Kelli did an amazing job helping me work through a very difficult time. I expected a very corporate response with no empathy but it was nice to feel like there was actually a person there who wanted to help me out and make it work. Super grateful, very happy.

Taking application fees and nothing, im a licensed realtor and checked daily they never pulled credit ...nothing! I disputed it because i couldn't even get anyone on the phone now a year later it showed on my credit! News 8 warned about this tell everyone.

If you are a landlord please don’t sign a long term contract with them. Just sign it month to month and see how they operate. In my opinion you gone leave them very soon, that is what I did.

KAMI threatened me cause i put up a review how horrible this company is and he has failed to hand me my property and holding my rent . How can you threatened me for putting up a review on this horrible company . Very unethical and I hope they know what they doing

After years of having my property neglected, I am finally moving away from Triumph. Triumph has let my tenants run rampant, only checking in on the property weeks after the tenant has left without paying rent. They refuse to do a property walkthrough unless it's absolutely necessary, which has resulted in thousands of dollars in losses. Now that I'm leaving, they are trying to charge me 2k in fees which aren't listed in their property management agreement.

These people are scammers n liars especially The owner they are scamming me For 1 closet door that came off the hinge from drywall from use &595 that Home Depot has for 150. They want $500 for blinds that wasn’t In the home in the first place becUse there home was in as is condition.and for lawn maintenance when their lawn was not maintain when we moved in. Kami Asgari attempted to lie in court when the judge asked him when they rerented the home he said a month later instead of the real month until I objected he said the right date what a liar. There is collusion between the maintenance company and Triumph realty to overcharge for minor fixing to rape , and ripp off their renter and it’s all systematically they have 0 honesty . I advice everyone to keep detail picture and document everything because u will get ripped off. They do not hold up contract they lie about repair cost to scam their customers. Also my Home Depot card was sent to the address and someone from the home open my mail and scammed my Home Depot card for 2000. They are all scammers that work for that company watch out.

It is so hard to get a hold of someone in this location. We have been calling and when someone finally picked up, I was told that Andrew ****** the leasing director was busy. Andrew finally picke up the call. I requested for a copy of the lease renewal that my tenant will sign and good thing I did because the old rental rate is still being shown on the new lease. We had already agreed on the increase with the office manager Shantal Trejo Castillo in February 2023. I sent an email yo both Andrew and Shantal to make sure that I get a copy of the new lease agreement prior ti the tenant signing because I want to make sure everything is correct. I also left a message for Andrew to call me back.

This company is a scam. I had read all of the horrible reviews before applying and decided to ignore them, my fault. We were the first application on a home, took almost a week to hear anything back about our application meanwhile that entire week they were still accepting peoples $100+ applications. We were denied due to insufficient income even though i showed our income that is beyond 3x the rent, so i said that. Then Corinne gave me the excuse of my income being low… doesn’t matter because the other applicant makes the 3x without even counting mine, so i said that. Then she gave me the excuse that my current property management said i hadn’t put in my 30 days… my lease still had over 45 days left so of course i wouldn’t do that, so i said that. Then she finally just said the owner isn’t comfortable…. you are the property MANAGEMENT… I had texted to view the property MULTIPLE times , got absolutely no response. I had sent Corinne MULTIPLE emails during the process because the phone line always goes to voicemail, no response. They say if you disagree with the decision to contact them but they WILL not respond. The home sat on their website for 13 days accepting applications the entire time. I am actually in shock how this situation unfolded for me and how I got played like a fool by this excuse of a PM
