I purchased a Suppressor from this dealer because it was a good price and he was in state so I could get a direct transfer. As soon as I paid the suppressor off and asked about getting the transfer paperwork done, he immediately started lying and saying he was an out of state dealer and I would need to find another dealer to transfer it. I told him I bought the suppressor from him because he was supposed to be in state and I would either like a refund or for him to split the transfer cost considering he is now out of state after having me pay an in state company. After some back and forth, he agreed in writing through Email that he would just refund my money the next day. He then sent me a notice that he refunded my down payment of 250 dollars. I thought that he would follow through and return the other payment of $****** and that would be the end of it. Instead, he flat out stole my money and stopped responding all together. I really just want my money back so this nightmare of an experience can end. A business shouldnt be able to just steal a persons money and get away with it. I paid a total amount of ****** and he refunded 250 leaving ****** that I am still owed. I have attached the email where he agreed to refund my money and also the receipt for the refund of ****** that I acknowledge I received. I just would like him to do what is right, follow through on his word, and return my money.

I made an arrangement to purchase a Socoms Suppressor from Fort Bradley Firearms. Back in Dec ********************************************************************* I had paid $500 up till August 15, 2023. They send an email every month when payment is due. I emailed them to make a payment to payoff the rest of the balance. They raised the price of the item on me, and after checking their reviews they have done this to several other customers. I emailed them to get a refund since they couldn't be trusted. They are not responding to me emails. I just want my money refunded since they haven't been honest or cooperative. I see they are not a member of the BBB which I wish I had seen that before hand.

I have more screenshots of bank payments to Fort Bradley Firearms. I made 2-$100 payments and 6 payments of $50. This company has a history of victimizing it's customers and it's disgusting they get away with it.

I purchased a firearm directly from the website and seemed very legitimate. Contacted them via email as that's the only form of contact. Have been making "layaway" payments on this purchase. Seemed very authentic and now that I paid off the amount which was VERY CONSIDERABLE AMOUNT find out that this company doesn't even exist. The *** license which is required by dealers expired in 2020. Seller will not return emails now and I fear this was a VERY expensive ****** and I'm contacting local ATF for fraudulent gun sales but would like to not have to pursue legal action but it seems this is the only route at this point.

On June 6/6/2022 I placed an order for a firearm. It was placed on layaway for a price equal to $60 for 18 months. I agreed and started the layaway that day with initial payment of $150. Since then I have paid $150 a month for seven months. The layaway should be paid. However the business is telling me I owe them $500 more dollars. This would be fine but the business cannot or refuses to share any documents or receipts. Just demands more money. I now have no communication with the business. As they blocked or do not respond to emails. I am just asking to see paperwork showing what has been paid and whats owed. Also an invoice. Find it hard to believe that a business can just change the price and demand more money with no proof to back it up.

I just want my money back. This company's customer service is horrible. I placed a **************************** 9mm Compact firearm on layaway and I've paid $1,176.98 into this firearm to date. This month, I simply asked if it was possible to get another firearm in the place of the ****** as I decided that I wanted a higher caliber firearm. Instead of responding with no, unfortunately we're unable to do this(which would have been fine) after the first email that i inquired about doing this. It took me emailing the three more times before i even got a reponse. In this response(finally) they basically told me to stop emailing them. Just wow! A customer who is patronizing your business and spending quite a bit of money. Every month I've made my layaway payment and today I attempted to make two $100 payments to go ahead and get the firearm and be done with this company but the payments didn't complete on fortbradley.com end but were taken out of my bank account and I'm not sure why because this company won't respond to my inquiries. They've just taken my money and no responding to my inquiries. I dont know about anyone else but i dont have $1,176.98 to give away. At this point, I just want all of my money back. Communication on this company's end would have eliminated the amount of emails that I had to send as well as this complaint. Just horrible!

Prior to June 29th, 2022 this business was advertising a firearm uo for auction on *********.com. The gun was a FN FNX 45 black tactical(Model #*****) The auction item # was and still is *********. The original listing buy it now price was $1159.00 and the starting bid price was $1129. The terms and conditions the seller was offering for his layaway were quite attractive as far as the amountvof time allowed to pay it off. The terms stated to email the seller before auction ending time ran out to find out about the layaway. I emailed this person(David P*****) at *****@fortbradleyfirearms.com and ***********.cox.net to inquire about the layaway as I was definitely interested. He emailed me back stating that a $50 minimum deposit was required. I informed him that I would put $200 down payment , so as to pay it off sooner. No discussion was ever made of exactly the price I would be paying but I assumed it was the buy it now price of $1159. The buy it now price is usually the price paid at layaway with most sellers. A subsequent email to him, I notified him that I had sent the $200 and he confirmed that he received it via ***** payment through my bank to David P***** LLC. I believe it was the same email, but also subsequent emails, I requested from him a receipt for my payment along with an invoice of the gun concerning model #, serial #, item # on ********* auction, price and any other pertinent information. I got no response from him concerning this matter, I needed this information as proof of sale and payments for my own protection but to this day have received nothing. The following day, after receiving my $200 payment and after the ending time of the gun auction; hecrelusted the gun, but jacked thevprice up by $1000 to $2159 buy it now and $2129 for starting bid. Upon noticing this, I wondered why he didn't take the gun off the auction after my down payment and whether he was trying to make me pay this ridiculous price. I just want a refund as he's dishonest!
