On January 25, 2025, I visited The Good Feet Store, I had started a new job and had pain on my feet. A sales lady by the name of ****** said to me that the pain was due to plantar fasciitis, I mentioned her that I had surgery on my toes before and perhaps it could also be the problem, she said their orthotics were going to get me better, she sold me 4 different kinds of Orthotics, socks, insoles, amounting ********. I used them according to their advise. Two days later on January 27, 2025, I called ****** to complain about how painful was for me to use the orthotics and she said to continue to use them because the objective is that my feet have to get used to them. The pain continued worsening and I call my foot specialist from Eastern Podiatrist in Las Vegas, he advised me over the phone not to used the orthotics and schedule an appointment. I called ****** again and told her my *** advised me not to wear the orthotics but she said that I can go back to the store to try different orthotics because they have a non return policy. I got to my *** appointment and had x-rays and an ultrasound, the tendons on my feet were inflamed I was developing a fibrosis, *** ********* injections to help with the pain and the inflammation. I file a dispute with my bank about the charges and because the non return policy The good feet store bank won the dispute. I wanted my money back due to the reason their orthotics cause more harm to me than before I did the purchase. This company had class action law suits for deceiving customers and still operating in the same manner. I want to return these items in exchange for my money back due to health issues, the product did not help me as they stated in the store or even their website, but they don't want to understand my concern, they just want the money.

Transaction date October 19th 2024, $794 for shoes and insoles. I went to The Good Feet Store in *********, ** after recovering from a 3 week old bicycle foot injury. The * F S attempts to sell you different shoe systems levels with packages starting at $1300 rather than selling individual items separately. I then asked could I just purchase the shoes and insoles only and was told they only sell complete packages up to $4k. After I turned down all offered system packages and was about to leave the employee then offered a modified version of their shoe systems after formerly being told I could not. $199 pair of shoes, 1 pair of shoe inserts and $456 off the shelf insoles for a total of $800... WTF?The shoe system packages are truly misleading not only because no prices are listed but simply because there's no physical prices to reference until you ask the employee. What is completely and I believe deliberately intentional is the store purposefully fail to advertise, display or inform you of their NO return policy after purchasing their expensive products. I found no prominently advertising displayed inside the store about the no return policy or was informed by any of the employees until you see it on the bottom of your receipt!!! It appears The Good Feet Store business practices are misleading and on the deceptive side hence why they have a low 1 star BBB rating! The employees were nice but I wish I did some ***** on the company before being an unsatisfactory customer. The insoles they sell aren't doctor certified and not even custom built /designed for your foot but actually off the shelf insoles. The ****** shoes they sell were 15% higher than buying from the ****** shoes store! Wish me luck as I will attempt get a full refund from the ********* store and if that fails I will contact The Good Feet Store **************** in ********* and complain about their deceitful business practices!!!!

Hello Ms. ******* since contacting BBB, I have not been contacted or received messages from the Good Feet Store regarding my complaint.

On October 24, I went back to The Good Feet Store and spoke to one of the employees on business the card attachment that was there the day I made purchase. I explained to her the issue I had with their misleading sales tactics, but to no avail we both disagreed about their motives.

It is very discerning that a company will try to upsell you items and choose profit over customers needs! ********************** are quick to saddle their customers with monthly payments if customers cant afford to pay outright or on a fixed income like myself.
      Regards

Purchased orthothodic inserts for plantar fasciitis and tendinitis. Good feet store claimed relief from foot pain. They made it clear Thier reduction was no refundable. Their claims for foot pain relief are clear in Their commercials and online. My foot pain is worse since using their product. I want my money back.

