I was told that I was red flagged and had no idea why. Until I called the corporate office. I was then told that I was seen selling narcotics at one of the locations. I don't sell narcotics, nor was told anything. Never got a notice, message, or even on the said day nothing was told to me. Wouldn't the cops have gotten involved if there were narcotics being sold? I've never been charged with anything and would like to know how I can get this red flag removed. Thank you.Initial Complaint

On March 18 2024 around 8:30 am , my friend and I decided to play some video poker. I realized I had to go number 2 and asked for key to bathroom. No more then 4 minutes later if me using the bathroom, I was startled by a loud pound on the door , the continuously rude employee yelled " YOU NEED TO HURRY UP IN THERE!" , Confused and nervous I responded " I apologize, I am going fast as I can!" Then within 2 more minutes an even louder pound on the door with keys rattling loudly as if she was going to come rip the door open while I'm there trying to go ****, again she yells " IM SERIOUS! YOU NEED TO COME OUT OF THERE RIGHT NOW! " I Couldn't believe my ears at this point I was feeling extremely embarrassed, nervous which made it more difficult to go to the bathroom also I was having constipation problems at this point and was not feeling well and so made matters more stressful for me . I so badly wanted to come out and just leave using the bathroom elsewhere but because of the constipation having a bowel movement halfway out causing me stomach problems and the stress from the woman harassing me was making me feel nauseous and completely upset. I truly believed that at any minute the woman was going to open the door . Atthis point I could hear her telling other people bad mouthing me which caused more embarrassment I had no idea why I was being treated this way and had no idea what to do...a minute later totaling up to me being in the bathroom nomore then 8 minutes she says "THATS IT YOUR TIME IS UP !YOU NEED TO COME OUT RIGHT NOW! I started crying as I then can hear my friend sticking up for me and asked her are you really going to open the door on her ? She doesn't feel good she hasn't been in there that long and she's having constipation. The woman was yelling loud enough for everyone to hear that "that's her problem not mine and she shouldn't come to Dotty's to use the bathroom. I was humiliated and very upset. Dottys has this big bonus jackpot drawing and they don't give us proof that they have entered us into that drawing. I requested proof I was added to the drawings and they refused to provide proof of this.Initial Complaint

On April 21 2024 I was playing at Dotty's.on North,LasVegas,Blvd I was playing the 15xtimes machine on the LaVilla side I cashed out *****. But the machine didn't print out my ticket it said paper out the attendant came to check the machine and I never got pOd i had to do a gaming dispute . I have done these before and I've gotten paid the same day but I was told now it would be a day or 2 that was all my money I don't think he's very good business practices and not be paid the same day regardless of the gaming dispute or not I've never not been paid the same day and I don't think it's very fair especially when that was all the money I had and ****** but she didn't tell the attendant that he could not pay me I don't think that that's right I like your response immediatelyInitial Complaint

July 27th 2024 my sister has a ticket from the machine that she was playing at to go with the cashier in the front desk.. their system was offline...offline that long the employees didn't know when it was going to be up again 29th 2024 my sister still has not cash her ticket yet because they are still offline so I want to know why she has have to wait. .and nobody fixes the offline problem?? why are they still open??why can't they close the Dotty's where people don't go in and have to wait for their tickets there's a lot of people are still waiting for tickets to be cashed in the Dotty's and want thier tickets cashed...so the machines are offline supposedly but yet we can still put in cash in the machine to play but we can't put our tickets in that we cashed out from the machines to play only cash the machines only take cash and they're supposedly of offline so I don't understand that part you're offline but your machines are still taking cash for us to play but when we cash the ticket out from the machine we can't put it in any other machine anymore and you can't cash us the tickets out in the register then close Dotty's and let people know that you guys are offline but no ******** lets Us in to play our money even though the machines are offline but you can still play the machines It make no sense only cash the machines take no tickets makes no sense we want to cash out we can't do it they're offline I don't understand how they still open if they're offline what kind of a business is that to customers you can put your money in cash but you can't get your money back when you want to cash out your actual ticket and this is an ongoing problem and they still have not fixed it and I heard it's been like that for a while nobody has really done anything about it why?? very inconvenience for the customers somebody please fix this problem still haven't cashed tickets it's 3:00 in the afternoon July 29 they're still offline why are you still open if they're offline??Initial Complaint

On 7-14-24 an employee whom *** never seen an I've been a customer since the place opened asked me to leve an if i come back i need to wear a shirt. Mind u it's 110 out an my friend (female) was wearing a tank top as well. So my question is is there a dress code because we felt targeted an embarrassed by what happened. An I always wear my under shirt during the hot ******* an I never had a problem until this new employee. Her name was *******. I came inside Dotty's and wanted to play and The worker on her shift a women she became very bossy and pushy.i sat down at the machine and begin to play and she say you need to put more money and while i was playing at the machine and I just had sat down then she told me I was lottering and i had to leave the casino and i said why i didn't do anything then i was ready to leave so i went to the cashier to cashout and left ,then i return the next day i didnt even recognize her and she refused to open the door and other customers and wonder why and what was going on she just ignored the door then she told me i could come inside i had the cops on the phone and they told me to contact ****.Initial Complaint

Have been to 2 Dotty's locations and the iPad to enter the trip a day contest is not on or working. If you are going to run a promotion the iPad entry system should be working.Initial Complaint

I was 86'd / banned from going into any store locations, I was informed that I had "threatened to rob" a store I was in. This is completely incorrect. It never happened. I was in fact attacked by a former employee of this store the police were called security was called nothing was done about the attacker but I was banned and security lied on paperwork so they could do as they please.
