    I purchased fum on March 10th 2025. This product is entirely false advertising for multiple reasons. First, the flavors do not taste anything like advertised. "Mint" is actually closer to how a sharpie smells; it's chemical and would seem harmful if someone were to ingest it. Second, they're offering to give you your money back for a good review. I have struggled with ******** for a long time and I would not give a "good" review to get my money back just so this company can catch somebody else in their false advertisement. Why are you incentivising giving money back in exchange for good reviews? This company should not able to do this.

    Date: January 12, 2025 Order amount: $84.90 *********** asks people to inspect their items and make sure it arrives in good shape. However, it also refuses to refund any opened products. This is contradictory. I cant open/inspect an item and also get a refund. Additionally, this means the return policy is impossible to apply in practice because no one can actually try the product and get a refund. This is a scam and the return policy is only for ******* requesting a full refund for the order and a return label to return the items. Additionally, it seems they expect customers to pay for shipping of the order back to ******, a foreign country. Again this is all in place to make it impossible for customers to return their items. This is all very much like a scam scheme to defraud customers.

We're happy to refund any unopened items/cores/accessories but for sanitary reasons we can only accept returns of unused items, as these products are for personal use.     I am rejecting this response because: it doesn't address the core of the issue. The company simply is restating its returns policy. Ignoring in the process, any and all issues I have raised multiple times about the false marketing claims, contradictory statements and malpractices.

    I have been trying to return 2 items to this company and I have emailed numerous times and the auto message always says they will get back with me, but I have tried and tried again and again and cannot get the return address for sending items back. I have sent pictures of the unopened items and still get no help.

    On 11/11/2024 I purchased FUM, I had quit drinking in March so I wanted to try to quit smoking. I saw a ******* video about Fum and though lets try it. Well I did and it was not for me, there is no vapors so I can not trick my brain into it working. I did not like the mint flavors the others were ok but had a weird taste to them I received a email that said "Share your experience to receive a 100% refund on your purchase." I posted a video to my Instagram stating that Fum was not for me but might be for others and they said my review was not correct and it had to be a good review. I said wow you want me to false advertise to get my money back ? They have promised 100 percent refund and decline to give it unless you lie ! I want my money back

    It looks like on October 8th ******* responded to you to let you know that we can't accept returns on opened/used items due to the hygenic nature of the product being used orally. We do accept any returns of any sealed products like the flavor cores etc.
