Date of incident 5-24-24. I have been coming to this place for years. I came today to get some brand new tires mounted on my brand new wheels that I had just received in the mail. I picked the tires I wanted, proceeded to do the purchasing of the tires and get the mounting and balancing started. I strictly advised them to be VERY CAREFUL with the wheels as they are brand new out of the box. As I waited inside for them to be done, after about an hour, I was advised that the tires installation is complete. I went to look at the wheels from about 6ft away, they looked fantastic. Loaded them up in my other vehicle and took them home. When I arrived home, before they were even close to the vehicle they were being mounted on, I noticed on one of the wheels that on the front wheel lip edge that there was a chip **** on it. Looked even closer, found out that whoever did the installation, tried to cover that chip up with a sharpie ****er, sharpie dries purple and can easily see it with the naked eye. I was furious and upset as I spent alot of money on these wheels to find out the place I had them put new tires on even when told to be careful with, damaged one of my wheels and tried to cover it up and not tell/advise customer of the incident and just let me go on my ***************. When I came back to the place of business, I confronted everyone there of the incident, the what I think is the ** of the place came out to look at it. I explained the situation/problem. He instantly denied that anyone of their workers had done it and said that whoever you had put the wheels and tires on couldve done that and put the sharpie **** on the chip. I told them all, I put them on carefully as they are my own brand new set of wheels and tires, why would I put that sharpie **** on my wheel. This wheel was in trunk away from the other 3. I asked the ** to check the cameras and he refused to even acknowledge my request and ignored me and instantly put the blame on me each time I asked him to check

I took my car to this business for my brakes and they smashed my driver side door. I was not there at the moment but recieved a phone call from the mechanic, said they would fix it a.s.a.p. This happened in Dec and have taken my car to them at least 7 times since. Now they want me to sign a paper that's states the shop knew nothing, that they're trying to fix it out of ''respect'' and they drop all responsibility. Who does anything, specially a business, out of respect??.They've also been driving around in my vehicle, they've had my car for almost 2 weeks already and the door is still not right.

Mrs. ********************************* you came 12/26/2022 to pick up your vehicle from a brake job we did on the 12/23/2022. Management knew nothing of this incident, and you never stated anything about your vehicle when you picked it up. I know that because I billed you out for $467.00 invoice #*****. Now you came in 2/13/2023 and complained about your door and again I knew nothing of this, you showed me pictures of incident and immediately wrote down complaint and attendant you. I gave you exact dates of repairs and even when we had to move vehicle for door alignment asked permission before moved vehicle, which I ***** called you on your personal phone to ask for your authorization to move vehicle. When I gave you time frame ahead of time you were ok and had no issues. I can assure you no one drove the vehicle but me the one time to align door with of course your authorization. Now with all due respect the vehicle is very dangerous to drive due to suspension issue on rear which was like that prior to any service. So, I can assure you I would not allow any of my technicians to use your vehicle. The vehicle is not safe, and I wish I would have been there before the worked on your vehicle, I would have refused service due to how bad condition vehicle is. Your vehicle was given back to you 2/21/2023 exactly as promised. Every detail and complain you gave me I made sure to complete as far as door. I have provided pictures of repairs to the vehicle when we returned to you. Along with vehicle a copy of repairs we did as well as well as sent it to you on your email. You were fine and pleased with repairs because you took your vehicle without a complaint. Again, this vehicle was repaired and provided the repaired pictures in case you forgot that we repaired. We do apologize for the inconvenience, and we did as we promised even though you came to make claim a month and a week after?

8/6/2022 I am 78 years old. On the above date I purchased 2 new tires from AMIGO TIRE for $314.00. The receipt states new tires. The tires have never been used but they are not new--they were made in 2015. These tires have been sitting somewhere for 7 years---they are not new. Any item that sits that long will deteriorate. I do not feel safe with these old tires. I would like 2 new tires or a refund

On Thursday, August 4, 2022 I went to Amigo Tires on Washington Blvd in Las Vegas to change my tires with rims out for new ones I had purchased. I also had to purchase all new longer lugs from amigo tires so the tires would all fit perfectly. My tires in the back are bigger than the ones in the front. So upon them finishing up the installation I looked at all my tires and noticed they had the back bigger tire on the front and had to tell them, "Hey man the back tire in on the front driver side and belongs in the back." They corrected that and changed it out. I drive a Mercedes so I needed the sensors to be installed back on. All sensors were installed back on the tires also. All looked good. So I am driving going to work everyday for 3 days and on my off day Sunday I went to wash my car and noticed some wobbling on the way to car wash. Then I saw 3 out of the 5 lug nuts were missing off my front tire. This is the same side I had informed them to change the big tire to back and small to front. When I go to drive back home the wobbling and noise got worse and I knew then it was dangerous to drive and became upset that they did not check to make sure the lug nuts were tightly on the tire. Also my sensor notification advised that now my sensor for that tire was missing. I got home and tightened the ones that were on there and headed slowly to Amigo tires to tell them about the work they performed. However, when I got them to advise they gave me 3 lugs for me to install myself. Then I had to ask that they use the electric lug wrench to ensure it was tightened and also asked them to check my sensor to see if it was in fact missing or lose and needed to be re-installed. They gave me attitude and did not even want to do it. They walked away and start speaking Spanish which I do not understand that well. The manager came out to me and did not want to listen. He turned me away and threatened to call the police. Service was horrible and I would not go back nor recommended.

On December 27, 2021 I dropped my 2008 Mini Cooper S off for a timing chain replacement. February 10th 2022 I was told my car was ready to be picked up. I was headed there on February 14th when I was told the chain they replaced snapped by Josh(the mechanic) and that they needed to replace it again but nothing else was wrong it would take maybe one or two weeks at most. Two weeks went by, I called and was told the chain that snapped while being tested broke the 4th piston on my engine and now they had to go through ******** to have them warranty out the chain and pay for a new engine. This didn't happen until the week of May 23, 2022 that they got an engine from ********!!!!! Well it is now August 1, 2022. I still have no car. They have refused to respond to my text messages to update me. How is this okay? I am 6 months pregnant and have no car, my son is going back to school next week and I have no form of transportation. When I dropped my car off it was working!!!! It's been 7 months and a week since they got my car. I will be filing a lawsuit this week...I just want my car back fixed properly. Also I have been paying insurance on car that is parked at their facility, and my registration is now 7 months late. I have had to incur car rental charges which I have not been reimbursed. I really would like some help getting my car back and fixed properly.

Date of purchase for a set of new tires: 1/15/2021. Paid $526. All 4 tires had a manufacture warranty for 1 year. The back driver side tire blew out. The front passenger tire is bubbling. Took the tires to be replaced and they would not honor the warranty. The air bubbles in the tires is a manufacturer defect. Due to the nature if this event, I would not like to do business with this institution.
