I purchased a micro needle product. While searching on website they charged my account for 2 being ******. I asked to cancel they did not cancel. I immediately returned the product when received and still have not received refund. I sent numerous emails and it is now going on three months. They keep sending me computer generated email, very frustrated and disappointed a business would deceive a consumer like this. I would like my refund. I ordered the Glov Micro Infusion System, which was to include one bottle with a sterile needle head & one vial of serum. It was $34, but I used a coupon code & paid $30.60. I thought if I liked it, I would order more vials. I will admit that I set it aside & forgot about it, so I am not within the 30 day return window. However, I never received the vial, only the bottle. Now they are trying to tell me that I only ordered the bottle. Why would I order a bottle without the product? Nowhere in the product description did it say it was only the ************* scoured their website & don't even see that as an option. You can order new sterile heads, but I don't see one advertisement for the bottle & no serum. I ordered "Glov Micro Infusion System 1" meaning one vial. It doesn't say Glov Micro Infusion Bottle. This is crazy. They are trying to make it seem like I didn't order what I ordered. You can order on their website right now the same bottle & 3 vials for $60 (with coupon code) but you can't get even 1 vial for $30? The only way to contact them is via chat & once you don't agree with them, they go silent & ignore you. It looks like plenty of other people have had this issue with them as well. I've never had to file a BBB review before but this this is terrible business practices & frankly, it's also false ********************** Very scammy. I just want what I paid for, so they owe me one vial. Otherwise, they should refund the amount because I did not get what they advertised & what I paid for.Initial Complaint

I had a subscription for Glov Beauty. I could not cancel the subscription on their web site, but you have to call to cancel it. I canceled it via phone a while ago. During the conversation the woman asked multiple times if I wanted to keep the package for a discount. I did not want it. She told me thatshe canceled it for me. Today I received another shipment. I spoke with an employee via chat and she said my subscription was not canceled. She offered a discount to keep it, but again, I do not want it. I placed an order with this company over 19 days ago. The product was supposed to arrive within the stated 7-15 days standard shipping period. However, it has been well beyond that timeframe, and I still have not received the item. When I try to track the package, there is no indication of when or if it will arrive. Apparently, the product ships from *****, and goes through multiple facilities. Current status: "in transit to the next facility" with no indication of arrival date. I reached out to the company to request a refund and cancellation of my subscription. The email communication I have had with them appears to be automated or from a bot, which raises my concerns about the validity of their operations. They stated that they did cancel my subscription, but will not supply proof that it has been cancelled. They then changed the story, and said that they are escalating the matter. Again, this communication appears to be automated. I am concerned that I will not receive the refund and that my credit card will continue to be charged.Business Response

I purchased a facial treatment from **** in November 2024 and paid for it. Less than a month later I got notice another set was shipping. I contacted them by email and asked that they not send it and to refund my money they drafted from my bank account.
