Alex **** who is associate Director of the company now lured me into an Instructor lead LSSBB course for $XXXX in 2019. With COVID the course was pushed back multiple time and promises of scheduling and conducting instructor lead course in Illinois but have disappeared and have not been responding to my emails, calls and voice messages for last one year. The company behaves like a SCAM and am planning to Sue them. I am looking forward to other customers who have suffered from this SCAM to come forward be a part of lawsuit.

SPRINTZEAL is a SCAM!!! DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! I signed up to do a 4 day CISSP bootcamp and within an hour of the bootcamp I realized this company is a scam. All the content was years old, the trainer had no clue what he was teaching, and the online resources they gave were obviously stolen from other locations. I asked the company for a refund and the support I got was abysmal and nearly nonexistent. To add on, my credit card company shut down my credit card because of my purchase of the course as they have associated SPRINTZEAL with fraud on MULTIPLE occasions. I am now in the process of filing a claim with my credit card company for the total cost of the training as SPRINTZEAL never processed my refund. Also, I posted a review of them on TrustPilot and the next day, a representative called me complaining about my review. Surprisingly, that was the fastest I ever heard from their team. I can’t stress enough, do not work with this company!!!
