    I purchased a tcm module (transmission control module) for my 2013 Silverado 1500. On May 13th, 2024 with a one year warranty that cost extra. $59 plus $8 (warranty) plus $35 shipping . total = $102 .Debit card purchased from my bank statement reads. 13MAY2024, SP OEMUSEDAUTOPARTS IL $102.00 This module does not work with my truck. I have communicated with the company and they replied with ************** are not plug and play. You will need to see a mechanic who can reprogram the item for you. Dealerships do not program used computers. if you have any other questions, feel free to let us know! Thanks, ***** My response is I purchased a one year warranty. The item I purchased from you does not work with my 2013 Silverado. I did not see any disclaimer on your website that tells me to have this item programmed. Please refund as per your legal obligation. Thank You.

    I purchased a starter from their online website for my ***** Impala. But before I could receive the item the vehicle was hit in totaled out no longer needed the starter. It arrived in my home yesterday didn't even open the box nothing has been touched. Contacted the company on more than one occasion to return the item they said I had the ability to return it no problem within 90 days. Reached out the other website there were issues was unable to process the return. Sent them at least three or four emails requesting assistance via phone call to get this resolved they sent me back emails that didn't help my situation. Also call their business I left two messages yesterday and today and I've yet to hear back from anyone. I had no problem contacting them when I was giving them money now they seem to be missing an action when I need money back. But like a full refund need them to send me some type of packaging slip so I can send back their product and be made whole again.

    This company used a *** number that is not my vehicle and sent me an alternator for the *** that is not mine. And that was the wrong part. If they would have taken the time to look up the *** that I gave them they would seen what the correct alternator would fit my car. But instead they used some other *** and sent the wrong part. Now they keep asking me to pay for shipping label and shipping cost and to buy another alternator.

    I have made multiple attempts to return a part I ordered because they put the wrong vehicle information they do not respond and won't send me the return label I have spent a total of 337 and cannot get them to provide me with a easy return process

    I purchased a transfer case and front carrier on January 18. I have not received any update on shipment. I have tried to call many times as well as reach out over email. There has been no response. At this point I feel I was scammed out of $1000

    Ordered a radio that was guaranteed to work. Radio came and went to have installed and it does not work. I tried a dozen times to call the company always got a voicemail and No return calls. In addition to I have emailed and no luck.

    I ordered a part and a 2 year warranty. When received, the part does not work. Attempted to contact company for refund but the company will not return calls or emails.

One of our employees reached out with a email to return the item and instructions and we did not receive a response from the customer so we assumed they had understood. If they needed clarification, they needed to reach back out which has not been the case.

    The company did finally respond. But, I immediately responded to them in the return request. I asked why I'd be charged a restocking fee when the product they supplied was faulty. The company has not responded to multiple requests for an answer to that question.

    Your response is a lie. I did respond to the email as is evidenced by my attachment. You did not respond to my question. The part did not work, yet you well charge me a 15% restocking fee even though I bought a warranty. That is shady business at best or a full scam at worst.

    We are not trying to hold your money, we have given you instructions on how to return the item. That has not been the case since the item has not been sent back. If the item was defective as you claim, we will need to verify as we mentioned in a previous email.

    The business changed the terms of the refund policy days after I initiated a refund, and contacted them in regards to my partial refund. They did so without informing members/customers about policy changes, or honoring the original refund agreement where I was eligible to receive my full refund. Their practice of such seemed flagrant. I have reached out to them with no additional reply.

    We cannot "change" our return policy which has been clearly posted on our website since before this customer purchased this part. It clearly states: "All orders returned for other then defective(warranty) will be charged a 15% restocking fee.  Shop pay installment orders will be charged a 21% restocking fee."

    We apologize that the customer did not read prior to placing an order but we have been transparent on our website. We refunded them everything but our 15% restocking fee which our website states we would if you were to return the item without being defective. Customer never reached out saying that was the case which is why we refunded him the amount we did. This isn't "wrong" customer service as the customer states, it was an oversight on their part.

    I am rejecting this response because: it is false.  While I didn't take a screenshot of the previous return policy, the history of their website host can prove it was changed significantly after I reached out in regards for full refund.  I read the policy before I reached out and seen it was changed afterwards.  I don't have proof but wanted to inform you of their practices.

We've sent screenshots of what is clearly stated there, if they did not feel the need to read it over before purchasing, it is not our fault simply put. The restocking fee is more than justified.

    I am rejecting this response because: the business is still projecting bad business practices of cheating, lying, and deliberately changing the return policy after I reached out in regards to returning the product due to it arriving late.  Getting screenshots of the return policy from the web provider, in which I did read, would prove it is in-fact the business that is lying.  Customers should be encouraged to support other trustworthy businesses.  And, the owner should confess to his dirty practices, or have the web host provide all the return/refund policies that were stated on the website before I returned the product which would prove how the wording was changed after I reached out.  It was a dirty crime and criminal service to the public and customers.  Not reputable to be of good standing with the BBB, especially with him lying about never changing it.

    Ordered an item listed as compatible with my vehicle. It is not. Phone goes unanswered, email gets auto-reply directing me to their website which doesn't work.

    The only inquiry we have received from the customer is regarding processing a return, to which we replied on November 25. However, we have not received any further response from the customer since then. The part the customer ordered is a ********* ***** *** display screen. We provide detailed compatibility information on our website. This part is part number specific, meaning that if the part number ID does not match the original display screens part number, it will not be compatible.
