I'm very happy and pleased with 24/7 pools and Alberto even though he Is always supper busy he took the time to come to my house when My filter tank had a nasty Crack flooding my back yard I called 247 and Alberto came to fix it since then he does my maintenance for my pool and I couldn't be happier with his service making my pool nice and clean.

I was introduced to Mr. Alberto who cleans pool to some friends who work for the city and he is a very nice and professional person, he explained to me in detail the maintenance of my pool. I recommend this company without hesitation. A+

Worth Customers service just avoiding your call and texts after they received the payments.. So February 9 2021 i decided to reach out to 24/7 Pool & Repair to fixed the hot tub that not heating up. They were so quick with response at the beginning. Alberto came and take a look at the hot tub and told me that will be $750 for new heater. February 11 told me that he send the order and will be to be delivered on Wednesday following week. February 16 Alberto told me he got the new heater. He came back to put in the new heater February 18 and tell me that he just found other part broken inside the hoses. Then to order another part and will need to wait for that before he can put the heater. February 27 still wait and we should get on Tuesday. March 8 told me he picking up the part and will be addition of $45. March 9 he came to fixing the hot tub or that what Alberto to me while i was still out of town. Later i get requests for another $445 charge. March 10 i filling the water in the hot tub and it still not heating up. March 12 Alberto to me with his excuse that i need to be patient that he working 7days 5am-10pm. I wondering if i use that same answer when i don't pay them right away how would they like that. March 20 he told me he out of town for Pool Association Meetings. April 5 he told me now he have to order heater? And has no stock but he to me that they repair and replace all hot tub equipments. April 19 not he said he have no parts and will send email out. April 26 still haven't received. Then May 9 i call, text and leave reviews and messages on Thumbtack no response. December 1 i text Alberto and message and call again no one answered or respond or pick up my call. Now this is Aug 8 2022 and my hot tub still not working but they haven't given me back the refund or communicating with me and leaving me in the dark.. They won all this awards on BBB website with A+ that just doesn't make sense at all..
