    Don't waste your money or time. At first I loved my watch and it worked well for me. I really only want to use it for health purposes. My first watch did last almost 9 months. I then wanted to upgrade to a leather watch band and that is when i was really disappointed. the hardware that came with the band did not fit properly and kept coming apart. When I called the help desk, I was given the impression that they felt that I was lying. All they really needed to do it send me the band hardware. They wanted me to send them my watch. I am positive that I am not the only one having this issue. I did enjoy the watch and its uses but such a hassle. to avoid the hassle of shipping it back to them, I ordered a new band. That band came in the wrong color, once again, hard to have them replace anything or seeming argumentative. I ended up using the wrong color band from what I wanted because I had fitness goals I wanted to reach. Once again, the hardware does not fit properly and my watch fell off again. I have now thrown out all of the Spade products out. I will not use them in the future or refer anyone to buy from them. Definitely feeling like when you buy cheap, you get cheap. there is a reason for that..

    I've been trying to return my purchase within the 30 day window and have reached multiple times to get the return address information and not one person has gotten back to me. Is this their plan, to ignore requests for 30 days so that they don't have to refund you???

    I really loved this watch - for about 6 weeks when it stopped holding charge. I tried all the suggestions the customer service told me, but nothing worked. And I just got the last email today, stating my purchase was longer than 30 days ago, so nothing to do about it. Don't waste your money or time in this watch.

    If you have had an Apple or high-end Fitbit watch, you will not be satisfied with the Spade & Co, watch. My biggest issue is the inaccuracy of the heart rate monitor. When calling customer service I was told to reset it, which seemed to work the 1st time I tried that, but it remains inaccurate. You get what you pay for.

    Purchased the Health Smartwatch 4 end of August for $84.98. Found easy to use and loved it until early December when it stopped holding a charge. Contacted support who told me to try 4 different things which did not resolve the battery loosing charge. Tried calling all you get is leave a message. Still keep getting e-mails to rate customer service which is zero. They ask why the low rating but no resolution for a product which should last longer than 4 months. Wish I would have read reviews before purchasing. Customer beware check reviews before making a purchase from this company.

    SCAM!!! I received my Smartwatch 4 on Nov 6th and it already quit working on Dec 9th. It went black and will not charge. In contacting Spade and Company, all they offered me was 10% off purchasing another one! REALLY??! Denied me a refund and not even an exchange. Only 33 days of use. Is this just a data gathering scam???

    I wish I did better research before buying their health3 watch. 30 day warranty!!! Charger quit working just after 45 days. Will only get to 50%. Phone makes loud dong sound on and off will trying the charge. Support sucks. Buy any other watch

    Rec’d Spade watch as gift for Mother’s Day, May 2024. Contacted Spade (Logan) in Oct when watch would not charge. Spade offered no service or exchange because i could not provide proof of purchase! My daughter purchased it, did not keep order info after I told her it worked fine. I sent pics, videos, etc, to Spade, yet they offered no solution, even though it is obviously their watch. When my daughter and I went to their website, there is no way to set up an account. My daughter found that strange when she placed the order, she could not check status. Spade, imho, is not user friendly, nor customer service oriented!
