      Leaving my real name private due to safety concerns. I have credit issues & live here while I take care of my financial situation. The property is very nice. The rooms are comfortable for one person, & that's me - a single, unmarried, childless woman with no pets, & never one guest during my time here. I paid for internet here several times. Recently, it hasn't worked at all. I mentioned it once when I was doing a college assignment, & got an attitude from Jovita, so I never complained again. I didn't move my personal things until April because of the cockroaches, but keeping my personal items in storage was expensive. The cockroach problem could be solved by housekeeping, but I've seen why it isn't. When one of my neighbors moved out, the three housekeepers who were next door "cleaning" spent more time looking in my window making comments than they did actually cleaning. October 1, I was followed by 2 people. A girl who lives here intervened & told me they were about to attack me. October 2, my downstairs neighbor banged on my floor & then came up to my apt banging on my door screaming at me that I was causing a "disturbance." Derry, the security, came up after the psycho neighbor left, & had a notice for me saying I was making too much noise AFTER my neighbor literally SCREAMED at me & pounded on my door. I mentioned the incident the night before, that I was followed and almost attacked, and Derry said I was "making a big deal out of it." I reported it to Jake, the manager, who assured me that it would not happen again. From Feb to Apr, random guys would sit outside my apartment smoking, recording me on video. It's creepy to pay to be stalked, then when you finally stand up for yourself and report it, they claim you're "making a big deal out of it" and blame you for making noise. What would happen if a single woman who "makes noise" in one of these units was screaming bloody murder needing help. Would she get it? Or would they serve her with a notice?

      -0 stars Don’t move here they are scammers and very rude I haven’t been here that long and are having issues already…. The freezer doesn’t work my food isn’t properly frozen.. the microwave buttons doesn’t work the…stove top doesn’t work.. countertop have old cuts… the couch is old and nasty.. And they have roaches…. On top of that they charge you for stupid shit like hard wood floors mean while the hallway smell like piss like the floors are new.. the price doesn’t add up for what your being charged for.. on top of that they messed up a payment and still tried to have me pay when they messed up on their end… the man was rude and yelling about how he doesn’t want us here anymore and how we should take accountability for the situation like who says shit like that when y’all messed up… they are unprofessional and they need to be fired!!!!!!! They make me feel unsafe and very uncomfortable! I also have messages from them texting me about making a payment once I stated that they made a mistake they stopped texting me and waited till Friday to tell me I’m late… then when they was asked why they didn’t address that when they was texting me or the previous days before all he could say was because I was right they did make a mistake on their end like wtffffff you just saying anything at this point… he sat in my bf face and said that he didn’t wanted to talk to him because he isn’t registered to be here like it’s not a lot of people that stay here that’s not supposed to be here..and when they was asked about the charges that’s not making sense all he could say was idk we don’t have our books on us but you can sit here and tell me that I owe… like I said very unprofessional and rude they need to be fired immediately and didn’t apologize for the mistake only was worried about me paying with MY MONEY! This is the location in Addison, Tx

      I checked in to this place on Friday, August 16 morning. Shortly afterward while sitting on the sofa I noticed a bug crawling on the sofa. I took a picture and went to office to notify them. They came removed the sofa and later returned with what was indicated as an “new sofa “. It couldn’t be new , I turned it upside down and there were holes in it. Thinking that the bed bug on removed sofa was strictly on sofa. I had a piece of paper on counter and looked and noticed that there was another one crawling on paper. I took a picture and returned to office asking to change room and was told they couldn’t accommodate me with a change. I asked for refund and was told that I couldn’t get a refund. So, now I go and get spray to spray room simply because I don’t have any additional money to go anywhere else. A church member allowed me to stay in there home for the night until I can see if the spraying helped remedy the problem. This is totally unhealthy for any human being. An already stressful situation of having somewhere to sleep made stressful even more. Something needs to be done at this place. Budget Suites Lewisville, Texas

      Budget Suites on Yorkshire in Phoenix Az This place needs to be shut down. Rooms are run down and falling apart. Mold in bathrooms, dirty feral cats everwhere, dog pee in common area, pool not cleaned. No help from the front office. They just like to say they can not help.

      0 stars. After repeated complaints from tenants regarding mice infestation we are told that it is just Too bad but we need to deal with it. This is unacceptable practice and needs to be resolved immediately. Stop putting people in danger of illness and practically laughing and making fun when bringing to your attention.

      I still reside at Budget Suites, Mesa AZ, for now but aggressively looking for somewhere else to reside. I've been here almost 4 years and I've never been late on rent and has never had a complaint or a write up. Then, just recently, the manager MATT walked by apartment while I was outside talking to a neighbor and rudely told me to go inside my apartment because I was talking too loud. So later that day, I go into the office to pick up a package and he comes from his desk in my face like what do you need. I said well okay since you in my face let's talk about how rude you were to me. Then he ran behind the desk and started acting like what social media calls a "Karen", shouting out oh you're being aggressive, oh you're trying to assault me. The whole time he's on the phone. I guess with the police. I was just in a wheelchair and still need a crutch or cane to walk and I said dude, I haven't moved towards you or raised my voice, how am I being aggressive? I told him he had no right to speak to me the way he did and he had no grounds to reprimand me when I had no complaint about me making noise by just talking. In response he said he was Super Manager, he prevents problems before residents can complain. This dude is on drugs or mentally damaged. Then I go to Google and see all these complaints and some labelling him a racist and I really got that feeling from this interaction. And who can you complain to? The management company got a F on the BBB so they don't care.

