            I purchased a deal from save to travel that uses Tafer / *********************** resorts. They called I got everything setup except my flights. I called back with the flight information and asked about my transfer. Per the email the initial transfer to the airport is included. The rep told me to forward her the email which I did. She then said she needed her managers approval to ***** the transfer (already included per the email). She said the manager wasnt in and shed check and call back. This was almost 3 weeks ago. Ive emailed and called numerous times. You never get a live person. If you reach back out via fb, they will call but tell you reservations is a different department. They give you the same number to call with an extension that no one ever answers. *** left voicemails and nothing. No call back, no email, silence. This is ridiculous. I had no problem getting someone to call to set it up but outside of that its been crickets. I want the business to call to setup my initial airport transfer.

            My experience is no different from that of the others below. A lot of promises about how I could rent my points and make a fortune. I had to reduce the rent from &1000/night (as recommended by them) to $120 per night at which price it was finally rented. This amount did not even cover my membership dues. Any recommendations on how to sell the shares? I am 75 and have been diagnosed with a progressive illness. I will sell it even if I have to discount considerably. Would be grateful for any advice. Thanks
