      On 6/6/2022, the amount of $177.00 was deducted from my bank account for 3 bottles of the Ikaria lean belly juice that I purchased from the company. On their website it stated that there is a 100% money back guarantee if used after 180 days and if not satisfied it will be refunded, no questions asked. I have emailed ******************************** and leanbellyjuice.com several times and have not heard from either of them. Please help in getting 100%, money back guarantee. Thank you in advance.

We have refunded you 100% of your orders as our guarantee clearly allows. You may not have received our reply confirming the refund, which takes 3-5 business days to be processed and appear in your bank account.

      I bought a product from this company and it did not work, they have a 180 day guarantee. I purchased the product on October 17, 2022 and received it approximately two weeks later. I sent the product back on 12/13/2022 and they received it on December 15, 2022. I have emailed the company all the details 6 times and have never received a response. I tried calling the number and the recording says to email them. The paid $283.14 and the product did not work. The company seems to be a scam and I was hoping that the BBB could help me find anymore information about this company and how to get them to refund my money. Thank you

      Email sent 3 times with no response from customer service:********************************************************** "Hi, I would like to return my left over product and get a refund.**** $188.50 and $92.66 from 8/31/22.I can't find any confirmation emails and don't have any other info. I can give you my **** number for you to credit my account. Please advise where and how you want unopened containers returned."The company notes that they will take back any unused containers and refund the money. I haven't heard back from them at all.

      We responded to the customer's emails last November 23, 2022 but the mailing system had issues delivering the messages. 

      We have already refunded both her orders today and should reflect on her bank within 3 to 5 business days.

Complaint was assigned ID ******** FYI: Today I heard from the company that they will be reimbursing me the full amounts of the complaint.
