    Over 6 weeks ago our new (under warranty) ** unit went out for our house. As Precision Air was the Installer and one handling the warranty we called them out to find out the problem. It took them 4 days and as late as 11:30pm *************** in our household to diagnose the problem. It has now been 6 full weeks as of November 1st 2022 that they have not bothered to replace the outside broken unit that is under warranty. They are costing us huge energy bills due to needing dozens of portable and ceiling fans to be running constantly so our little ones dont die from heat. Everytime we call and express our anger at trying to get the ** fixed or replaced they ******** us around week after week saying the parts will be here tomorrow or the parts wont be here until next week. This isnt the first time we have had severe issues with this company especially predator calling about getting other unneeded services done. Now its to a point that if a higher power doesnt intervene and get them to honor the warranty of our ** unit I may have to put the effort into my hands and start loading up on firearms, which isnt an end result I want to be reduced to. We have gone on long enough being lied to and ****** over and it being now 6 weeks without ** in god **** vegas, we have had enough.

    I receive daily robo calls for their business. I here called Precision Air and told them that I no longer live in *********. They stated they would remove my number from their calling list, they have not.

    This company has been robo dialing and spamming me for approximately 4 years now. I have called them, emailed them, and complained online about this practice. They always say it has been taking care of, yet the calls never stop. I am also on the do not call list and have NEVER had any business dealings with them !! They call me 3 to 5 times a week via robo call! This company should be shut down or fined immediately. Tons of other complaints can be found online as well.
