      I did contract with patio covers 4 less 11/10/2023 for a 10 by 24 foot patio cover. I paid half down ($2100), after getting HOA approval, tried to contact company at ************. Nobody answers and nobody calls me back. I would like a refund from the company

      Ever since we purchased the patio cover, it leaks and is damaging the facia, causing rot. We made several attempts for this company to repair it and they never have time for us.

      We gave $3,750(50% deposit) on a $7,500 job that was never started! Owners *********************** disappeared, license was suspended.

      Ordered Patio Cover with ***** on January 30, 2024. Signed contract, stating estimated lead time 4-6 weeks We have called the owner ****, and ***** the person who sold us the patio cover, and have had no response. It is now April 19, 2024. The last communication with ***** was on April 2nd when I asked for an update on installation, and was told "waiting on an answer from my guy". Since then our phone calls and texts have gone ignored. Patio Covers for Less never delivered the product as stated in the contract, and are holding our $1500 deposit.

      The business owners **** and ********************* collected $2,400 from me last Feb. 12 as a deposit for the patio cover project we agreed on. *** said the patio cover will be installed Mar. 25,2024. That did not happen. Called them several times and after days of trying to reach somebody on their office number, was able to speak to ****. **** said my patio cover will be installed April 11 since they are facing delays from the city permit and he was dealing with some personal issues and he committed to installing my patio April 17. Now that it got pushed back twice, I tried calling their office number and that number now is not accepting calls. Tried texting them multiple times - no response. After getting frustrated on doing calls/txt for almost two weeks I checked their ******** pages and discovered that there are multiple people complaining about the same thing - they paid money for deposit and has been waiting 4-5 mos for their patio covers to be worked on.I have spoken to these people and have discovered that Patio Covers 4 Less bond has been canceled since Feb. 13, 2024(the day after I paid the deposit) and that their Contractors License is suspended since then. **** and *** has been operating and scamming people for deposit money despite the fact that they got no bond or license. To me, they have broken the law and deliberately enacted a criminal act since they collected money without any intention of doing the work. I have visited their office and it is now empty. **** knows that his business is in ***** since last year and probably gonna go out of business but still operated to scam people to get their deposit money.The only resolution I want is to get my money back. I would appreciate if your organization can help me get that back. Thanks!

      Numerous times contacting the Company to complete our Pergola. Even until last week, speaking with *****, said he would call back. $$money spent with no action. 4 huge homes in my back yard.

      The Company filed for Bankruptcy I  saw online. I am assuming I can take this issue to Nevada *********************** and submit a ************************* Claim, if it fits the criteria.

      I hired this company for my patio project.Paid 50% downpayment early of January this year. I called the contractor many times to follow up the project as it is March already and requesting a copy of the permit so that I will submit it to HOA. Contractor said they will bring it on the day of digging the foundation. On 1st week of March Contractor personnel came and start digging my backyard but failed to bring the permit. They said they forgot to bring it and stated they will just bring it the next day when they will poured the concrete. Called the contractor requesting the permit and they said they will sent it to me by email. Went to the office one time to personally get the permit but it was closed. Everyday I asked the copy of the permit and they can't produced any. Fast forward 2 weeks gone and still I haven't received a copy of the permit. To my suspicion I went to *************. I found out they apply the permit middle of February. The City said that needs more documents before permit will be issued. It is clear that the contractor lied to me in the first place that he said he will sent me the copy before digging. Since then it's hard to contact the contractor. They keep promising that they will provide the city the lacking documents. They dug the foundation without the permit which is a violation and they put me in trouble with my HOA. I gave them another week to complete the docs. After another week I went to NLV city hall again and City said still no documents submitted by your contractor. Getting the permit will take only 3 weeks per the *********. It's been almost 3 months now since I paid them. I always asking for follow up since January. They keep promising to address the problem but lack of action. Now the contractor won't answer my call & text. They ghosted me. Called them from morning to afternoon and nobody's answering the call. Left voicemail and still nothing. Come April 4 it will be the 3rd month since I paid the downpayment. Timeline:1/4/24 -paid 50% downpayment 2/17/24- contractor applied for permit 2/28/24- the City requesting more documents to the contractor.3/6/24 - they start digging without permit 3/8/24 - they poured the concrete.Still without permit Up to this day nothing happens to my project since they dug the holes. They left those holes and dirt in my backyard. Since then we're unable to enjoy our backyard because of those holes and dirt lying around. Reaching out of this contractor is very hard. No explanation or something.

      On November 8 2023, we contracted with Patio Covers 4 Less (PC4L) to build an RV cover. Due to extended city permitting timelines, we paid a $500.00 permitting fee so the permit process could be started right away and be completed for construction to start in January 2024. On Wednesday, 13 December 2023, I contacted the ************ permitting office and was informed that no permit application had been submitted/received for my home address. I immediately sent a text message (the requested means of communication) to PC4L requesting a status. On Thursday, 18 January 2024, I again contacted the ************ permitting office and was informed they still had not received any permit application for an RV cover for my address. After multiple inquiries and numerous messages without response or action, I notified PC4L on Friday, 19 January 2024 that we were canceling the contract and would like the $500.00 permitting fee refunded since PC4L never submitted a permit application. Multiple members of PC4L staff were notified via text, e-mail and telephonically that we were canceling the contract due to non-performance and extremely poor (mostly non-existent) communication. I was originally told the $500 permit would be refunded and was told they would bring me a check, but after the check was never delivered and multiple messages sent with zero response, I can only conclude PC4L has no plans to refund the fee we paid for services they never performed.I have recorded every text message exchanged between me and PC4L and will gladly provide them as evidence regarding our attempts to obtain information and communicate our desire to cancel the contract. As PC4L never performed the service we paid for, all we want is a refund for the $500 we paid them.

      We had Patio Covers 4 Less come to our house during the summer of 2019 to install a patio cover in our backyard. Since we have had them install the patio cover, we have had nothing but issues. When it rains, it was only draining water on one side of the cover. After five phone calls, two appointments where they never called or showed up, they finally came by to fix the issue. It still doesn't work like it should, but it is better than before. Also, since the time we have had the cover, it leaks where the patio cover connects to the house. They have came out a few times to fix the issue, but the cover still leaks!! I have now called them 4 months ago about the leak, they made an appointment to come out to fix the issue, but they never showed up!!! Now the last 4 months i have called them every week, but all i get is a voice-mail, and they NEVER RETURN YOUR MESSAGES!! BUYER BEWARE!! THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS!!

      Patio cover was installed Feb 2021. It's been over a year and did not file sooner because they kept coming to try and repair the leaks that kept happening with every rainy day. It's Sept 26, 2022 and they have been here now 7 times. Problem still persists and the only remedy is caulking. They kept coming and just kept adding more caulk. The problems they admitted to me for the leaks was using the wrong type of screws and also found a s**** hole that was mistakingly done by the installer and just tried to cover it up. They don't want to replace the roof even though it still leaks. Caulking is only a temporary fix that's why the have to keep coming back.
