            On 2/8/2022 I paid Best Advertising Solutions $2,000 after they repeatedly called me & told me how great their google advertising campaign will benefit my business. I purchased 7 keywords that were guaranteed to be the 1st organic listing on Google for 12 consecutive months. I was told I get to choose the 7 keywords & the keywords were promised to be wide ranging and would pull all related searches. These key words would guide customers directly to my already established personal website. Additionally, I was promised 2 featured listings of my choice where I would attach my contact information to the inquiry. They also irritated to me that they have a money-back guarantee should I not be 1st placement for every keyword for the duration of my 12 months. Finally, I was assured that a customer service rep would be on standby to assist me when I had questions with the service and there would be routine phone calls to me. After choosing my 7 keywords, I gave their rep my list only to have her tell me that she has done the research and has the list of the most popular searches and that is what they will use. She would not budge on the keywords I chose. For my keywords, I did not show up on even the 1st page of Google for MONTHS. And when I finally did, I was NEVER the 1st placement, I was toward the bottom of the page if I was even on the page at all. I never received the 2 featured listings as they would hang the phone up on me every time I called. Additionally, the phone number they gave me for the "representative on standby" is a non-working phone number, that number is XXX-XXX-XXXX. I did further research on this company and found out that they are a SCAM. They changed their name from Top Advertising Solutions to Best Advertising Solutions to steer away from bad reviews. Their address listed on their website is fake. Every time I have called to discuss my "campaign" I get hung up on.
