    Purchased a used RV from Blue Dog RV in ********* in April of 2023. Was told they would mail registration paperwork to *** AZ with in the month. I didn't hear anything from **** so at the end of May I went to the *** and tried to register it and was told they had not received anything. Called **** and they advised there was a hold up with receiving the title. This scenario has continued till current day. We have called multiple times and talked to many different employees about this issue and they keep saying they're working on it. I have a bill of sale that I have to carry when I tow because my trailer has no plates and I'm unable to register it in my state. I want them to send the necessary paperwork to *** as so I can register it. Also because of this delay I haven't been able to refinance to my CU and I keep paying a higher interest rate.

    Blue Dog RV is the worst dealership i have ever purchased anything from. We have owned 5 Rv's and i have never had the issues i am having with this dealership. They owe me money for services that have never been completed and will not return my calls regarding my money. When we walked our RV on March 9th of 2023 we noticed two items that needed to be replaced, the door to the pantry, the shade on the window. We have yet to get the parts replaced. We scheduled an appointment on March 30th to have the paint repaired that was chipped by their forklift, the missing items, and the Protection package that we paid for. We dropped it off on the 29th, never received any update phone calls. Called the dealership on the 31st to check the status no answer and no return phone call. Called on Monday April 3rd and asked to speak with the service manager Fred Hanson, he told us that nothing had been completed and that it had just been dropped off on Friday, which was wrong. He then told me that if i just wanted to come and pick it up to just come and pick it up. I told him i wanted them to at least get it into the shop to fix the items and complete the paint repair and protection package we purchased. He then told me he would get it in to be looked and then would call me back to let me know what all the rv needed. We showed up on Wednesday April 5th to check the status of the RV. We ended up picking it up because it was not in the shop and all the way out in the back lot. The paint they chipped was never repaired, the protection package was never completed. The shade on the window never got replaced the door to the pantry never got replaced. Here it is April 29th and still nothing has been resolved and the only person who has called me or spoken to me regarding these issues is the sales manager, Jamie. I have asked to speak with the General manager but i have not gotten a phone number to call. I was told that Mike would call me but that has not happened.
