  PLEASE, DON'T take your vehicle here. This business is a bunch of crooks, especially the gangster wannabe with the cut eye at the Las Vegas Blvd shop. He is rude and ignorant. What a ****! He has no clue what customer service is. He brings street attitude to the job, and he is a liability to this business. For starters, they insist that every customer should pay cash only, and cannot use any other form of payment. 9 out of 10 times, the ATM in their office is out of cash. There is a lot of work these guys cannot do, but they lie and say they can fix anything. I took my BMW to their Lamb Blvd shop for a regulator replacement. But after whatever they did, the window was acting worse than before. They failed to initialize it. When I took it back, they told me to wait two more days and it would automatically "reset" itself. After the 2 days, it did not "reset" itself. I took it to them again and they told me to come back another day because they were "too busy". In the end, after visiting the Lamb Blvd another two times, they sent me over to the Las Vegas Blvd location. Over there, they took the door apart and purportedly "fixed" it. They failed, and it still didn't work. They kept telling me to wait two days for it to "reset" itself. It never did! All in all, I ended up going back to these people 9 different times after the first time. 10 times I went back and they still couldn't even figure out what the problem was. I live 25 miles away from this shop, so it was 50 miles every trip I made to their shop, totaling 500 miles in all. And when I brought up the issue with Cut Eye at the Las Vegas Blvd, he started giving me attitude and tried to intimidate me into silence. Please, do not give your business to these crooks. They probably take new parts off your vehicle and replace them with old used parts from other cars. Whether they like it or not, they will pay me back for the job they failed to do, plus all the expenses I incurred trying to get them to fix their mess.

  As a retired Police Officer in the State of Nevada, I want to warn everyone to stay clear of this company! The owner and office personnel are fast-talking con artists who will take every opportunity to modify the original quoted service price to their benefit and gain. Make sure you sign a work order with the quoted cost before they begin the work and make them honor what was stated. Yes, I left my vehicle there, and they altered the price and conditions of service without my permission and never contacted or notified me things were changing. If I could give them a negative rating versus a 1-star rating I definitely would. Honor and Integrity don't exist within this company at all! Anthony B
