    I recently got a person off my deed and i receive a letter from this company which looked like a bill. I was in the hospital and my poor mom opened it and she paid it with my card thinking it was for my new deed . They totally scammed us for$ 123 I am so upset people are out there doing this to innocent people . I want my refund i will be contacting my lawyer regarding the matter this is very misleading and unlawful .They make the letter look like a government bill for a deed and has all my info on it **** a deadline . My mom paid with my card thinking it was a bill owed . This is a total scam and they should be persecuted

    Your advertisement was designed to fool older people into paying for a service that they don't need. My mother was fooled into getting your Property Profile Report, believing it to be an official government bill. She paid $123.00 for it by check and the check cleared on 12-24-24 The report was addressed to ***** ******* M. Trust ******************************************I would like you to issue her a refund.     This check refund was issued, the banks expected receipt of refund check #**** is on or around feb 6th, ( this is just an estimated time from our bank that issued the check)so the check was sent to the "**********" address that we have on file for this customer. if this customer does not receive their by by Monday please have them contact us, so we can reissue the check.

    I received a letter from a company called Property Site saying I needed to pau them ****** by Jan 30th to receive a deed and information on my new home that would protect me. All the info they claim to hold is public and I have access to my deed. The letter is worded in a tricky way to stress people into thinking they need to pay for something that is free. People like this could really take advantage of people who don't understand public records + the power of the internet. They should be shut down.

    our solicitation letter is NOT for a deed its for a property profile which is approx a 40-page property report that we compile an research for a service fee, this is clearly stated on our solicitation letter. this consumer is grossly misunderstanding our notice.

    I used this service one time to get information needed for my father's property at *********************************************** and I thought I was paying a one time fee for the information received but instead I'm being billed every month. I have only used service one time. There should not be a monthly payment.

    We recently set up a trust which included our house. We received a new deed that changed the property owner to our trust name. A few weeks later we receive a bill from Property Site for $123. We assumed this was the cost of getting a new deed. We paid the amount and a few weeks later received another bill. This time I did further investigation into this issue and realized that this was not a bill from the county for a copy of our deed but instead a scam to say that they would perform a property assessment profile. This is absolutely unnecessary. Hoping you may be able to have this company reimburse us for the amount we paid them since we had no intention of doing a property profile.

    I was billed by this company on Oct. 8th, 2024. I attempted to contact the buisness but keep getting an out of office hours or no customer service **** available. I have also sent an email to their support email given on their website. I want these charges to stop. According to many other homeowners posting on ******, this website is a scam.

    We do not send bills, We are NOT a scam,  we offer services for a service fee, its optional (clearly stated on our notice), We issued a refund , it can take up to 72 Business for the bank to process the refund. We do not have occurring charges. this customer card was charged only once, the charge on 10.8.24 was delayed in posting and may have reflected in their account this week, but their card was charged only once. We do not retain any credit card info in our system. There will be no further contact as requested by this customer

    Fraudulent $125 invoice received from a company that claims to have filed a deed to my house on my behalf. The name is Property Site.

    Not only is this "company" Property Site attempting to mislead with their official-looking "official deed notice," but they're not even good at it. The property they seek to "help" me with was sold many months ago. They actually list the *sale* date as the date I acquired the property. Not only are they apparently a scam, but they also deserve ridicule.

A simple search of the property records for the county where the property resides would show current information and the correct (new) owner. They have no answer for the claim, made by many others apparently per your own website, that they are scamming people out of money. (Not me; I don't fall for nonsense like this.)

    If you believe that their answer is good enough for BBB, I'll go back and accept it as if it matters. They will still be shady and incompetent but it won't affect me....

    Giving an unreliable company that information now would only confirm to them that they have an active US mail address. They would be unlikely to honor the removal request.  You (BBB), well-meaning, cannot enforce it.  There is no agency that can enforce it.

    I will instead choose to ignore them in the future and, sadly, their behavior will have to be someone else's problem.

    But I do appreciate your communications here in making the attempt.
