    Ordered a survival book and am now being charged ***** a month. Never received the book or any response to the order. I need this cancelled and cannot even find a way to do so.

    I ordered a book, all I had to pay was shipping and handling. They asked if I wanted to add another item for free. I went ahead and ordered it. The next thing I know, there is a $30 charge on my card. I did NOT consent to this at all.

    Back in Sept. 2024, I noticed a charge of $39.95 from tactical and survival ************ ****. The charge has been recurring monthly and neither my spouse or I signed up for anything! I cannot reach anyone to cancel the subscription via phone and every email I've sent to cancel, has been responded to with an automated email asking for more personal information. I just want this subscription canceled!

    I ordered a book from this company for $2.95. I was then charged and additional $42.95 TWICE by this company. I immediately called the company and had to leave a message on their phone number (which they never returned) and sent an email. I received an email in return confessing surprise that I would want to cancel their service. I never signed up for anything and said so. I then received two emails that they had cancelled my subscriptions and that I would no longer be charged the monthly fee, but I get radio silence when I ask about getting the money back. I am now working with my bank to try to recover the funds they stole.

    We received an email 12/21/2024 inquiring what the charge was for and replied on that same day that the charge was for a membership she opted in when she purchased the book. This membership was completely optional and the terms and conditions were clearly stated on our page and was not on any fine print. This membership is free for the first **************************************************************************** our site. We send them an email with their log in details shortly after receiving their order confirmation and also another email informing that their 14 day trial is almost up and that they will be charged for a monthly fee if they do not cancel. The customer then requested to cancel the membership and so we did. We have voided the pending charge of $42.95 and informed that it may not reflect as a refund on her card statement since this was just a pre authorization and the charge hasn't gone through yet.

    I ordered a book on homesteading which I did receive but was only supposed to be charged $9.95 for shipping and handling. I have several charges for $42.75 on my credit card. I have written the vendor requesting a refund of all charges. They can have their $10.00 for shipping since I received the book. I have also had to lock my daily use credit card and await a new one being sent by the credit card company.

    Complaint Against THP Publishing LLC / Tactical & Survival I am filing this complaint regarding unauthorized charges and unresponsive customer service from **********************, operated by THP Publishing LLC.On Feb 15, 2024, I purchased "The Homesteading Handbook" set for $9.95. The order confirmation stated:"As a very special bonus, I've given you 12 months of access to my email newsletter! This normally sells for $59 a month, so that's nearly a $600 value I've just passed along to you...on me."Despite this, I never received any newsletters. However, my bank account has been drafted $29.95/month for the past nine months, totaling $269.55. These charges were never authorized.I have made repeated attempts to cancel these charges, including:* Calling ************ (the number listed on the confirmation email and my bank statements). * Calls are not answered, and Ive left multiple voicemail messages. *Emailing **************************************** as instructed by the voicemail.I have received no responses or confirmation of cancellation. This lack of transparency makes resolving the issue nearly impossible.Research shows that THP Publishing LLC, owned by **** ********, operates as Tactical & Survival at *****************************************************************************************************Resolution Requested:Immediate cancellation of the unauthorized subscription.A full refund of $269.55 for the nine months of charges.This experience reflects deceptive business practices. I hope the BBB can assist in promptly resolving this issue.

    On November 11, 2024 tactical survival (*******************************************************) pulled $42 from my checking account. I have never heard of or enrolled in any such business. I never authorized any charges. I called to correct the matter. The company goes directly to voicemail.

    On August 8, 2024, I placed an order for a survival book, total cost on my credit card was $19.61. I never received an email confirmation nor did I receive the book.I called on September 09, 2024 at 10:32 am, only to get an answering machine stating all representatives were busy and I could leave a message. I also sent an email to their customer service email, ***************************************** only for it to be returned to me.Again, I called today, November 8, 2024 at 12:35 pm, to get the same recording, stating all representatives were busy and I could leave a message.I did not leave a message. This is 3 months out and still no book. It's not a huge loss on the $19.61, but how many people have they scammed out of that amount. That can add up pretty good if you are receiving the money and not sending anything in return.Again I know I won't get my money back, but if I can prevent anyone else from "ordering" from them, then I can help them save their money and to look for a legitimate business and not a scammer.

    I ordered a 60page booklet from Tactical & Survival,*****************************************************************************************, September 12, 2024, priced at $3.95usd. However, the seller charged my credit card $39.95usd I immediately began asking for their 60 day no questions asked ********* calls to their phone number ********** were never answered, nor were my several emails.Their only communication from them was that theyd cancelled my subscription, of which I know nothing.

    9/6/2024 I ordered a homestead guide book on ******** ad. It was supposed to be $9.95 shipping & handling. Today, I was charged $39.95 with an email saying I am officially a member of the USA???? And will be billed today. I called the number listed on the email. It was a computerized voicemail saying to press 1 to talk to an agent, then said no one is available and to leave a message. I left a message as well as sent an email telling them to cancel and refund. This is fraudulent. There is no cancel subscription option or anything and I cant even find a website for them now. All subscriptions or free trials are supposed to have a cancellation button/option and this does not.
