    DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!’nnn n I was so excited to get this product. I got it two months prior to my son‘s wedding on May 17 of this year 2025 and I swear my opinion only is it’s just like water inside of those vials. It did absolutely nothing to my face I mean, nothing! I zeroed in on one wrinkle on the corner of my mouth and watch to see if it changed at all with the two months that I tried this, and it did not do anything! Then I contacted the business and they said they couldn’t find my information that I needed an order number to process my refund. Well, I gave them an order number and a cancellation number and they will not respond at all. Horrible company, horrible customer service do not use this company, please

    Bad product Not working The product never flowed out of the vial I asked for a full refund after return , they offered half a refund for me to keep the product . Never received any refund after I mentioned it was not working (meaning I could not use the microneedle ). Their support kept emailing that it takes time to process but they simply are lying to me as it ha a been weeks and I do not expect any refund.

    A TERRIBLE and untrustworthy company!!! My experience in a nutshell- ~They had me purchase an entire set in order to get 1 bottle( they don't tell you that you need to keep the bottle that the needles attach to in ANY of the instructions) ~ I was placed on auto re-new when I NEVER signed up for it ~They have yet to issue a refund on the auto re-new charge. ~Unable to get a response from an actual person after many emails and phone calls for well over a week. ~After using the product for over a month, I have seen NO IMPROVEMENT.

    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! YOU WILL NEVER GET A REFUND EVEN WHEN YOU FOLLOW THEIR PROCESS. THEY HAVE HAD MY RETURN FOR 2 MONTHS NOW AND I STILL CANT GET MY REFUND. I RETURNED IT IN THEIR TIME FRAME, ALL THEY SAY IS THE TEAM WILL GET BACK WITH YOU BUT THEY NEVER RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO DO WHAT THEY SAY.     Ordered the product in January. Addresses were from Wyoming and Nevada. Received the shipping information and it was clearly coming from overseas. Tracking continued to reflect it was coming but when it was time for delivery, it fell apart. I emailed and emailed and even posted on Facebook. Can’t find my posts as they delete them. Received one email response to wait longer. Disputed the charge with my credit card company. I received a credit and I hope they were able to pull the funds back. This is a fraudulent company likely selling a product that will cause damage to your skin based on other reviews and social media posts.

    Jessica, the customer service person was so responsive and helpful when I had initial concerns and had not received the product for weeks and was overcharged. Now that I followed the return protocol after sending back unopened product and it has been approved for a refund and they have received it, Jessica has ghosted me. The chat messaging I also sent said I need to update the tracking number in the return. I already did that weeks ago! Horrible customer experience and waiting for the $300+ return.

    If you haven’t done so already, please follow these steps to update your return tracking:
    1.Go to glovbeauty.com/apps/returns
    2.Click “VIEW” on your return request
    3.Click “Enter shipment details” and input the tracking number of your return


    Once the tracking is updated, we can finalize your refund promptly. If you’ve already submitted the tracking and are still waiting, please email me at [email protected], and I’ll personally ensure this is resolved as soon as possible.

    Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. They simply do not respond. Very vague tracking. They use WANB express . If you google where GLOV ships from it says Nevada but I live in the US and 7 days after ordering it says that it cleared customs so I’m assuming they are trying to hide that they ship from CHINA. I emailed and asked where it was coming from and I emailed 2x and was ignored. If I knew it was coming from anywhere but the USA, I wouldn’t have ordered it. FIND A BETTER , MORE TRANSPARENT COMPANY, THAT RESPONDS TO CUSTOMERS!!!

    After receiving this micro infusion kit, and being out of town for a few weeks, I finally got to try it, and it made red marks all over my face. I’m a nurse and know how to use products. I contacted them for a refund and after a few back-and-forth emails they said it was beyond the 30 days. Their product, made in China, which infuriated me, Does not go bad and the other vitals were intact Seeing all these other reviews makes me feel hopeless that I will get any resolution from this company

    I received the product and returned it promptly completely unopened as I found out from my Dr. that I have Rosacea and this product would not be appropriate for my skin. I explained this and they authorized a return; or an option to keep it and receive a 50% refund instead of the full refund. I opted for the full refund. I am still waiting since November 20, 2024, when they received the product back. I have provided all tracking #'s, order #'s, etc. but I keep getting told that they are sorry and they have "escalated it to the team" and I should hear shortly about when I may expect my refund. As of today, January 22, 2025 I am still waiting...
