    To Whom it may concern,This is regarding my order # ****** placed 12/11/24. I initially ordered Cloud Slides men green in size 11 and grey in size 12. Due to the promotion going on I was due to have one free pair sent to me for free. I IMMEDIATELY emailed both ********************************************************************************** & I opted to have a pink cloud slide size 12 womens clipper to be sent to me. I heard back from somebody named MILEY on 12-13-24 who said my order was updated. I initially asked for two items to be sent to another address which was ok but the third item had to go to my original address and I said never mind please send all three to my address of ***************************************. I was provided a tracking number on 12/13/24 @ 8am: CJPAEE3121409597YQ. I have been in contact with both emails above and every time I write I only get responses from Miley. the updates are not personal and sound computer generated and NEVER ANSWER ANY of my questions. My last update for tracking this package was on 12/13/24. The number says that it was never shipped and has no updates. On the pink slides it says this item was never shipped and nothing else. I have asked for a refund NUMEROUS times and the last email from Miley was on 12/21/24 and it said I could NOT HAVE A REFUND because thats not how things happen. I was offered a new pair to pay another $10. I was told in the email that I would have to pay for shipping for a refund. How in the world am I supposed to pay for shipping on an item or items that I never received and never shipped out. I contact **** AND they told me this tracking number does not exist. This is ridiculous. Who is responding to my emails. I am expecting a full refund to my original payment card method asap this is unacceptable. Nothing is adding up.thank you kindly for taking the time to view this message,Ms. ******* *******

    Following eight emails and multiple requests and phone calls to the vendor to obtain a return authorization and merchandise return request, I have been stalled without appropriate information from the vendor, Alpine Footwear aka Cloud Slides, ***** I believe. The vendor has a stated return policy on the web site they use, but this is a deceptive business practice in effect because they will not send an authorization number or a merchandise return address, and both of the telephone numbers that they list online are either "busy-hangup" or "not able to receive calls".They are clearly avoiding their responsibility to offer a refund in response to a timely request that meets the criteria that they specify.I have even sent them photos of the items with code labels and the original packaging in which I received their shoes. I just want to get rid of the shoes and get my money refunded--and have disputed the charge with my CC on that basis. Shrewdly, they did not send and invoice with an order number or account number. I have provided what I have below.

    I ordered 3 pairs of shoes for a pregnant friend in need of comfortable shoes- *********** that I completed a purchase from, Cloud Slides, sent my package on 10/21/24. I received the package on 10/30/24 but it was missing 2 of the 3 pairs that I ordered. I immediately reached out and did receive a response to my email asking what I would like to do. I asked to get the 2 pairs that I didn't receive, express shipped, or to just refund me my money. Nothing. I also reached out to Afterpay since they are the "middleman", but they said that they have no responsibility to arbitrate the ********** turns out that they have a history of dishonest and shady practices, this record only being discovered once I ended up being defrauded by them. A check of the Better Business Bureau's website details complaint after complaint from individuals who purchased shoes who either didn't receive their order or a partial order. Once the person reaches out to the company, there would be little to no response from them. My attempt to work the situation out has now gone silent, as Cloud Slides stopped responding to me. I will also be filing complaints with the ********************************* and *** as a result of being defrauded by this unethical business.

    Shoes ordered from Alpine Footwear dba Cloud Shoes. Shoes arrived damaged and unwearable. No response from email sent to customer service. No answer when called, recording says number not working. Would like a replacement or Credit to my account. Emailed photos of damaged shoes.

    My complaint echoes the other complaints about Cloud Slides on BBB. I ordered three pairs of slides according to their size chart provided, and the slides did not fit. I emailed the company within the 30-day return window to request an exchange, and "********" from their team replied: "We are so sorry that this pair(s) do not fit you. We would like to offer you the opportunity to keep this pair (you can leave it for yourself or have a great gift for someone among your friends or relatives). In this way, we offer you a 50% EXTRA discount on a new pair(s) for you! Also, your order will be marked for priority processing for free. What do you think?" Their return and exchange policy states: "We have a hassle-free 30-day money-back guarantee. If you arent totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, well give you a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Try our products completely risk-free. If you're not 100% satisfied within 30 days of receiving your product, contact us to arrange a return." When I emailed ******** that I wanted my money back and then filed a complaint with the bank, she accused me of lying to the bank and saying I received "damaged goods" then said, "this is not the case." She then went on to say, "You will only be able to exchange the product if you cancel the dispute; otherwise, you will need to return the item." I filed a complaint with my bank, and it was unsuccessful. I am going to pursue it further. I want my money back. I am also going to file a complaint with the ************************ at *******************, along with my state Attorney General, and I encourage others to do the same. At this point, this is not about money; it is about principle, and this company seems to be scamming people right and left without consequence.

    Hello,I bought a slide slipper on sep 1, delivered on sep 14. Since that day i am emailing them and they are harassing me not letting me return. Total scam business. Doesnt respond takes days and still delay to process return. Website states something different than what customer service team says. It was a hassle free return but they are asking me to prove if the slippers are brand new. Which they are but i am very upset how they treated me since September 14. I do not want the slides and i do not want to pay return shipping fee because of the way they treated me and stressed me out. It was definitely not hassle free business Its possible to return only in the way if slides are unworn. Attached the whole email log Before shipment, please send us detailed photos where we can see that slides are not used. ( without it we can not process it).You can send them back to this address :************************************************************************************************** After shipment, please send us a tracking number. And photo of shipping label from post office where we can see address.

    Ordered a product online. Return policy online says that within 30 days they will process returns/refund. After receiving product, I find out that I have to return these items to *******. These items were shipped to me from ******** and they have chinese all over the packaging. The company has stopped emailing me back regarding my return - I feel I should be able to ship them somewhere else and should be issued a refund. This return address is NOT disclosed online. This phone number listed does not work.     I placed my order from Cloud Slides on Sept 1. Since then I have monitored the tracking data. On sept 9, 2024 tracking stated by order was out for delivery. Over 3 days later and my order still had not arrived, and is still in the status out for delivery. I tried to call Cloud Slides and the delivery service listed on the tracking as CJ Packet. Both numbers had a recording stating they were not accepting phone calls. I emailed Cloud Slides about the issue. They did not answer my question about the order being in an out for delivery status. Instead they just told me to look at the tracking. I then requested either a refund or for them to reship my order. No one responded to this.

    I would like a refund ordered a size 9 by the chart given and they are too big numerous emails sent with no answer on how to return did receive n email that I could keep *********** will give me 50% off my next purchase I dont want that I called the number given and it tells you to use there email only for customer service

    I heard from the ************** never gave me information to return my item

    but they did say to keep the too big *********** will send me for free of charge another pair of a smaller size 

    not really what I wanted 

    also there customer service # does not go thru unable to speak to anyone

    ORDER #****** Purchased on Jul 06 2024 Paid: $26.96 *********** specifies on their websites and even in the order sent to me that if I am not satisfied that I would be guaranteed a full refund within 30 days. Money back guarantee. They also specified that shipping is express and free. It is 06/25/2024 less than 30 days from my purchased and delivery date and I am not satisfied with my purchase, I email to return as they specified and instead of offering me a a return and full refund as requested they are telling me to gift to a friend and purchase another at 50%. That's absolutley ridiculous! I messaged to mention what their website stated and they now are telling me once again gift to a friend but this time they don't recommend sending back because I have to pay for shipping, or instead I could just buy another pair for 50% lol! No where on their website did it specify that return has a shipping fee. I just would like to send back their item and get my money back!
