have shipped it. In fact, if she had told our shipping department that she was not ready for the product, we would not have shipped it and waited until she was ready. This did not happen. We again emailed Ms. ******** her invoice with the terms, the due date in bold, and our return policy.
On January 24, 2024, Fab Tech Waste Water Solutions’ invoice was past due and our accounts receivables department called Ms. ******** to remind her payment was due. Ms. ******** wanted to return the product but it was beyond the time. We need payment on this now past due invoice. If Ms. ******** would like to exchange some ink for another kind so she does not have too much on hand, we would be happy to do so, after we receive payment for this now past due invoice.Brittany R.

The way you people position your sale is completely misleading! You ask if we want to TRY your ink at a low price of $42 each but never tell us that we have to agree to 2 different shipments totaling 10 toners, that is insane! If someone agrees to TRY your ink, you shouldn't mislead them into thinking it will just be one order of toners. I was upset when I found out it was 4 toners, but I still paid for it because I thought that would be the end and we would be done with your company but instead of ending it there you call weeks later saying I agreed to another 4 toners when I absolutely did not agree to this. Then you send SIX more and expect me to pay for it when I didn't want the second order to begin with. Your company needs to be shut down. Read all of your comments you don't even have ONE that is good. Every review on the BBB website for your business is exactly the same, we all say the same thing about how you scammed us into buying your products under false pretense. That should tell you a lot about your business and the way you run it! Our company is a multi-million-dollar business because we would NEVER treat our customers like this, we wouldn't scam them into buying stuff to get a quick sale. Horrible company. Will sell you a 4 pack supply and then 6 months later will phone you to say they will be sending out another 4 pack supply and when questioned further they tell you that you committed to a total of 4- 4 packs costing over a thousand dollars. They threaten you with legal repercussions if you don't pay, yet I was not able to find anything to that matter. Finally told them to take me to court and never, ever phone me again.The Kelly Group, Inc.

This review makes no sense. We have had contact with this person three times. The first was March 12, 2021 when we sold her 1 set of cartridges for her Brother TN 221 and TN 225 printers. The next time was July 26, 2022 when we again sold her 1 set of cartridges for her Brother TN 221 and TN 225 printer. The last time was September 14, 2022 when SHE called us and wanted to exchange some of the Brother cartridges as she had a new HP M283 printer and no longer had use for the Brother cartridges. Extremely pushy, extremely rude, and refuse to accept no and try to finagle their words into tricking you into accepting cartridges from them. For example you can see many comments below about a, and this is an exact quote I received, "free 30 day trial", but it's just you don't have to pay for 30 days, which isn't what a free trial is. They use the word free to trick you into purchasing.The Kelly Group, Inc.

This is what we mean by the “free 30 day trial”. We give you the 30 days for you to have and test the product. During that 30 day period, we will take the product back with no questions asked if you call and tell us you want to return it. During verification, you were asked, “you do understand that there will be an invoice terms net 30 days and there will be no problem getting this invoice paid at 30 day, correct?” You must answer affirmative in order for us to send the product. How is this not a free trial for 30 days when you can return the product at no cost to you for during that time period? How many other businesses are so confident in their product that they let you have it for 30 days with no strings attached during that period? Not many, this review is entirely unfair and we stand by our statement of the “30 days free trial” and not just “free”.Review fromNichole G

I got a call offering toner cartridges with more capacity and for a better price than I was getting. They offered to send me a cartridge to try with an agreement to buy 3 of each color if satisfied, otherwise to just pay for the one I got. I didn't have any problems with the cartridges. so I ordered the 3. I then got a call saying that my other cartridges were on back order and now ready to ship. I explained I did not order anymore cartridges. they explained it was part of the original deal since they are a whole seller they wouldn't do anything less than 6 and that was part of the deal. I received the other 3 and paid figuring I would use them eventually. I just received another call telling me the other half of my order was sent to the wrong zip code with another 3 of each color cartridge. I called out that she told me my account was closed after the other 3 with 6 total of each cartridge received. She demanded that it was 6 in the second order. and they only do orders of 9 minimum, I never would have agreed to that many. I was told she would take out 2 each colored cartridge but leave the 3 black She would not take no for an answer. I was bullied into taking more cartridges that I don't need claiming I had agreed to it already. i don't know how to stop them from sending it.The Kelly Group, Inc.

