    I ordered a Used stereo from this company and also purchased a 1 year warranty. My son put their stereo in my car today and when the stereo was turned the screen was white, there were no apps, no sound. When I contacted them I received an email from Guadlupe telling me they will not take the stereo back even though I paid them for a warranty. Their stereo is defective and they are scammers!!

    Purchased passenger side mirror for a 2020 Equinox on November 16th, received on a November 22nd opened it the following day to install and realized I purchased the incorrect style it had the blind spot and car does not. Attempted to contact them that day but they are closed on the weekend. Tried again Monday November 25th and left message with no returned call. Have called several times since then, left messages and emailed. Trying to return and order the correct part so the restocking fee can be waived per the website. Website also says messages will be returned within 24 hours. Poor customer service and have now lost $150+ and have to fork out another $200 for the correct part.

    Showed me a part on line and it was what I was looking for but after waiting a week to receive it it was a totally different part not the same one I had ordered. To return it I was told that I would have to pay for shopping and I would also have to pay a $15 dollar charge for them put it back on the self . Being so far away from CT they just didn't care sent whatever knowing you were not going to return it, just put it in the trash. Bad people. Thief's more or less.

    I am leaving a good review because they did exactly what they promised. I read complaint after complaint of people that got non working parts and thought they were jerked around and instantly left bad reviews. All of the replies from OEM countered with how they could get their return resolved, which made me feel better about the company. I, as well, got a part that did not work. But had zero issues returning it when I followed their instructions. They even sent me a return label, as promised. The refund was issued promptly. My only gripe (besides the obvious non working part) is that they had a 15% restocking fee on a part that was defective. But they, as a company, did exactly what was promised. Just follow their return instructions if you need to....they will do as promised.

    Absolute garbage. They posted an item with a specific description then send the wrong one. Cannot call since no one ever answers. I paid for shipping BOTH ways. AVOID this scam.

    This business is a sham and should be shut down! Ordered a rear view mirror for the make and model number of my SUV. The mirror was not even close to being correct. Tried numerous times to reach OEM auto parts to no success. They charge a restocking fee to return an item and the consumer pays for shipping. For an item their website said would fit my vehicle. Plus they do not offer a return address and won't take calls or return emails.

    Ordered a part on the 6th haven’t received it and it apparently was returned and didn’t get my money back and they want to charge me 15% “restocking” fee this company definitely feels like it was a scam selling used auto parts.

    Ordered an instrument cluster for a Ford Focus. Not sure what cluster they sent me but it’s not for a Ford Focus. Tried calling multiple times during business hours with no success. Sent multiple emails to customer service with no response. Buyer beware!!!!!?

    We did respond to your emails the next morning and we refunded you for the item. We explained how long the refund was going to take for it to show up into your account. We apologize for the inconvenience but we did communicate with you and provided a resolution ASAP.

    Falsely advertised that they were selling a tail light ASSEMBLY which should include light bulb and screw and then sent just the shell. They are rude in communication. Too expensive to return and I don’t trust they would refund any money. I would avoid them! They are cheats.

    Explained to customer that the item was pictured this way, we did send return instructions for her to receive a refund but they chose not to. We honor all refunds and had never said we weren't going to refund them for the purchase. Cannot attach images to response but the last picture clearly showed the item did not have bulbs and we do not mention anywhere in the listing that we provide the hardware for our items. They are used and will be in used condition.
