Have been a HUGE fan for years. I re-orderd 2 sets of 500 business cards and 1000 postcards on March 23 with slightly updated artwork, with expected delivery a few weeks out. The postcards arrived around June 4th with production errors that were fixed in ~4-6 weeks...? I'm still waiting on the business cards and my regular contact with them always ends with 'we'll expedite and have to you asap'. They refuse to refund my order because 'it's half printed and almost ready to ship' - I just want the job finished ASAP.Business Response

I have used Overnight Prints for the past few years and haven't had an issue until my most recent order. I ordered 11x17 prints a month before I needed them- plenty of time to have them delivered, I thought. Well I thought wrong! I am still waiting on my prints. I ordered these prints in May and received a confirmation stating that they would be delivered by mid June. The arrival date rolls around and I haven't seen a shipping confirmation, so I check my account. The order states that it's still in progress. So I reach out the company. I'm assured my order will be delivered in the next few weeks. I have now reached out 4x and been told every time that they would try to have my order shipped "the next week." It is now a month past when my order was supposed to be delivered and I haven't received clear communication about when my order will arrive. At this point, all I want is a refund and no one will even get back to me.Business Response

On May 6, 2022 I placed an online order with Overnight Prints to get some brochures printed. The package was supposed to be delivered on May 18th. Nothing arrived I contacted the company several times via phone, email and chat. I'm still waiting for my brochures. I've asked for my money back but they say its still in production. On 05/09/2022 I placed an order for 2000 Tri-Fold Brochures. Standard shipping, with an estimated delivery date of 05/20/2022, was chosen. A few minor issues needed to be resolved when the files were sent over, but they were resolved same day, 05/09/2022. At some point, the delivery date was changed to 05/23/2022 but this was not an issue as it still met our timeframe. Unfortunately, as of 06/21/2022, this order is still listed as "in production." When I initially reached out because the order was still listed as "in production" on the delivery date, after much time with support, I was able to ascertain that items were being printed but no cutting was able to be done. I asked for an updated time frame for completion, an upgraded shipping service etc, and was denied anything. I was finally was told "Please allow me to inform you that we had some internal issues, that didn't allow us to complete orders on timely manner, but those issues are now resolved and we will be able to ship this order out asap" I did agree to this as there seemed to be no other option and because the items were already too late for the current event, but it seemed they would arrive in time for future events since the "issues were resolved." I have reached out several times around this order and have been given vague, seemingly untrue information each time. At no point did overnight prints reach out to let me know there would be any delay nor did they update me on the status of this order and they have consistently refused to cancel the order, refund the payment or come to any solution except that once the order is delivered, I "may reach out to request a shipping refund." Unfortunately, the customer service has been very deceptive and I have been unable to reach any resolution with the company directly.Business Response

I placed an order for business cards on 6/15. During order process I selected the option for BIGIT (Buy it today, get it tomorrow) at an additional cost. This placed the delivery on 6/16. On 6/16 the status still showed in progress. When I called customer service I was told that there were some technical difficulties but all was resolved and my cards were printed, cut and about to be shipped. I explained that I was traveling to a conference on Monday and it was crucial to have the business cards for that trip. I was told not to worry and that cards would be shipped that evening. This morning (6/17) the status still showed in progress. When I contact customer service I was told that the cards are in the process of being printed but that no shipping date could be guaranteed. I checked throughout the day and was given same story. At one point the cards were being cut and readied for shipping , the next they were just printed and ready to be cut. The story varried with one exception - no effort was being made to ship them in time. I requested to speak to a manager on multiple occasions. My number was taken down but no one called. I requested refund and was told that one was not possible since the cards were already printed.Business Response

I ordered magnets on 05/14/22 and their website informed me that my product would arrive on 05/27/22. After many calls and complaints on where my order is, they informed me that the printer was down and reassured me that my product would be expedited. THAT WAS A LIE!! The product is time sensitive and I found out that they sent it economy ground! Are you serious right now? Customer service was not helpful at all and will tell anything to get you off the phone. Based on the reviews and complaints, this company is notorious for taking your money and not delivering the product on time. I want my money back. ALL OF IT! We did not receive our order by the guaranteed time and date. As of now, it was supposed to be delivered yesterday and still has not even been shipped. Different agents told us different things, with 2 agents saying the order was complete and just waiting to be shipped, and 2 agents later saying the order was still being produced. We were lied to about the order status and we were told they could not guarantee shipping despite what is said on their website.Business Response

May 24, 2022 ORDER ID: ********* Placed order May 16, 2022, paid $144.31 for printing and $42.58 for product arrival by May 19th. The product never arrived, and the conference ended on May 20th. The company missed the schedule and was unresponsive to several emails and phone calls. No use for the cards after the conference. Company to issue a full refund.Business Response

I ordered 500 business cards and only received 448 on 5-14-2022 I called on Monday 5-16-2022and spoke to a female and asked to send an email showing the defective cards and the box with the cards in it, I sent an email on Monday 5-16-2022 with the pictured showing the business cards in the shipping box (showing the shorted amount and pictures of the defective cards which show only 1 mm at the top of the logo of the background. 2/3rd of the cards was this way with a third of the ones I received being correct.. It appears that the cards were miss-cut. I called again 5-19-2022 and first the woman lied about sending me an email to resolve issue I demanded a full refund or a reprinting the business cards correctly. thw woman hung up on me and blocked my phone number so I could not call back.Business Response

We have read your complaint and want you to know that we will look into the situation regarding the phone call with customer service and that we do apologize for any inconvenience that you may have experienced from it. Regarding the emails, we can see from the send receipts that our customer service team did email you on 05/16/22 at 4:24pm, Pacific standard time. The email did inform you that your order was reviewed and that we did agree that we can reprint the cards that were missing from the order. For the cards that had a complaint about the cutting was in fact deemed within our tolerance. For our prints, We trim anywhere from the safe zone line to the full bleed line. Though we try to cut on the trim line, due to the nature of our cutting, it may shift up to an 1/8th to 1/16th of an inch, which could leave an uneven border around the sides.
