STAY AWAY from this scammer. This company is associated with qualityusedtransmission.com and qualityusedengine.com. i received a broken transmission from QUT. When i called to file a claim. This shipping company emailed me to find out what happened. I told him in detail what happened and he also spoke with my mechanic. He told my mechanic that he will contact us to resolved the issue but we have not heard back from him yet. The broken transmission is sitting at the mechanic's shop. They tried to contact this company to pick up the trany with no luck. I emailed him several times with no reply. Please stay away from these scammers. Also, STAY AWAY from qualityusedtransmission.com and qualityusedengine.com. I got an engine from DC Motors LV, apparently contracted by foreign people. After delivery was 6 weeks late, this guy dropped off a core engine that was shot. I was supposed to get an engine with under 50k miles. They are scamming innocent people. I too am trying to get my money back. Expensive lesson to learn!

First, this company does not sell anything to the public. It is a subcontractor. This unit was not purchased from DC Motors LV, LLC. However, I do have photos of the unit that was purchased & shipped to Mr. ****** & it is far from the condition that he describes.Review from Richard D

Reference Invoice 395619 Mr. Baker from DC Motors Las Vegas contacted me after I purchased a transmission from Qualityusedtransmissions.com because it was faulty. I paid my mechanic $563.08 to install it and was told I would receive a reimbursement, as advertised on their website. Here is the actual email I received: Wed, Jun 22 at 1:10 PM - Mr. Diaz, We have the replacement transmission being prepped for shipping to you, but I also need to know the location of the first transmission. Is it ready to be shipped back to the supplier? DC Motors LV, LLC 2550 E. Desert Inn Rd. #161 Las Vegas, NV 89121 I have called Qualityusedtransmissions.com several times, and each time, I was told they will pay it back. I have yet to receive it. The manager told me himself it would be paid, but still nothing. It has now been over 3 months. DC Motors I suspect is owned by the same people so I am leaving this review here as well. It appears they have more than one web-based business and play a shell game to avoid paying for errors under warranty. I am hoping to resolve this but I suspect I will be told to call the other company. I have been in communication with Mr. Diaz for several months now. I have told him many times that I do not have control over financial transactions between him and qualityusedtransmissions.com. I am a subcontractor that arranges shipping. He was supplied a functional transmission after the first one failed. The warranty labor claim is an issue between him and qualityusedtransmission.com, not with DC Motors LV, LLC
