My name is ***********************. I ordered my Ikaria Belly Juice on June 4, 2023. I paid $188.95 and my order number was RS21RVQL. The shipment was shipped on June 7, 2023 and I received it shortly thereafter. I started on it immediately. I followed the directions to the letter! I contacted them on August 1, 2023 and told them the product was not working. They told me I could not get a refund until the six months was up, even though I only ordered enough product for 3 months! I contacted them again on December 29, 2023 and then they told me it was over 180 days so they would not refund my money! It was the right month but not the correct day! This company sets you up for failure when requesting a refund! I also contacted them on December 6 & 8 to no avail! They stated on their website that you could return the product at anytime! Needless to say, I feel this company is very unethical! As per our refund policy, customers are entitled to return their entire order within 180 days for a full refund if they are not satisfied with our product. Regrettably, we did not receive any email from you requesting a refund within this specified period.
Upon reviewing our records, it appears that you emailed us on December 30, 2023, which falls outside the refund period. Your money-back guarantee expired on December 2, 2023.

Entered by BBB staff LO Consumer ordered a product from the business in November 2023. She ordered a quantity of 6 but they sent her 12 and charged her account over $435.54. I bought the product on 8/1/23 and received lean belly juice 5 days later. I started taking the product as written on label and for a couple of weeks I was fine. Around the 3rd week I started itching on my back and in the morning my eyes were watering like a film was over them. I didnt think anything about it for a couple more days but the symptoms werent going away but getting worse so I quit the lean belly juice and the symptoms went away. I tried repeatedly to get in touch with Ikaria but every time I tried to log onto their return policy it transferred me to more product at a reduced price. There never was a form I could fill out. I never would have tried this product but for the 100% promise to return my money if I wasnt satisfied. I dont know who to turn to other than you. I purchased 4 jars of Ikaria Lean Belly Juice on 4/3/2023. There were two transactions. One for $92.22 and one for $83.09. I have no complaint concerning the product. I am a ******* Vet and retired from the ** Army Active and Reserve. I receive my medical treatment at the ***********************. In late April 2023 I had my semi-annual physical at the VA and discovered that my kidney functions were at phase 3 kidney failure. My caregiver took me off of two prescription drugs and advised me to not take any supplements except for prescribed medications. I am requesting a refund for three unopened jars of the product. I contacted the seller on 7/31/23 and again on 8/11/23 by email with no response of any kind from the seller. I am requesting refund for the three unopened jars of the product and a mailing address to return the product along with an authorization number from the seller for the return. I have found that the seller is very hard to communicate with as there are numerous contacts that are not resulting in any feedback on my request. Their sites says if not happy for any reason 100% refund, says to return bottles an within 2 days will receive refund. I did as instructed called the 800 number to notify them of the return, They gave me an amounts of the refund short $29 which is one bottle. Reason I did not return a empty bottle. No where on the website I used to order this product did it say you must return empty bottles. I have spent so much time trying to resolve this with the companys customer service via email because you cant talk to anyone. The 800 number is for Clickbank who processes the payments and the sent me to supportleanbelly.com. After several email back and forth They sent me their refund policy which says return the empty bottles. Also they say on the website 180 day quarentee in one spot but in another it says 60 day return. My return was within the 60 day window. I screened shot the website and have sent to them showing nowhere does it say to return empty bottles. When I ordered the product it was not with intention to return it so I would of not looked at the refund policy. And who keeps empty bottles, if they would if said save empty bottles were it says 180 day guarantee I would of kept the empty bottle. As much as I would of liked the product to work it did not so they should be held to what the website says which is a 100% refund. I watched a video and was convinced by the seemingly sincerity of the announcer that I should buy IKARIA LEANBELLY JUICE for his company. My husband and I both followed instructions for over a month every day without any success in belly fat loss or weight loss as promised by the company. I have never bought anything like this before and didn't think initially that it was false advertising. But, after a month I finally understand that it was a scam - the assurance that I would not have to exercise or change my eating habits simply did not work with this product.The purchase was made on 5/13/2023 in two pieces, but shipped to me in one box. On 7/30/2022 I ordered 3 bottles of the Ikaria Lean Belly juice. I paid $190.72. This came with a 180 day money back guarantee in full. I received my order on August 11, 2022. Following the directions religiously with no results. So on November 22, 2022 I emailed the company stating I had no results and would like a refund. On November 24, 2022 I received a reply to my email stating that it is a process and it has not been 180days and to continue to try. MIND YOU I only ordered 3 months worth of this juice. So I emailed them once again on February 3, 2023 explaining the same thing and they came back with. SORRY you are 10 days late with your request. If is a 180 day guarantee not 190 day guarantee. I purchased the product 2022 and received the product on December 8th 2022 and they posted the payment to my **** card on December 4, 2022 so I am within the ******************************* dizzy with blurred vision. took for only 2 days in January.
