    I placed an order for books & a homesteading 12 week course, I was told I would be enrolled into 2 different monthly programs & charged for each after 14 days if I did not cancel. I have called and canceled 7 times, I can not get a return call. They took ***** today and now I can not buy food. I have no car so must buy rides, only to discover my money is GONE. I have never received any books from the company or any website login info for the ones I've already paid for. I want all my monies back.

    I ordered a "free" book from this scammer, for a shipping charge of $3.95. The book is a poorly compiled and bound collection of information. I let it ********, 2 weeks later, they are charging me $39.95 for something that appears to be a subscription that I have never requested. I declined ALL other offers that popped up after choosing the book.I call the number on my bank account statement and there was only a recording and option to leave a voicemail.

    Ordered a free survivalist guide (just pay shipping!), provided card number for shipping charge, and have since been charged $39.95/month for a subscription that I didnt authorize and which, as far as I can tell, provides no benefit. I dont even know what the subscription is for. Its labeled Water ************* Disputed transaction with my bank, emailed through the company website saying I wanted to cancel and had not authorized any charges. Still got charged again the next month. Then found the cancel subscriptionpage and canceled my subscription. The page offers to reduce the cost by 25%, then by 50%. I still canceled.

    I was charged ***** per month for 11 months totaling ******. I ordered something that was advertised as free and so I was not expecting to be charged anything. Certainly not a monthly payment for nothing! I never agreed to pay them anything. I have called and left messages for them and emailed them. They have not responded. I see online where others have been scammed just like me for the same monthly amount of *****. I initially saw their add on line which was offering information on Survival techniques for free.

    From Tactical and Survival I Order a free book on natural gardening and paid shipping and handling. Unfortunately I was signed up for a membership I never agreed to or asked for and have been charged $39.95 monthly for 6 months now. *** tried calling to get refunded and always told a supervisor will get back to me and never does. I want my $ back. This is complete fraud and a scam! Charged $240

    I had ordered a How to Gardening Guide from Tactical and Survival summer of 2022. I am continually being charged $39.95/mo. I have tried several times calling and emailing to cancel this so called subscription. The phone continues to ring. You may get their voicemail if they dont hang up on you. They are scamming people.

    On February 24th I ordered a free Natural Survival Remedies book through Tactical & Survival. I was taken to several other pages before i could actually check out, i answered NO to every product offered but still got a confirmation email for a membership as well as a change for **** for the FREE book. Shipping was only like **** maybe ****. Definitely not ****. I did shrug off the charge at first because I figured, it was probably worth it at anyrate, I called the company on March 13, asking where my book was. They told me to call back on the 17th if I had not received it. I called back today March 21 and the line just rings and rings clicks then rings some more and says "all of our reps are busy, please leave a message. When I try to email them the email bounces back every time. Aside from that, as I stated previously I was charged 3**** for a membership that I never agreed too, or wanted. I only wanted the book. *** has a tracking number but it literally says that the order number has been recoeved since February 27th. I told that to the guy I spoke with on March 11th, and still, no movement. I'm so disappointed in the scam feel of this company. Women and men should be able to feel like they are safe and not have to be scared of being scamed especially from a company supposedly offering items for tactical and survival. I would like a refund for the 3****, and ****, (**** less the **** for shipping) and the Book to be sent as requested.

    On 10/21/21 I ordered natural remedies book (I think) from Tactical & Survival in LV, ** for *****. The website order process was convoluted and confusing (evidently by design) but I always avoid subscriptions and such, so I doubt I clicked on any options for a newsletter, emails, or access to a website. I've grown wary of such things. I have a bad habit of not checking my **** statements monthly so I didn't notice until recently that ***** has placed a recurring monthly charge of $ ***** on my ****. Having cataracts (I was legally blind and couldn't drive) has also made my life more difficult, to include dealing with websites, though ******* Eye in *******, ** fixed my cataracts. I also had RSV in Nov and Dec and was nearly bedridden. I'll gladly pay for what I ordered ($ *****) but am asking to be reimbursed for the charges ***** made on my **** since October, 2021. The total is $ ****** (14 months--Nov '21 to Dec '22). On Jan 23 '23, I emailed ***** at ***** and told him not to charge my **** for any items in January. If they've already charged my account, they'll owe me $ ******. My **** account shows transaction reference numbers, which I can provide if necessary. Thanks BBB for providing this option!

    I ordered a book for 99 cents with a shipping charge for $3.95 for a total of $4.94. After 2 weeks this business began charging my credit card for $39.95 and continued for 7 months for something I never ordered. Upon. Re view of the book order confirmation. I noticed this wording. "As a very special bonus, I've given you 12 months of access to my email newsletter! This normally sells for $59 a month, so that's nearly a $600 value I've just passed along to you...on me." It appears they're using some type of bait and switch and I know that I never ordered anything from this company except for the book. I contacted them and they refused to refund my charges and I see that they've done this to many other people as well. They cannot prove that I used any of their services or ordered these extra charges but they're taking advantage of people and I hope that they can be stopped from stealing money from me and other people. There appears to be something that is clicked on when you order that although you don't opt in they still start billing you weeks later. I have no idea what this charge was for but I know that it was fraudulent.

    I ordered a book on 9/5/21 for 99 cents with a shipping charge for $3.95 for a total of $4.94. After 2 weeks this business began charging my credit card for $39.95 and continued for 7 months for something I never ordered. Upon. Re view of the book order confirmation. I noticed this wording. They cannot prove that I used any of their services services or ordered these extra charges but they're taking advantage of people and I hope that they can be stopped from stealing money from me and other people.