This company had previously purchased from us a few years ago. At that time, they were enrolled in our rewards program. This program is offered to customers as a way to thank them for their patronage. When they purchased a certain amount of cartridges, they would receive rebates in the form of gift cards. In December 2022, this company purchased cartridges from us and was given their previous account number which automatically enrolled them in the rebate program. With each of their purchases, the company received their rebate gift cards. We did not realize they did not want to participate in this program. The last time our representative called, they realized that the company was not interested in being in this program anymore. At that point, this account was given call in status. We are sorry for any misunderstanding and that it took us time to realize they did not want to participate in our rebate program which does reward the customer.Review fromS. B.

I got a call from Kelly Printing to try their Ink Cartridges. We got 2 black, 1 cyan, 1 yellow and 1 magenta of this certain ink. Then a couple months later I get a call to accept another order that they said was still owed to them. Was told this would fulfill the remaining amount that was promised. So we got 4 of each color again. Fast forward again and over a year later and I get another call. Stating that we are still on for another amount to fulfill what we promised to get. I was ******. So I thought, okay we'll finish this out and was told we have finished up the amount we should have bought. That was in August. Now yesterday we get a call about the same c*** again. This company calls and says one thing and end up doing something else. Lied to me numerous times. And from the looks of the complaints on here I'm no the only one with this same problem. So I'm sure I'll get a comment from them and everything gets kicked back to its the buys fault. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!The Kelly Group, Inc.

One of the safeguards this company has to ensure our customers are receiving the correct product, at the correct price and they did order is our verification department. The day after one of our salespeople submits an order, our verification department calls the customer. This conversation is taped and the customer is asked did they place this order, is the quantity correct, is it the right product , is the price correct and it is being shipped to the following address. The customer must answer yes to each of the questions or the order is not sent out. On October 14, 2022, our verification department called you and asked those questions. You stated it was not correct and our verification department immediately cancelled the order and nothing was shipped to you. I have waited to answer this review so the writer has had time to see that we did not ship any product to him without his stated permission on tape.S. B.

So after reading several posts about this company being a scam, it just verifies how I feel about also being targeted.I received a call with a "free promotion" to try the product for 30 days and the lady successfully talked me into it. She said they are selling these toners this cheap to get us to try and if we like them, we can order more. She said no gimmicks, this was it. They wanted us to try them with confidence we would like them that is why they were free. We rarely use our printer, so I should have said no. I tried the product, it has been working fine so that's good. I even replaced it with a perfectly good toner. They sent a bill for the toners and I was a little confused since I thought it was free so I just paid thinking that was the end of it. Nope. They called back saying that they are ready to send me my next toners and they need to have shipping call me to verify my address. I said I didn't order any other toners, only the ones to try. They told me that in order to receive that promotion, I had agreed to buy 2 sets of toners. I don't remember having that conversation, so I said okay well if I agreed then I guess I have to get them. So I got them and paid for them. I should have written this all down but I didn't think it was a scam still. Then weeks later, I got a new call saying that the rest of my order is ready and I need to give shipping my information. What?? They told me that I had agreed to 3 additional sets of toners. I NEVER DID THAT!! And I know this because we rarely use our printer so why would I order 5 sets of toners? No way. I said no, I only ordered one set then you guys called me saying I ordered 2 sets, and I paid. Now you are calling me saying I ordered more sets??? I may be dumb for agreeing in the first place, but no way did I order more than that. That is why I feel that I was scammed by this company and they are liars.The Kelly Group, Inc.

We never said that the product was free. It is on a 30 day open billing giving the customer time to try the product. Every sale is verified the next day on tape making sure the customer knows that it is a 30 day open billing and they can send it back during the 30 day trial period. We sold this customer only 3 times. She has a color printer which takes four separate cartridges to make a complete set and the first time we sent only a black cartridge. The second time, we only sold her the 3 other remaining cartridges for the complete set. On the second sale, she was placed on our rebate program for preferred customers and was sent a rebate for her purchase. As she was participating in our rebate program, we called the third time to see if she was ready for the next set. She agreed and was given another rebate for the purchase. Again,this is verified on tape by our shipping department to make sure the customer agrees and notifies her she still has that 30 day trial period.
