      Purchased serious skin care insta tox for $35.10 on March 30, 2023 as a one time purchase only. I was sent a second insta tox on April 27th and my credit card was charged $35.10 without my permission. I talked to a representative of serious skin care who told me I would only be refunded half of my unsolicited purchase. I asked to speak to a manager and was told there was no one in that position available. I am asking for a full refund and cost of returning the product. This is an underhanded tactic to make money.

      I made a one time purchase of Serious Skincare Instatox online. I have continued to receive it on a monthly basis. I have been charged $35.10 for each order since at least November of 2022. Packages arrive without an invoice or any information. *** received emails spottily to let me know another order is coming. I am assuming most have gone to junk mail. The emails contain no information as to how to cancel or rectify the situation. The phone number I was able to find goes to voice mail. I tried to logon online, but I kept getting a credentials error message. I am at my **** end. This feels like a scam and essentially theft.

      We are sorry that you had so much difficulty notifying us that you wanted to cancel your auto-shipments, we are working on making it easier.  I've asked our customer support team to refund and cancel the subscription you inadvertently signed up for  (subscriptions are 35% less money and you get free shipping - so that was probably why you got on the multiple shipments). Please check your email - you should be getting notified - also check your junk email folders, as sometimes various ISPs mis-characterize notifications as spam. Thank you

      Placed original order of $81.20 on 3/14/2022. Have been subsequently charged $9.99 per month since. Apparently I was signed up for a membership without my knowledge. Would like to have the membership fees refunded, $139.86.

      I received two orders of insta tox in March 2023. Didn't think much until I received additional charges for new product on April 3, 2023. I wasn't aware that I was subscribing to this product when I initially ordered 1 product and received two products. Why would I order two orders of the same product for monthly use. Obviously an issue at the order desk at the time of my initial order in March. After calling customer service on April 4, 2023 and cancelling the 2 subscriptions as the product causes stinging where it is used, I requested a return authorization for the 2 orders sent on March 6, 2023. The representative named ******* advised me to wait for the new products to arrive before getting the return authorization. Normally, due to the time frame constraints I would normally insist on a return auth for the first two products. Foolish me agreed to wait. When I made the call for return authorizations, the first response was the the first orders from March were no longer eligible for return even though I made contact on April 4 for orders charged to my **** on March 6, 2023. I reviewed what I had been told by ******* and the second rep agreed to a return of all the products(4). She then explained that I would have to pay a restocking fee of $5.00 per order to return. I asked why I had to pay a restocking fee for the orders that I didn't order. That's the companies written policy she explained. At this point, I will return the products and wait for the credits on my **** before exploring any further resolution.

      I ordered a product called Instatox for Serious Skincare. Much to my surprise the following month I received a second product and charged again. I would have never signed up for a subscription since I hadn't even tried it yet! This product is terrible and I wasted my money with my first purchase, now I have 3 tubes that have been sent to me! I want my money back!

      Ordered Insta tox cream as a 1 time order. I am being charged Again for monthly order on 3/16/2023 that I did not order. No one answers the phone, only voice mail. They are robbing people and putting us on a revolving charge when the original states 1 time only. They are scammers! I want my money back of ***** immediately! And remove my name and account numbers immediately.

      Placed a one time order on 11/2022. I did not subscribe to anything. Today I received an email confirmation for another order in the amount of $84. I did not place another order. The amount has been deducted from my account. I went to the site and tried to look to see if I had an account. I had to request a password reset. I was sent a temp password and had to enter a new one. The account that came up did not have my name and said I had no orders. I left a message saying I did not order and wanted a refund.

      I ordered their product. Instatox on 01/03/23. I DID NOT subscribe for it to be sent monthly. I now unemployed and I need every cent I can save. They charged me another ***** on 1/30 for product I did not subscribe to. They DO NOT have customer service! Their number goes to a voicemail. I sent them an urgent email and have yet to hear a response from them. When I went to the ******** page m, I saw dozens of comments for the same complaint and they made me aware that they NEVER respond! So now i'm going to have to change my banking information and get another card issued. This is criminal! Please help me get my refund from them. I am needing every last dollar I can save because of the price of food, and gasoline. These people DO NOT CARE! I p Appreciate anything you can do for me. Thank you.