On 5/4/22 I bought 4 sets of orthopedics from Good Feet after they claimed it would fix my foot pain and possibly help my right shoulder issues. The sales lady explained how their 3 step process works and afterwards I was given a price breakdown for each tier. I definitely felt "pressured" to choose one of the higher prices tiers because the lowest tier did not include an extra pair of inserts, which the sales lady highly recommended. My foot pain was pretty severe at the time of purchase so I was convinced that spending all that money might be worth it for the pain relief . Upon returning home, wearing their maintain inserts, I started to experience some severe shoulder pain/discomfort that was not present with the inserts taken out. I have had trouble with my shoulders for the past 2 years now, I deal with chronic pain and discomfort all day. While the orthotics do provide a little pain relief, they only increase my shoulder pain/discomfort which I've been working with several doctors to address. I also have a hard time finding shoes for myself and I usually only wear one pair. So I am finding it hard to fathom even using the extra pair of inserts that I was recommended to purchase because I only have 1 pair of shoes. Lastly, the "relaxer" inserts that are the 3rd step of their process requires you wear them at night or in the morning, I don't wear shoes/slippers/sandals in my house at night due to multiple factors so I can't even get any use out of them which basically ruins their "3 step process" that I am supposed to follow in order to keep my feet aligned/reduce pain. To summarize, I am not satisfied with my purchase. I cannot follow their 3 step process due to not being able to wear the relaxer which defeats the purpose of said process. And I am also experiencing added shoulder pain which are caused by the inserts. I was told there were no refunds, but I am not getting any benefits from their products. I paid $2000 in total and I would like a refund.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/06/21) */ Our records indicate your original purchase was 6/4. two weeks ago. During your fitting we issued you a 30 day break in schedule that walks you through the adjustment period of getting used to your supports. When the foot is in a new position, the knees, hips, back, etc also realign. During this transition it is not uncommon to experience transition soreness depending the extent of correction. We offer FREE adjustments during this period since a minor adjustment can make a huge impact in comfort. The best way to address your issues is to visit us again at your convenience so we can learn more about your experience and work through all options available. Your comments above indicate you have chose a different break in schedule for yourself than what we outline. We recommend against that as it may interfere with results. Please visit us as soon as possible so we can assist in getting you taken care of. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/06/23) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) That is correct, there was a typo on my initial dispute and the purchase date was 6/4 not 5/4. The soreness I was experiencing wearing the maintainer/strengthener was severe enough for me to stop wearing them the very next day 6/5. I've tried a couple of times since then to wear them but I am unable to do so due to the discomfort. At that point I went to see my Podiatrist, who recommended I stop wearing the inserts because my body is not reacting to them well at all. He suggested I make some alterations to the prescribed orthotics he already gave me to add some support for my right foot metatarsal at my big toe which has helped tremendously with my foot pain. This is just one part of the problem though, the second issue is the fact that I can't utilize you're companies 3-step system (specifically the 3rd step - the relaxer), which as you mentioned "we recommend against that as it may interfere with results". I agree that not wearing the relaxer will ruin the results, which is why it is an issue. The reasons I can't/don't wear the relaxers is due to the fact that I don't usually wear footwear inside my house and that part wasn't explained as well the day I made the purchase. I have purchased orthotic sandals and tried to use them with those but they do not stay in place, the inserts tend to just fall out even with the Velcro dots that were included. The relaxers are also smaller and offer less support than the other 2 inserts (strengthener/maintainer) which leads the edges of the relaxer insert to cut into my heels when pressure is applied. In summary, the insert adjustment period I think was and still is, too much for my body to handle, even if the maintainers offer some temporary relief. This was basically confirmed by both what I was feeling and what my doctor advised. And, I can't properly utilize the relaxer insert which we both know has an effect on the end result. Even if I came into the store for a minor adjustment I don't believe it will be enough to solve the current issues I have with the product as a whole. I am not doubting the 3-step process works, it just doesn't work for me with my current medical issues at this point in time. I have 3 pairs of inserts (strengthener / maintainer / relaxer) that show no sign of wear/use, and 1 pairs of inserts (maintainer) that have been worn for a couple of days that show a little wear. I would be satisfied if I can at least return and get a refund for the unused inserts that I have (if you hopefully approve). I will keep the pair of worn inserts and you can deduct cost of the single pair of maintainer inserts from the total refund amount. Since I am no longer experiencing pain in my feet thanks to the help and advice from my podiatrist, I unfortunately no longer have any use for the products that I purchased from The Good Feet Store. If you have another solution in mind let me know, but I believe the one mentioned above will satisfy both sides.
