    I purchased a ************************** amp through ********** in April of 2022. Since installing the amp, it pops when powered off. I re-installed my previous amp and the problem went away. I have contacted both ********** AND Wolfram multiple times since then, and no one wants to accept responsibility to take care of this issue. And, thats if I can even get a response from either company. I will not purchase from these companies or will not purchase a Wolfram product again, due to their poor warranty department and customer service.

    Worst warranty team no response emailed the company several times to get a update on my problem to be told they are very quick to resolve warranty issues and there working on it I purchased the skar sdr 15 d4 and wired it to 4 ohms for the break in process the amp I'm using is rated at 550 watts at 4 ohm and the sub is 600 watt rms I just honestly want a replacement sub that's all I'm asking for I under powered the sub and one of the tensel leads burnt up sent pictures of the problem and everything they asked for
