I was told I needed to also purchase cleaners and Natural shield to clean and dry out the floor before application. After the application of the Natural shield the moisture of the concrete was still to high apply the Liquid membrane. I contacted the company to see what to do and I was advised to apply more coats of the Natural shield. I was able to get the moisture reading down to under 3 percent per their instructions. I applied the liquid membrane only to have it not stick. It pealed off with ease. I again contacted the company only to be told I applied it wrong. I applied their product per their instructions. they offered to refund the Liquid membrane, but not the other items. I only purchased the other items because I was told by them that I needed it. It has been 6 months and my floor still isn't sealed. I have pictures and a lengthy email conversation I can provide.Customer response
