    Purchased sectional in May 2024. Bought for its flexibility in sizes/layout. The brackets to hold sectional pieces together are cheap and do not keep sections together. Biggest complaint is that in 7 months time, cushions showing signs of wear/fraying (bottoms and backs); and cushions have already lost significant amount of firmness (I.e. starting to sag). No small children/pets so do not consider household to be high/hard use. With the high purchase price I would expect better quality. Definitely NOT a good value for the money. Already looking for a replacement

    I purchased a Scott Living/Greentouch electric fireplace, and within a short time, the unit stopped working (Item number 0781465). I’ve been trying for months to get a replacement insert (item #********), but customer service has been a nightmare. The phone system provides two options: one for damaged/replacement parts under warranty (which just directs you to email) and another to leave a message for purchasing parts (no callback ever). Pressing the "star" option does nothing but restart the message. I’ve sent multiple emails over the course of several weeks. The first one received an auto-reply stating I’d get a response in 2 business days—but nothing ever came. Subsequent emails have gone unanswered as well. I’m now at a loss for how to fix this, especially since the unit is concave with a curved design, and finding a replacement part is nearly impossible. What’s even more frustrating is that when I contacted Lowe’s, they provided a list of phone numbers for Scott Living/Greentouch, but many of the numbers don’t work, and the ones that do just tell you to leave a message or email—and still, no one follows up. I usually avoid products from overseas, but this unit looked promising. In hindsight, I regret the purchase. The product has broken down too soon, and the lack of support from both Scott Living/Greentouch and Lowes makes it nearly impossible to get the necessary replacement parts. Very disappointing experience with a brand that clearly doesn’t value customer service.

    I'm in a similar situation to some of the people below. We have Scott Living/Greentouch fireplace PU16-HBCC. It's only a few years old but the transformer (Chinese and not available) is making a squealing noise. I've been trying to order the board for weeks. When you call Greentouch customer service you get two options....press 1 for damaged or replacement parts under warranty. That simply instructs you to send an email. Press 2 to purchase parts for any other reason. That tells you to leave a message for call back. Or, press star to be connected to an operator. So, pressing star does nothing other than restart the message. You can leave as many messages as you want but nobody ever calls you. And there's the email....when you send the first one you get an auto reply saying you'll get a response in 2 business days. But, nobody every replies. Nor did they replay to any of the follow on emails I sent. This unit is concave and has a curved fireplace unit. Can't really even find any concave units let alone one that will fit our model. I typically try and stay away from buying chinese crap, but this unit looked decent. I guess I shouldn't be surprised that it died so soon and that I can't get any parts.

    Good morning This weekend I purchased your wallpaper to put in my home closet. I have to say this was the worst peel and stick wallpaper I have ever used. For a 10 min job it took me 2.5 hours. The backing did not peel off properly so I had to pick at it with my finger nail piece by piece before I could stick it on the wall. I do have photos to share if needed. In the end it did turn out beautiful but not happy with the product. Thanks Carole

    Scott Living Media Mantel with 33-IN Infrared Electric Fireplace, MODEL # 1317FM-33-202.
    The fireplace insert Model number 3322-CG-BB is having electrical issues and was smoking. I called customer service at 855/571-1044 to see about purchasing a replacement insert. I was told that they only replace items under warranty and would not sell me the replacement insert. The customer service lady I spoke with just kept telling me to call Lowes where I purchased the item. I informed her that I called Lowes and also checked their website and this item is not available at Lowes, they no longer carry this item. There is zero customer service, as I kept being informed that there is nothing that they could do for me. I am unable to find an insert online or anywhere that is the dimensions required for replacement. I again called customer service and spoke with Carla and again was informed there is nothing that they can do for me. There is no way to purchase the replacement item as they only provide replacement parts for items under warranty. I asked if there was another number I could call and was informed that they are sorry for the inconvenience but no there was nothing they could do for me.