      I live at the budget suites in the colony tx and the culture of this property's managers is so unpleasant I will never spend another dime at a budget suites ever. They are combative and arguemintive. Unprofessional and make there tenants feel like inmates with no desire to retain their residents. They lie about fines enter your room while your naked. Not to mention reluctant to do anything the benefits their residents. Overall Robert ***** Patricia ****** Paula and Mike should be fired for the shear lack of desire to create postive relationships and experiences for their residents. I have been retaliated against for complaining about an infestation we endured for over 64 days . Illegally towed my vehicle and they give out fines like hall monitors. They tell ball face lies without presenting any proof . The only reason they make money is because of inflation has made apartments and the cost of living be astronomical. If the management was engaging polite and helpful this would be a great place to be . Unfortunately the culture of management is piss poor and should be replaced immediately ??. I am a student of Mr. ******* and admirer of his business savvy. To see his property being run like this just breaks my heart , as they are ***** on his legacy and the empire he has built. It's a shame they don't even know he owns the company . The general manager had no idea who Robert ******* is . Its a shame that i know about their boss then all of his management combined ?? they actually laughed at me when I told them who I am and about the relationship i have with Mr.*******. Smh . Inspiring to follow him in his ambitions for the understanding of consciousness after death .Over 40 on-time payments and now there refusing my rent based rules they don't even have in writing. I Beat them in eviction court and now I have proof of retaliation. I feel like I'm suing Mr. ******* personally although I know it's just a business. The Colony tx **** hwy ***

      My Grandson and his girlfriend moved into this place a few weeks ago and one of the Managers there, Sam I believe, seems to have a serious problem getting along with "others". Yeah, one of these men that seems a bit full of himself and apparently incapable of masking his inherent disdain for anything not reflecting his own person. The situation started when my Grandson was checking in and me being with him I observed how this specimen regarded him, very put off-ish with a heavy air of dismissiveness and superiority. I chatted with the security guard for a bit who attempted to introduce me to this supposed fellow Marine who walked by ignoring both of us as if the attempt at cordiality wasn't made. This is when I knew what I was dealing with. Nowadays my Grandson has to suffer through targeting and racial profiling offered by men such as these, whose life's goal has culminated in him having the elevated and esteemed position of being the  Assistant Manager at a weekly, who then sits within his supposed fiefdom calling people who work during the day to complain about loud music that they haven't played only to get hung up on as they pay nearly $500 per week for the privilege. My thoughts are if you can't go a day without being as disrespectful to a certain few that you feel are beneath you, then perhaps a new line of employment should be encouraged. There seems to be a rash of negative energy being thrust toward specific people these days pushed along by specific people that have made it apparent their personal values can't be stopped from bleeding into their professional life. This seems to be the case here. I encourage that if you are within this establishment, you are mindful of the biased that may be administered and that you confront it when you see it. I've called corporate about this disdainful individual and only hope there might be some movement in addressing the simple expectation of respect to ALL the guests that pay to be there. We'll see how it works out.

      How absurd is it that my young daughter and elderly mother took a cab to this place looking for temporary/immediate assistance and TURNED AWAY over a background check. A situation where my daughter took the blame after being assaulted by a man.REGARDLESS, she is a very good person, has NEVER been in any trouble in her young adulthood, that case was dropped entirely however, this DV charge just being in a background check well over 8 years ago is INSANE! To send them away is absolutely criminal in itself! I will not stop here, these people should be held accountable in every single possible way!

      I live in the in North Phoenix. My fiance and i lived there almost a year. We were served a 10 day after Thanksgiving. I hadnt been living in our apartment due to a medical emergency with my family. They had done a monthly inspection and i was not there. There were animals that were not in cages. My fiance came home for Christmas. Well i had recieved a guest warning today. For him staying with me. They said that he was 86d because he was served a 10 day noticed. He isnt even allowed on property to visit my family and I. And now im being threatend if he doesnt leave i can be served a 10 day notice because he is here. Never had i seen anything about being 86d for a 10 day notice. I think its utter bull crap. I can understand him not being able to rent another apartment but not to visit my family and I. And during the whole inspection thing i had been taking care of my mom and son at their house. And when they came back once and i wasnt there. The next time I was there and havent had the time to clean it. I had been told by Drake Roop that obviously i had someone here to make the mess. It was a little cluttered. But it was not like it was a hoarder apartment. But it was still able to walk in. And Drake had no compassion for my situation. And said oh well we will be serving you a 10 day notice. I am very upset about this. As we have paid rent on time. Always kept to ourselves. And no where does it say if you are issued a 10 day notice you are 86d from the properties.
