HORRIBLE .... HORRIBLE ... HORRIBLE ... NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE... NO ONE HAS ANSWERS FOR ANY QUESTIONS... NO APPLIANCES AS PROMISED PER THE MLS AND RENTAL AGREEMENT. OFFICE STAFF IS RUDE ... MANAGEMENT IS RUDE... THEY ARE DISRESPECTFUL ... THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

these people took advantage of us! We moved in to our condo April 28, 2022 although originally our move in date was supposed to be sooner. before signing our lease we did a walk through and the entire unit was destroyed (it was bad) but they assured us that everything would be fixed and good to go by our original move in date, some time goes by & they reached out requesting to change our move in date to April 28 to give them more time to clean our unit which we agreed. The day we got our keys we walked into a disaster, yes the unit was still horrible! we paid beforehand for appliances just for them to not work when we moved in. there was already mold in our 2 bathrooms & after reaching out multiple times throughout our stay, to this day (April 28, 2023) they refused to fix anything because we’ve already signed the lease. The entire year we’ve been here we couldn’t use our master bathroom because it was horribly disgusting. We’ve had mold issues since we’ve moved in & after several requests to look at it, they’ve avoided us & we haven’t been able to sleep in our master bedroom because the mold is still so bad in the master bathroom. Keep in mind we have our 2 year old with us! We aren’t the only ones this has happened to. Based on reviews this company seems to do this to all their clients. I still have all photos & emails! not to mention “Nate” likes to curse you out over the phone when requesting help! THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!

This is the most unresponsive, unethical business I've ever had the displeasure of renting from. Once they get you to sign the lease, you will never be able to reach them again-- even when it comes to inquiries regarding your lease or maintenance. I've left numerous emails and voicemails to their different mailboxes and have received no responses. Even if you accidentally get ahold of someone through the phone, they will leave you on hold for excessive amounts of time until you hang up, or transfer you to an extension that will not answer the call. Once you've decided that you can no longer afford to wait anymore for a reply and show up in person to their office, the young girls at the desk will give you the run around of vague answers, leaving you even more inconclusive than when you first entered their office. Nathan Vidrine and Ron Stoker are the slum lords behind this scam and will rarely step in to assist. Going into this property management company, I read the poor reviews beforehand but decided that I loved the property I was viewing so much that I was willing to look past all their 1 star reviews. When I moved into the property, it was grimy: rotten food left in the fridge, filth caked onto all the appliances, etc. Despite all this, upon moveout, in order to get back your security deposit, they demand receipts for professional carpet cleaning, professional maid services (which is not even listed in the lease), and professional "AC coil cleaning" services. These are all part of their scam to keep your security deposit. In many of their reviews, they even keep your security deposit and charge you additional fees on top of that with a phony itemized receipt of items they had to "service" upon your move out. Do your research and stay away from Turn Key Property Solutions. Read their 17 (as of 12/28/2022) complaints on BBB and understand the operation that they are running.
